A very good establishment where I have been coming for several years. The only small issue, which has persisted for a while, is the slowness in the restaurant between the main course and dessert. I came on Wednesday the 12th in the evening and it took an hour between my main course and dessert; there was a small problem in the kitchen with the serving area. However, the waitress who took care of me was perfect, smiling, pleasant, and provided excellent service (it was Mylène).
Too bad the restaurant is not up to four star standards.

Very nice hotel, very quiet and cozy. The indoor pool provides a pleasant moment of relaxation after a busy day. I recommend the economy room, which is very good value for money. Nice bar and restaurant area.
Hotel wonderfully located in a beautiful park, 5 minutes walk from the heart of Munster, lovely town. Very good car parking, the hotel structure itself is simple and a little '70, but overall nice and very well kept. Points of attention, and reason why we did not give 5 stars: -only one elevator for well over 50 rooms and 5 floors, prepare to be very patient in rush hours such as breakfast, dinners, arrivals and departures, if your physical conditions do not allow step climbings - the staff at the reception: young and clearly inexperienced, some of them do not speak or understand even basic English, they did not understand our requests about the restaurant, nor they seem to be fully aware of the menu limitations, or able to inform us properly, so we missed the opportunity to experience the full restaurant menu, as we wanted to do. Fortunately Munster is full of good options

Pleasant stay, very nice hotel, comfortable and well-equipped room, perfect breakfast. Only small downside: the children in the spa who scream, jump in the water, splash... and no one says anything to them! Very disturbing when you want to relax.

A high-quality hotel with top-level services in the heart of the Munster Valley
There are a few points to review, including the proper functioning of the counter-current swimming and the quality of the pool water, which was quite cloudy. The air conditioning in room 322 on 06/27/2025 was not working properly, so we had to sleep with the window open, with the outside noise. On the other hand, the food side, the five courses were simply excellent, bravo to the chef! The negative point concerns the wine service. I had chosen a Turckheim 2014 Gewurztraminer, unfortunately it was not chilled. The waiter showed me the label, opened the bottle, then placed it in a bucket filled with ice, specifying that I would not have it at the ideal temperature right away, and that I would have to wait a little. The problem is that I had planned this wine for the entire meal, from the aperitif to the dessert. I didn't want to wait too long, so I ended up putting ice cubes in my glass, a little reluctantly. I didn't want to send the bottle back, especially since I had already had to replace a damaged glass when we arrived. In any case, great breakfast and well stocked. I left a little note at the reception when I paid to give the negative points.

Perfect except the pool area where people did not respect the rules with babies in the jacuzzi and children screaming everywhere from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. when it is reserved for adults in the rules. Not forgetting the children who think that the gym is a games room. Not really relaxing.

Very warm welcome, the rooms are perfect, the breakfast very good, all in a pleasant setting. The only negative point comes from the parking. Having an electric car, it is difficult to find a place at the IRVE level, because the places are taken by thermal vehicles.
This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. Everything is perfect ! The restaurant is excellent. The spa/pool area is very pleasant. The icing on the cake, I forgot my swimsuit in my room, the hotel sent it back to me free of charge.
