Very friendly staff. Location of the property perfect. Spacious room.
This hotel was a delightful surprise is right in the middle of the picturesque town square near the lovely clocktower with old ruins perched on the hill behind. While some of the furnishings are a bit aged the hotel is very clean, charming, and a surprisingly good value for money. The wellness area was a wonderful surprise as it is really modern and exceptionally clean and the tea corner is also a thoughtful touch. Breakfast is nothing extravagant but it's sufficient for the price paid and it's served with warm greetings and helpful smiles from the lovely staff each day.

Very helpful staff. SPA at the top but the carpets in the corridors are to be refreshed. Rooms not air-conditioned and therefore noisy if you have to sleep with the window open.
Great stay in the heart of the city of Ribeauvillé but the small problem is that it would have been nice to have air conditioning in the rooms because despite the fan in the room it would be really hot
Nice hotel very well located in the center of Ribeauvillé. Restaurants and shops within walking distance and car parks nearby to leave the car safe. The rooms are very clean and well furnished and the breakfast is plentiful. We are satisfied with our stay and we will remember this hotel if we return to Ribeauvillé.

Friendly hotel, family, quiet, comfortable, well located
We booked a comfort room for a stopover in the old town of Ribeauvillé. The location is central and ideal for visiting the old town on foot. We arrive at this 3-star hotel with spa in confidence. We were quickly disappointed: when we got to our floor, the carpet in the hallway smelled very musty. The room is of decent size but it is very heavy there, yet the outside temperature is cool (barely 19 degrees). It would have been better to air out the room before our arrival. The bathroom is tiny, dated and dusty in places. As a "Logis de France" welcome gift, we have a 50cl bottle of Cristalline (we are two adults) and nothing else (no kettle for tea/infusion). In the evening, we realized that the room was not soundproof because we heard the neighbors talking. The next day, we could see that the other floors probably benefit from a larger bedroom (in view of the size of the windows). In short, the comfort rooms represent the "sub-hotel" part of the place. We can only strongly urge the owners to complete the modernization work on this floor, which does not correspond to the standard of a 3-star hotel. Finally, we had breakfast at the hotel before leaving (11€/pers). The crockery is more than banal, and looks more like what you find in hospitals. The coffee offered is of the same ilk. The bread (rationed per table) and the yoghurts offered are the same as in collective catering as well. The muesli has no more taste, visibly dried in the open air. And when we asked a young woman from the team for eggs, another person, probably responsible for the room, came to see us: "Did you ask for eggs? Well, we don't make them! Like that, you know!" and she turns on her heels without the slightest word of politeness... We can only advise the establishment to review its proposal or future customers to go and have their breakfast elsewhere. In short, you will have understood that we do not recommend this hotel, which is ultimately quite unwelcoming in the broadest sense of the term, with the exception of Corinne at the reception who was the most professional.

Hotel located in the heart of the village, entertainment at the foot of the hotel. Spacious, comfortable room with spacious bathrooms, rare in old buildings located in the center of a village, not air-conditioned, but not essential in this region with cool nights!.
Excellent hotel in the locality
Very central hotel, with excellent services and well-trained and helpful staff. The breakfast offer is really excellent at an acceptable price (11 euros) compared to other hotels of the same level in Europe, especially given the choice and variety. The room was very clean and equipped with every comfort to make the guest feel at home. We were pleased to find the. bottle of water upon our arrival ... a small precaution that makes you feel pampered. The very characteristic and well-kept environment, combined with the unique location in a historic building made us love it even more. All perfect. I absolutely recommend it for a stay in Alsace.

This is a very nice small hotel right in the heart of the historical town. The staff i.e. the owners are warm, friendly people and make one feel good. I had a simple room at the top (elevator!) which nevertheless was with good size, bathroom with a small but very strong shower. And, what's quiet at night. The breakfast is french stile including some meat and cheese and the best croissant a had for a long time gone. We liked it.
Very friendly staff. Very old room surely and I hope will be renovated as some rooms are already. My disappointment concerns the breakfast no local products no Lidl brand egg yogurt really a shame not to highlight local products knowing that ribeauville is really at the heart of this magnificent Alsace with its market and the many neighboring farms

it is already the third time that we return to this hotel. We have always found each other very well. The setting is really nice, the spectacular hot tub. We noticed that the rooms we stayed in were recently renovated. Staying with you is like a hug.
A magical stay - the room was perfect with a stunning view of the town square - don't worry, the clock doesn't strike all night! Breakfast was excellent, with very jolly staff, also cosy lounge and bar. Never had time to try the spa, as we spent so much time exploring the lovely town. Some brilliant restaurants in the town.

Hotel meraviglioso e completo di tutto quello che if possa desideare. Posizione strategica direttamente in centro, tutto lo staff estremamente disponibile e cordiale. Pulizia camere eccellente così comme la gestione della SPA che si trova all'interno (ripeto: ECCELLENTE!). Il parcheggio custodito e sorvegliato all'interno è sicuramente un altro punto a favore. Lo raccomandiamo nella maniera più assoluta, si che si tratti di un viaggio di coppia che con l'intera famiglia! E' stata una settimana da sogno, un GRAZIE a tutto lo staff!

Preis und Qualität entspricht einem 3* Hotel. Was ich nicht verstehe und was uns auch geärgert hat, aber dafür ist das Hotel nicht verantwortlich, ist der Durchgangsverkehr in der Grand Rue. Auto an Auto schlängelt sich durch den Besucherstrom, man läüft permanent im Gestank der Abgase. Nicht einmal am Wochenende hat man die Grand Rue zur Fussgängerzone gemacht, obwohl es Schilder gibt, dass von 12.30 - 18.00 Uhr die Grand Rue Fussgängerzone ist. Ich glaube nicht, daß wir das Hotel nochmals buchen werden, das Zentrum von Ribeauville ist alles andere als Fussgänger freundlich.

The room look really nice and the bed is very cofortable and bedding is high quality.The bathroom has shower but the water flow is strong.The reception is very helpful and I made a contact with her before I check in and everything went smoothly.
