The spacious dining room can accommodate just over 100 diners, all of whom are welcomed with formidable efficiency by attentive, smiling staff. In the kitchen, Thony Billon, who was Olivier Nasti's right-hand man (2 Michelin stars) for several years, puts all his experience at the service of a creative and generous menu. The finest products are given pride of place, with a back of Julienne de ligne, sea urchin coral emulsion, fennel confit and Read more cockles in marinière full of flavor. A high-quality hotel with top-level services in the heart of the Munster Valley
There are a few points to review, including the proper functioning of the counter-current swimming and the quality of the pool water, which was quite cloudy. The air conditioning in room 322 on 06/27/2025 was not working properly, so we had to sleep with the window open, with the outside noise. On the other hand, the food side, the five courses were simply excellent, bravo to the chef! The negative point concerns the wine service. I had chosen a Turckheim 2014 Gewurztraminer, unfortunately it was not chilled. The waiter showed me the label, opened the bottle, then placed it in a bucket filled with ice, specifying that I would not have it at the ideal temperature right away, and that I would have to wait a little. The problem is that I had planned this wine for the entire meal, from the aperitif to the dessert. I didn't want to wait too long, so I ended up putting ice cubes in my glass, a little reluctantly. I didn't want to send the bottle back, especially since I had already had to replace a damaged glass when we arrived. In any case, great breakfast and well stocked. I left a little note at the reception when I paid to give the negative points.
