Good hotel, very friendly owner

The common areas are not very clean. In the bathroom: the toilet bowl was loose, the dryer was not working and was covered in dust. The shower walls were covered in a layer of limescale, the spa function of the shower was not working.

Hotel a little old but the cleanliness and welcome were perfect

Pontorson is a slightly run down town with little alternative to eat or sleep well. Fortunately this place is simple, clean and nice. Good food.

Good stay, clean room, friendly welcome, some details to review

Hotel in disrepair: no light in the room. Towels still wet. Room dirty. Tape to hold the roller shutter. Bread frozen and completely hard.

Towel still damp and torn!!! Sheet with red stains?? Broken shower Sink not fixed to the wall and faucets that don't stay on it The cook vapes in the kitchen!! TV the size of a tablet Musty smell in the room and hallways

Hotel since 1948. It's remained as it was on the day it opened. Old furniture, stair access with a visible toilet always open, zero reception, towels dating back to the First World War. Filthy walls, shower with cracked floor. A disgrace. Inspect rooms 6 and 1 to see for yourself.

Pleasant stay in this small hotel with old-fashioned charm. Welcoming staff who were attentive to our requests. Good food, comfortable beds, and a clean room. We might come back!

Way overpaid for the condition of the room and hotel in comparison to other stays we had in the area. Extremely outdated decor and felt the filth from the floor and in the stairs both in common area and room. The walls as well were covered with long dated unwashed dirt. Lighting in the room was poor. The person at the reception was very accomodating and polite. Pontorson is far from Mont St-Michel, buses run too rarely (require a car), on a Sunday walking 7KM is more efficient. Skip this location if travelling by trrain and close to the station and go to the Beauvoir area if going to Mont St-Michel.

Very poor accommodation. Very close to the attic for the room. Faded paint, extra bed leaning against a partition, shower cubicle of an old age, cracked and door not closing. The whole room was unworthy...

Whilst the decor is dated & a bit shabby, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful .
2nd floor wasn’t ideal but we managed.
However, the evening meal was excellent, and as included in the Demi-pension deal, was excellent value and made our brief stay.

We came with our dog to visit Mont Saint Michel and we particularly appreciated the warm welcome at the hotel, which kept its kitchens open so we could dine. The fish on the 14-euro menu was excellent. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Good value for money, plus a helpful host. Thank you for the great stay.

I only stayed at this hotel once... the food was very good, even though I'm a former chef... The welcome at reception was very organized. The dining room service is still getting used to it for me... this Easter weekend there were a lot of people in the evening. I recommend this establishment and I'll be going back.

Very well located hotel but could use some updating

Unworthy of the brand! I had reserved 2 rooms (with a double bed) for my supervisor and me. The welcome was more than average, the young lady was obviously in a hurry to go back outside to smoke with her friends. At first she only gave us one key, it was me who reminded her that there were two rooms (response: really?") We went up, my boss opened his room: the bed was unmade, there were someone else's things in the room, bathroom not cleaned. I opened mine: two small beds. We put the keys on the counter and left.

We rented 2 rooms, one was ok considering the price, the second on the other hand, no curtain but a rod support on one side, on the other holes, an open flush-mounting box with exposed dominoes, shelves held together we don't know how, holes in the walls, stained towel, a hair dryer without a nozzle, damaged paint, an incomplete shutter crank. Very average cleanliness in the rooms, corridors, .....

Hotel largely satisfactory considering the price, the bed is comfortable, bathroom sufficient, the room is clean, the arrival is easy even with a few hours delay, quick departure and welcoming staff. Small downside: we can hear the neighbors slightly through the walls but we were not disturbed for long. I recommend this hotel for small budgets.

Hotel needs some updating but catering well above average... Quality dishes, well presented and particularly tasty, good wine list, a great taste experience!

From the reception we were received with cordiality and smiles. The New Year's Eve meal was excellent and affordable, just a little disappointed by the dessert but a glass offered and shared at midnight with the hoteliers, the staff and the guests of the restaurant. TOPISSIME! The only downside was the lack of hot water in the morning for the shower.

Very good value for money!

The triple room is ok for 1 night but 2. The room could do with a bit of freshening up. Walls/headboard/TV wires hanging down...

We booked this rental by mistake and when I wanted to cancel a few minutes later I read that there were fees (at least one night - 78€ to pay but that I could contact the hotel to request cancellation without fees. I waited more than 24 hours and their response was "I refused since the rental" We understand that there may be fees but it was a choice made by mistake and processed as soon as possible (less than 30 minutes after booking) to avoid taking someone's place. But the hotel is not flexible in understanding our situation.

Pleasant stay the manager Bruno was great quality of the room nothing to complain about! We had a modern room with shower towel and mm shower and hand product, TV and free wifi and the little extra hairdryer!👍😊

Very good meal

Tiny room, limited space to pass between the bed and unnecessary furniture, damaged furniture, broken, cracked shower cubicle, light in bathroom does not work, flies from a closed window without possibility of opening (broken system), second open but without possibility closed for the night, extremely dirty windows, very poor Wi Fi connection, tiny TV, fixed with the way that when you are lying in bed you can only see half of the screen. Given the price, this is really overkill!!!!

Faithful to the LOGIS spirit. Authentic hotel, quite the opposite of "chain" hotels, warm and human welcome, experience to be repeated, very satisfied. WELL DONE!!!

Old hotel very dirty radiator falling shower door which does not close shower head which does not work extremely dirty mattress disgusting does not make you want to sleep in it unpleasant smell
