Manque de lumière dans la chambre 11

A nice hotel with a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Hôtel avec personnel accueillant, jolie décoration des espaces communs. Chambre confortable même si décoration un peu vieillotte, la litterie est de qualité (ce qui est l'important).
Water séparé de la salle de bain.
Petite terrasse sympathique et calme.
Le prix reste un peu élevé sans le petit déjeuner.
L'accès au spa est également avec supplément pour une chambre à 132€.
Hotel agréable, accueil chaleureux, un restaurant excellent tant par la déco que par la qualité des produits. La chambre est propre et dispose de la clim ce qui est très appréciable. Dans son ensemble, le séjour était génial. Je mets tout de même un bémol sur la qualité très limitée de la connexion wifi. Mais en dehors de ce détail, je suis pleinement satisfait de mon séjour et reviendrais volontiers si je dois séjourner autours d'Annecy.
Pas de lait vegetalien (vegan) en dépit notification en avance. Jambon dans la salade vegetarienne. LES MOUCHES!!! hotel n’a fait rien afin de les combattre.

Excellente nuit dans votre hôtel. Juste la porte de la chambre qui fait énormément de bruit, réveillant notre bébé qui dormait à chaque aller retour.

Sehr netter Empfang, haben super geschlafen, Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Beim Frühstück haben wir Vollkornbrot vermisst.

Loterie dans un état inqualifiable
Très cher pour ce que c'est car les chambres sont certes grandes et agréables, mais il y a 0 services, l'accueil soit disant ouvert jusqu'à 22h était fermé a 19h, le spa aussi a fermé plus tôt, pas de petits savons ou brosse a dent dans les salles de bain, un wi fi de piètre qualité, des volet roulants qui ne ferment pas jusqu'en bas avec des rideaux trop clairs, du coup chambre trop lumineuse sur le matin, on avait demandé un lit bébé il n'y était pas... Bref c'est un peu l'arnaque vu le prix des chambres ... Qu'on a du découvrir seul car personne. Et nous a accompagné.

Très bel établissement, bien entretenu. La chambre avait une très belle décoration. La propriétaire est juste adorable, très à l’écoute. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

La chambre est très spacieuse. Il y a des commodiés agréables (spa) mais cest cher. Si vous venez en soirée étape, le repas est très moyen. Par contre, si vous payez le prix et que vous êtes considéré comme un bon client, létablissement a lair bien. Attention au traitement qui diffère en fonction du prix que vous payez !

Bonne cuisine, bon service, belle chambres spacieuses. Malheureusement elles étaient placées juste en dessus du climatiseur central de la maison. Celui-ci faisait bien trop de bruit pendant la nuit, on a mal dormi pendant quatre nuits. - Le Wlan est trop lent.

Restauration vraiment digne d'un hotel de classe supérieure avec des produits de haut de gamme.Dommage que la route qui sépare les deux bâtiments soit aussi bruyante et surtout dangereuse le matin a fort passage.

Les chambres un peu sombres nous ont un peu gênés (pas beaucoup d'éclairage pour une chambre type chalet)

A l'occasion d'une manifestation sportive sur Annecy arrivée vers 14h30 super accueil du réceptionniste politesse sourire pro. Hôtel super propre chambre coquette. Restaurant : maître d'hôtel et la jeune fille du service dans la lignée du réceptionniste bref super équipe très professionnelle sans chichis et maîtresse de maison à l'écoute de ses clients. A recommander
