Comfortable, quiet room. Friendly and caring staff.
We made the mistake of booking a one-night stay. The meal was pathetic; I didn't finish the meat and only took a bite of dessert. I won't be back.
Great professional and friendly team
The reserved room hadn't been aired and smelled musty. A room swap wasn't possible at first, but then it was. The quality was somewhat better. The restaurant and hotel are separate. No loyalty points in the restaurant. Separate billing and payment. We have visited 18 Logis hotels so far in 2025. The Hotel des Lacs ranks last—by a wide margin. In 2023, only a fraction of the 16.4 million retirees in West Germany received a pension of more than €3,000: 14,284 men and 773 women. Needless to say, friendliness and smiles are not on the agenda. Except upon arrival, exchanges are generally very cold at the restaurant in the evening, as well as the following morning during breakfast and payment. I noticed this during a first stopover, and this time it was confirmed: I wouldn't go back.
