Charming hotel in a natural setting overlooking the lakes
Professionalism, calm, courtesy, attentiveness, I will definitely be back, thank you to the whole team, you're the best!
Good overall service, but the evening meals offered little variety; we had the same menu three times, three nights in a row.
The hotel is very well located by the water; we weren't bothered by any noise. The breakfast was perfect, and the staff were pleasant.
The hotel is decent, but unfortunately the soundproofing between rooms isn't great. It would be better, when the hotel isn't full, to avoid assigning adjoining rooms... This is especially unfortunate as the area by the lake is very peaceful.
We've stayed here several times before and will certainly return, but this time we were disappointed not by the room itself, but by its location next to the parking lot, with a glass door that only opened a few centimeters. I won't book online again but will call the hotel directly.
Everything was very uncomplicated, friendly staff, rooms were fine.
At night, the noise from loud music in the neighboring building was unbearable until 3 a.m. And it was very disturbing that someone was taking a bath at 2 a.m. The night was incredibly miserable.

Clean hotel, very welcoming
Needless to say, friendliness and smiles are not on the agenda. Except upon arrival, exchanges are generally very cold at the restaurant in the evening, as well as the following morning during breakfast and payment. I noticed this during a first stopover, and this time it was confirmed: I wouldn't go back.

We made the mistake of booking a one-night stay. The meal was pathetic; I didn't finish the meat and only took a bite of dessert. I won't be back.

The reserved room hadn't been aired and smelled musty. A room swap wasn't possible at first, but then it was. The quality was somewhat better. The restaurant and hotel are separate. No loyalty points in the restaurant. Separate billing and payment. We have visited 18 Logis hotels so far in 2025. The Hotel des Lacs ranks last—by a wide margin. Very nice place, peaceful, the staff are attentive, the restaurant is very good, the ONLY DOWNFALL the bedside lamps only have one switch so it's NOT EASY to read
A slight sewer smell in the room - a rusty radiator that urgently needed to be removed from the bathroom - the lake view from our room, although advertised as such, was a bit oversold. But ignoring these small details, we love the bucolic lakeside setting and the great tranquility of this hotel just a stone's throw from Paris and we return every year. The restaurant offers unusual and very good dishes. The staff is very attentive and dedicated.

Charming hotel on the edge of a pond. The bedding was OK, and the Wi-Fi was just fine. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The dinner on the evening stopover was very good. The breakfast was perfectly acceptable.
Very nice hotel, well located. 15 minutes walk from the Viry-Châtillon RER station. Breakfast overlooking the lake is delicious and plentiful for the price. The rooms are spacious and clean. It's well worth a hotel in a star-rated chain. In addition, the staff is welcoming and attentive.
We have stayed at this hotel several times and have never been disappointed. The reception staff are very friendly and the site is very beautiful and very pleasant.

Welcome evening and the next day without a word or smile, not to mention the clothing not adapted to the image of the accommodation, carpet stains, traces of limescale all over the bathroom as well as the shower head, bedding and pillow to be reviewed urgently, noise of the air conditioning not turned on, all night, noise of water running constantly, breakfast: moldy fruit, had to ask to remove them as well as the tray because left with mold on it, cheese ditto, HACCP rules forgotten, no devices plugged in, scrambled ears, had to ask to reheat in the microwave, "a disgrace", no hot milk for our child, no choice for hot drinks, in short in no case deserves the 3 ☆. To be reviewed urgently. Hoping that the channel is not as bad. We regret our stay. (photos as proof)
You showed up at reception at 12 noon, even though your room was not yet made up because the previous guest had just left.
We offered you another room on the lake side of the same category, and you refused it. You also refused to let us keep your luggage at reception while waiting for your room to be ready.
You then left saying that it was unacceptable and that it would not happen like that...
We are therefore not surprised to read your particularly negative comment, which we will not comment on except to say that our customers are generally very satisfied with their stay, and in particular with the quality of our welcome, our bedding and our breakfasts.

The only downside, but a significant one... the lack of heating in the bathroom and the impossibility of adjusting the heating in the bedroom yourself.
Quality hotel. Spacious, clean, and well-appointed room. View of the lake is a significant plus. I highly recommend the establishment and would come back with pleasure.
