J'ai du partir précipitamment.
Je ne pouvais pas sortir de l'hôtel car fermé à clé.
Critère 4 étoiles : réception 24 / 24 : LA RECEPTION EST NULLE.

Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit car j'ai du partir.
Comme je ne pouvais pas sortir de l'hôtel, je refuse de payer, ne serait ce qu'une nuit.
Cet hôtel ne mérite pas plus que 2 (3) étoiles.
Le prix est exhorbitant : c'est même de l'arnaque.
Great hotel, a little out of town but ski bus stops outside hotel. Lovely family run hotel, great room service, fantastic Mountain View’s. Loved our stay here.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, the catering and wonderful, the room is comfortable. The SPA corner is minimalist but appreciable. Only the price does not correspond to the very calm period (mid-October and during the week)

It is difficult to come to a hotel and first of all you need to call for someone to come to the reception. Wifi was barely available - no signal. The pillows in the bed are hard as stones with no choice for other pillows. Very small room. Not a real hair dryer but some kind of hot blower tube. At a 'table distingée' I do not wish to have to pre-order my dinner.
Very very disappointing given the price of the hotel - very poorly received by a very haughty person - no breakfast before 8:00 a.m. - OVER PRICE breakfast per person given the breakfast offered - a full restaurant and a restaurant closed during of our arrival - no air conditioning - reservation on a platform at the request of the hotelier BUT not respecting the instructions of the platform for PAYMENT (even though it was a gift, the guests had to pay on site) and ABSENCE TOTAL communication via the platform or via email sent directly to them. VERY disappointing

Nice establishment and warm welcome. Except for the wines, the distinguished table does not concern the stopover evening. Meal service in the breakfast room and menu rather worthy of the "local" menu (to follow the house codes). Anyway, that night.

Das man als Gast im Hotel keinen Tisch für das Nachtessen mehr bekommt, ist sehr ärgerlich.
Wir mussten über eine Stunde nach einer Ess-Möglichkeit suchen.
Trotz versprochen, hatten wir kein W-Lan Zugang.
Trotz der tollen Aussicht, würde ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

A very good stay in every way. Hotel place, design, views, room design, curtains in the morning, plenty of power outlets staff, food etc. Will come back again and also try the Spa!
