Good welcome and good location
Quiet hotel, small but functional room, good clean comfort. Very good sweet and savory breakfast. Easy free parking. Excellent value
Very pretty village, on the edge of a stream, very well laid out. The hotel is very good, clean. Good services from breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar. (Price a little expensive but it's the same as the surrounding villages)

Very nice hotel, in a very pretty village. On the other hand, the non-existent air conditioning, I think that fans could be envisaged at least during these strong heats.
Very welcoming and helpful staff; slightly noisy room directly overlooking the restaurant terrace. She mentioned parking is not dedicated to the hotel; as there is a beach 350 meters away it is always full...

No air conditioning, for a 3 star it's a bit tight, it was very hot at night
Quiet and welcoming place, good bedding, room maybe a bit small, but we really liked our stay in Creysse.
As noted above, our stay was very pleasant in this welcoming little village on the edge of the Dordogne.

Normally we are delighted with our stays at this hotel but our last experience was disappointing due to the restaurant and bar being closed. We were not aware of this when we booked.
In my opinion there are several things to improve (my remarks are in a sense to improve things)... 1) The hallway light continues to FLASH even the manager doesn't know why...!!! 2) The Shower Water Too Hot and IMPOSSIBLE to Regulate it...???!!!! 3) The Breakfast is CRACKY I say that by meaning my words. ...???!!!

A very nice room furnished with taste, very pleasant modern bathroom. The room was perfect for a family of 4. The restaurant meals were excellent by all accounts. The hosts are lovely. My overall opinion is 5 but I bring 2 caveats: - the day of our arrival was the village festival which dragged on noisily until 2 or 3 am and we had not been warned (a little word on the website or on the phone would have been welcome) - the heat in the room which does not benefit from a fan, we were however able to have a draft but not the first evening because of the music…

during the reception it is not specified that departures are only from 8:30 am and that if we have to leave earlier we must pay for the room the day before departure, moreover the breakfast service does not start that from 8 a.m. the rooms are small, not air-conditioned, not soundproofed, the choice of colors for the rooms is a bit gloomy, too much dark gray with black, the bedding needs to be reviewed, we had 2 separate beds because we wanted a large room, but we did not sleep so much the beds were noisy, I think the owners should test the room beforehand and do what is necessary for the noises, however, sanitary facilities and bathrooms, nothing to complain about, functional and very clean

The room is mediocre. The broken toilet seat, we hear people walking like elephants above our heads. It was very hot and considering the price it's not worth what we paid at all. The owner who does not warn in advance that she is understaffed and so we find ourselves at the door waiting for her return for our registration, under the sun and 38 degrees on the head when she knew we had a 2 year old child. Really not friendly at all. Traces of black on the towels therefore, poorly washed towels. Very small bathroom with the cleaning product left hanging over the shower: not enough to welcome customers. We paid a tourist tax much more expensive than what booking provided.

Very nice environment and very welcoming staff
