Having complete confidence in Logis Hotel, I booked a 2-night stay in July. The establishment is not welcoming, it is aging and needs a serious renovation. Closed shutters and doors, empty and poorly maintained courtyard, staircase with steps in poor condition, stained carpet. Superior room (the most expensive) rented, to have air conditioning. It works during the day, when no one is in the room and is turned off at 10 p.m., with no possibility of turning it back on, because they REMOVE the remote control upon arrival and it is non-negotiable. Unheard of! From the moment you set foot in this place, you have booked, given your bank details and if you don't like it, you can go elsewhere, but you will be charged for one night, or even more. We really feel like we have been ripped off by Logis Hotel! The main attraction is the swimming pool. However, the liner has already had a very long life, it is tinkered with and badly needs to be replaced. Only one parasol, less than ten deckchairs and the smell of a septic tank in the north wind. There is no hotel service around the pool, no drinks, no food, cold showers. On an uninviting terrace, without parasol or tent (it has been dismantled and is lying in a corner), the restaurant is only open in the evening during the season. There is a cook who serves very tough, overcooked meat and fries swimming in fat. When I was asked my opinion on the dish, I allowed myself to point out that the meat was far too tough and overcooked. I then received the astonishing response: "it's the dish of the day and at this price, you shouldn't expect a miracle." The dish goes back to the kitchen in its entirety, without being offered anything else and is charged the full price. The only positive points are the location and the pool, if you like very fresh water and are not too fussy about the general condition. This place looks more like an aging guesthouse with no services than a 3-star hotel and restaurant. However, the bill is not at all that of a guesthouse. More than €300 for 2 nights. Extremely disappointed by this stay.
