Il est notable d’avoir bu du THé comme il se doit au petit-déjeuner !!!! Plus toute la qualité de l’ensemble.
Je séjourne régulièrement depuis plusieurs années dans cet établissement pour le travail.
Il est facile d'accès, au calme, l'accueil est bon, ainsi que le confort et le restaurant.
Les environs sont charmants, ce qui ne gâche rien !

The only downside is the breakfast schedule, a little late to go to work and the quality of the WiFi.
Muy agradable, las personas encantadoras, el restaurante sensacional, el único pero es que el cuarto de baño es “estilo Francés” el inodoro en una salita y la ducha y lavabo en otra, incómodo para lavarse las manos después de usar el inodoro. El resto bien, una residencia de épocas pasadas, muy agradable. Otro pero, hay que avisar que la recepción está cerrada hasta las 17h y no se puede entrar.

Very good Logis De France, both the hotel and the catering, friendly welcome and quality products at dinner and also at breakfast, just a small downside, rather suitable for tourism, for business trips opening of the small service lunch at 7:45 a.m. is a bit late.
Nothing from beginning to end decor infects tiles broken or peeled non-existent soundproofing we could follow the film on the neighbors' TV or what is happening in their toilet .... In short, avoid ...

Good table that offers local recipes for a stopover. Accommodation: Impeccable room which must have been redone recently. However, no telephone network in my room.
Excellent hotel , everyone was very friendly.
We had a lovely room and the restaurant food is fantastic.
I look forward to staying again on our next visit to Caunes-Minervois

Thank you to the owner for offering us an air-conditioned room in the recent annex (the Minervois) which was perfect. Dinner and breakfast are served in the very pleasant wooded park. A small disappointment at the dinner level: we expected better from a master restaurateur who presents his cassoulet as a must but let's be indulgent, it was a Sunday evening and the owner had warned us of a staff shortage. The value for money is good for the accommodation with the breakfast offered but the price level of the restaurant excessive with too many supplements in the menu. Having the "logis hotel" label was crucial in the choice of the hotel, in addition to its proximity to our destination.
Short stay of one night, no air conditioning in the bedroom being on the mezzanine, we had to leave all the windows open. Friendly welcome, but no more. You have to ask for breakfast like cold milk to another. The reception and the staff are not warm to come to us. But if we ask for something we have it. Small hotel but don't care too much about the customer. Great to have a pool! We took advantage of it.
Very nice hotel whose catering component is not the least asset, especially when you can enjoy the terrace. The downside is the noise, linked to road traffic in front of the hotel and poor soundproofing of the upstairs rooms. Note the absence of private parking. Thank you for welcoming our dog, not so common in the area!
