The spacious dining room can accommodate just over 100 diners, all of whom are welcomed with formidable efficiency by attentive, smiling staff. In the kitchen, Thony Billon, who was Olivier Nasti's right-hand man (2 Michelin stars) for several years, puts all his experience at the service of a creative and generous menu. The finest products are given pride of place, with a back of Julienne de ligne, sea urchin coral emulsion, fennel confit and Read more cockles in marinière full of flavor. And everything else is flawless, from the cooking to the quality of the perfectly mastered juices and sauces, and the intelligent presentation of the dishes. Very welcoming and helpful staff. An excellent refined table. Central location to visit the Route des Crêtes, Alsace wines and the pretty Alsatian villages. We recommend
Very warm welcome, the rooms are perfect, the breakfast very good, all in a pleasant setting. The only negative point comes from the parking. Having an electric car, it is difficult to find a place at the IRVE level, because the places are taken by thermal vehicles.
This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. Everything is perfect ! The restaurant is excellent. The spa/pool area is very pleasant. The icing on the cake, I forgot my swimsuit in my room, the hotel sent it back to me free of charge.

Exceptional cuisine, professional staff. I've been going there regularly for over 30 years and I'll never get tired of it.
Despite rainy weather throughout my stay, I had a very good vacation thanks to the wellness area. Small downsides for the parking lot which was too small in case of high crowds, the service in the restaurant which was a little chaotic and the heating in the bathroom which never worked. Despite this, I will happily come back to discover this beautiful region.

we have been regulars at the Verte Vallée for 20 years. The catering is excellent. during our last stay the only criticism to be made was the dessert" in the "big trees" menu: not fresh enough (certainly taken out of the refrigerator too early); The friendliness and courtesy of the restaurant service also declined: sommelier and service. These remarks because I can compare over several years
Nice hotel but fairly large complex, a bit unpersonal with Spa and pool situated in a quiet area, walking distance to Munster and well placed to visit Alsace pretty villages and Colmar.. We stayed 5 nights and had a superior room in the refurbished wing. It was well appointed with bath and shower, tea/ coffee making facilities and mini bar, but the 2 small complementary bottles of water included on Day1. I would have expected to see them every day as we were end of August/ beginning of September. This is a very busy hotel with coach tours so you are given a time for dinner to help Chef and kitchen staff. We had a choice of different menu every night except on the last two as the Menus work on a three day rota system. Food was excellent, well presented inventive. We had the same lovely girl serving us every night. The choice at breakfast was huge, charcuterie and cheese from Alsace, smoked salmon , delightful Alsace cakes, a large choice of breads and the standard pain au chocolat or croissant. I certainly would recommend this hotel to any traveller wishing to visit Alsace..
Come for the second time to spend a short stay of 2 nights in this establishment. Comfortable and well-equipped superior room. We took advantage of the dinner plan included. The food is really tasty. A small quack at the reception of customers during the first dinner but quickly forgotten thanks to the quality of the dishes served at the meal Address to advise for a good time.

The Spa is very nice but could use a bit of a refresh. For the room, we were in the unrenovated part of the hotel. The room was nevertheless very pleasant with a balcony overlooking the park. Small flat, the toilet in the bathroom. The catering was perfect, the dishes and the wines won us over. The breakfast finished convincing us. A very nice step.
