Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the room, including the breakfast (local products...), the spa...

Très bon séjour. Literie très confortable. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre très calme. Les points d'amélioration seraient: des salles de bain un rien plus grandes. Un petit-dejeuner mieux fourni, plus de choix. Au moins un deuxième vestiaire au spa!

A very pleasant and clean stay in Alsace. The only thing that could be improved was the cleaning lady entering our room before our stay was over... that was the least pleasant part, everything else was great!

The stay was completely relaxing. The hotel is centrally located with its own parking. The staff was incredibly friendly. The spa area was small but very nice and perfectly suited to our needs.

Clean, very helpful staff. They took my requests into account; my husband is tall, so I specified that a room with a sloping ceiling would be inconvenient, and we were given a room without one. They remembered this months later because everything had been noted. That's called professionalism; no need to make a big deal out of it, just that, and it was perfect. The breakfast was simple but adequate, with savory options (as previous reviews mentioned only sweets). The spa was very good; it closes at 8 pm, so we were able to enjoy it alone, and they provide towels. Their parking lot was already full when we arrived, so consider reserving it, otherwise there are free spaces a few meters away.

Great stay at the Hôtel de la Tour. The added bonus was the jacuzzi to warm up at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful time in Ribeauville. The hotel is in a great location, centrally located, yet we still had quiet nights. The breakfast was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, and we felt completely at home!

At very short notice, and with no explanation, our booking was moved to another Logis hotel on the outskirts of the town.

Unbeatable value for money. A simple room with everything you need. Updated bathroom, very good faucets, perfect water pressure, and plenty of space. Breakfast on the terrace was super cozy. Marie made us feel at home: very professional, friendly, and charming. We enjoyed everything. And the small spa was a real hit.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is cosy and clean, and the service is warm and kind. The hotel is placed perfect in the middle of Ribeauvillé in walking distance to everything.
We have stayed here many times, and will definitely continue to stay here whenever we are in Alsace.

Central location, elegant and well-appointed furnishings. Huge room with a large tub and much-appreciated amenities like USB and USB-C ports. Overall, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent but limited in choice; I would have expected more given the rest of the service.

Friendly staff and a nice, very clean room, though a bit small, but fully equipped. The hotel is perfectly located: you can walk straight into the city center. Parking is available for €8 per day if you reserve in advance, which is very convenient. The wellness area was also a welcome bonus after a day exploring the city. The only downside: there was no air conditioning in the room. Otherwise, definitely recommended for a relaxing stay!

What a fantastic location, we stayed at this hotel during our yearly motorcycle trip, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we managed to get a parking place for our bikes which we could see from our lovely rooms. The rooms are a little small but the build is very old and full of character, my room was very warm and didn't have Aircon but I had a fan which was great and gave me a bit of white noise so I could sleep. The breakfast was one of the nicest French style breakfasts I've had on my bike trips. I would recommend this Hotel for location, Staff and rooms. I will be using this hotel again when I next travel in this area of France

We had a standard room on the top floor. Small room and very small bathroom. But everything was there! Well designed and comfortable with all you need. Good qualiity bed. Ideal location in the heart of town. Ample parking at short walk away. Very kind staff. Small terrace and bar to have a drink outside in the evening sun. Large choice of restaurants. The outside of the building is old and very authentic. The inside is comfortable. Lounge, lift to all floors. Small breakfast room with basic French breakfast and fresh coffee to order. Perfect for us.

The stay in this hotel went very well. The triple room was perfect in terms of space (there were 2 of us). The breakfast was simple but effective and the bread was very good! What we liked the most was the bedding. The bed in our room was surprisingly perfect, like at home, which is extremely rare. Ideally located. If we were to return to sleep in Alsace, we would return to this hotel without hesitation.

