Restaurant: the food (both, main course and desert) too much money for the quality
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. A nice, quiet room in a well-maintained, beautiful old building. Unfortunately, we were there on a Sunday, and the pool was closed. It would have been especially pleasant on that day, as it would have been especially valuable on such a cool, rainy day. Unfortunately, too many administrative errors occurred during our visit. First, we were given a room that wasn't cleaned, and then, in return for a discount, we were given a smaller room. The restaurant bill included a bottle of wine that we didn't consume. After complaining, it was credited back. So, the stay was a bit frustrating.
Very disappointing restaurant menus, lousy coming from so far to eat salmon and Toulouse sausage... Luckily we found a very nice restaurant in old Bourbon.
Zero, absolutely avoid!
Very quiet hotel in the middle of a park. The free private parking is very convenient. A courtesy tray and bottles of still and sparkling water were waiting for us in the room.
Huge pillows that break your neck. Winter duvet when it's summer! Too bad.
A little dated on the outside, but very well-maintained inside, tastefully decorated, large rooms, high ceilings, tea and coffee-making facilities, a very comfortable bed, and a bathroom with a bidet.
Perfect hotel and restaurant, location, services and welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good evening stopover, from the welcome to breakfast.
Overall satisfactory stay but the communication on the facilities should be corrected. The hotel is presented on several media as a place dedicated to well-being, equipped with a spa and a gym. This was the reason for our reservation, hence our great disappointment in discovering that this is not the case.
Period of August 15th no restaurant not even for those staying at the grand hotel! No wellness treatments! Nothing! No café brasserie nearby! Little information even a map! Disappointing no air conditioning in the rooms
The day i should arrive i got an email which i had to call immediately if i would come. When i would not call back immediately it will be regarded as that i wont come!!! Very, very unpleasant. The dinner was awful. You treat your guests as pigs
I arrived tired around 2pm. After several stairs outside and inside, a shabby elevator emerged that took me to the first floor where the reception was. When I asked if there was anything to eat, the (friendly) receptionist replied that the restaurant was fully booked (I could have looked on the way to reception and the restaurant was EMPTY!). I asked if dinner could be booked but she said that was also fully booked. I made it clear that this was strange. She said she understood and would ask at the restaurant if there was anything for me to eat. After some time she came back and said it was really full. I was so disappointed with the lack of service that I left.
