Bel hôtel à l'ancienne. Très propre, bien entretenu, mais peu mieux faire sur la déco ! La literie est excellente, les couettes moelleuses. Côté insonorisation, le bas blesse... c'est le charme de l'ancien ! Quand on a un troupeau d'éléphants au-dessus de la tête matin et soir, bof bof ... Le restaurant est très bien, des plats copieux et excellents, le petit-déjeuner très varié et de qualité. L'accueil est très sympathique, gracieux et disponible. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Bonjour,
Entrée de la cours de l'hôtel fermée par un marché rural, non précisé à la réservation
Impossible de diner, cette prestation ne nous a même pas été proposé lors de la réservation., bien que des tables soient restées inoccupées en terrasse couverte.
Personnel dépassé par le système informatique.
Enfin le prix demandé ne correspondait pas au prix de la réservation
+ les toilettes surprenants, mal fixé aux sol (chambre 109)
Anecdote: à l'arrivée, une personne n'avait pas de chambre attribuée alors qu'elle avait la confirmation de sa réservation !...
Établissement à ne pas oublier pour l'éviter absolument.

L'hôtel avait vendu ma chambre pour laquelle j'avais une confirmation de réservation de leur site web, géré par Logis. J'ai donc été accueilli avec la phrase "Nous n'avons pas de chambre pour vous." La réceptionniste, Stéphanie, était très impolie, essayant d'expliquer que Logis n'a jamais "envoyé" la confirmation que je lui ai montrée à l'hôtel. Peut-être qu'elle comptait sur mon âge, croyant que je ne connais pas un système de réservation en ligne automatisé - peut-être qu'elle ne se connaît pas. Dans les deux cas, elle ne devrait pas travailler dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie. Pas d'excuses, pas de pitié, juste des accusations sur la façon dont j'oserai entrer dans un hôtel avec une réservation confirmée sans un courriel personnel d'elle-même "ou de Valérie". Incroyable. Le directeur de l'hôtel et Logis n'ont pas non plus réagi à mes réclamations. Alors, s'il vous plaît, évitez l'hôtel et la chaîne Logis atout prix, car en raison du non-respect des réservations confirmées vous risquez de dormir dans la voiture comme moi.

Chambre tradition au RDC très grande, un peu sombre et bâtisse sonore. Pour moins de bruit, privilégier les chambres au 1er étage.
Salle de bain spacieuse et baignoire/douche agréable. Pas d'après shampoing.
Bonne cuisine sans plus.
Petit déjeuner correct. Les jus de fruits en machine, pas terrible... Bon pain et bonne viennoiseries.

Très bel hôtel spacieux. Charme des établissements belle époque. Belle salle de restaurant. Equipe compétente et très sympathique.

Deux motifs d'insatisfaction: la literie, avec un matelas usé dont les ressors métalliques en surface sont on ne peut plus inconfortables et des oreillers qui n'avaient rien à envier à des sacs remplis de galets. La salle de bains, où seuls deux savons étaient à disposition (pas de gel douche, ni mouchoirs en papier...) Dans la douche, pas de porte-savon, la barre sur laquelle le pommeau de douche est fixé qui se décroche et vous tombe dessus quand on veut régler la hauteur de la douche. Heureusement, le restaurant est vraiment de grande qualité, un vrai plaisir.