Charming hotel in the heart of Ribeauvillé. Pleasant and efficient staff. The Spa is a welcome addition after a day out and allows you to relax. Large bed and beautiful view of the butchers' tower. Parking nearby for easy parking. Small area for improvement: the breakfast buffet for pastries can be empty if you arrive after 9 a.m. (this happened to us on the first day at 9:15 a.m.). First come, first served. Maybe review the operation on this point? Otherwise everything else was very good.

The hotel is very well located, the staff is very good, the comfort is there. The only small points that could be improved in my opinion, from my non-professional eye, would be a little refresh for example of the carpet on the 1st floor which is a little worn, in the staircase the same for one of the non-slip markets, in short nothing detrimental to a good stay and to my personal taste I admit that bathrobes for getting out of the shower would have been a plus but it is really for the details. Otherwise everything was perfect and I really insist on our satisfaction. Good luck to this beautiful hotel and its staff.

Easy to access, the welcome was most respectful. We had booked a room for one night. The big plus: Spa, Sauna, Hammam accessible free of charge. We took full advantage of it. We had booked, at the same time as the room, a parking space accessible directly at the hotel. It was indicated on our receipt: Subject to availability. As a result, we parked in a free car park 3 minutes walk away. Good hotel for a short stay. The staff is very pleasant and friendly.

Le rapport qualité-prix de l'hôtel, en plein centre-ville, est tout à fait correct. Rien à redire. Comme toujours, tout est très propre, le personnel est très attentionné et aimable. Les chambres sont impeccables. L'emplacement est excellent et la réactivité du personnel est également très rapide.

Habitación familiar muy tranquila y con todo lo necesario. El pueblo es precioso. El parking del hotel estaba completo pero nos recomendaron un parking gratuito que estaba muy cerca y siempre había sitio libre. Buenos restaurantes en la zona.

Hotel muy bien situado en la plaza de Ribeauvillé. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno muy bueno y completo y el spa, pequeño pero suficiente para relajarse. El hotel tiene un encanto especial. Hemos estado muy agusto.

It would be great to receive information in advance about where to park outside the hotel. About the room: the shower had mold on the silicone seal. That could be replaced. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

I was traveling by bike and I was only supposed to stay one night... The walls being very poorly insulated, I couldn't sleep properly as I heard all the noise from my neighbors (even when they opened the trash can in the room). bathroom). I was also told that I could benefit from a towel in the wellness area so I went down peacefully without towels. To my great regret there were no more and I only realized this after having been able to benefit from the facilities (which were very good by the way!). I regret highlighting these small flaws because otherwise the team and the room were very correct but I admit that unfortunately, I cannot give a completely positive opinion.

Im grossen und ganzen waren wir super zufrieden. Man merkt halt durch die Hellhörigkeit (Dusche und Haartrockner aus dem Nachbarzimmer), dass es ein älteres Gemäuer ist.
Kleine Verbesserungen: Der Wandschrank war eher staubig, wird vielleicht selten genutzt.

Positive points: hotel very well located in the city center, private and secure parking (for an additional fee), welcoming and smiling staff, varied and copious breakfast, good bedding. Negative points: not much space in front of the breakfast buffet and difficult to move between tables in the central part of this room, small shower cubicle.

Lovely room in a super hotel in a fantastic location in the middle of Ribeauville. The only slight negative was the fact that at no point was the need to reserve a space in the car park mentioned. Having parked I was told all spaces were reserved and I would have to move to a public parking. Having booked the hotel months ago, I was rather disappointed! Perhaps the need for booking should be made clearer. The public parking was fine and not too far away but if I had known about it, I probably wouldn’t have booked the hotel as I only book hotels with their own parking

A rather welcoming hotel but very small rooms, a bathroom where you enter 1 by 1, a very small shower cubicle. Access to the relaxation treatment (spa, sauna, etc.) is free from every point of view, we found ourselves with nudists with us, relatively shocking....otherwise the welcome is friendly, the breakfast is very pleasant, in the heart of the downtown.
