l'hôtel peut être vieux ce n'est pas un problème .
Mais l'accueil est inexistant
la chambre était en mauvais état
pas de chauffage ni dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain .
on nous a annoncé par mail que le restaurant ne fonctionne pas . Alors qu' a la réservation sur le site logihotel la demi pension était confirmée.
Pire le mot affiché à l'entrée de l'ascenseur portant le Logo Logihotel :
rendez les chambres avant 11h sinon une nuit de plus vous sera facturée .
le salon encombré par des cartons
les plateau pour le petit déjeuné tous sales.
impossible d'approcher les fenêtre vue sur mer pour le petit déjeuner , cela se passe au fond de la salle .
je regrette mais une réévaluation de cet établissement par vos services devrait être faite.
pour les trois étoiles la marge de progression de ce lieu est importante.
aucun engagement de l'équipe de service .
Les prestations tant au niveau de l'hébergement que de l'accueil ne sont pas celles d'un hôtel trois étoiles.
Le restaurant pour la prestation du dîner est satisfaisant mais le petit-déjeuner est très décevant . L'établissement mérite globalement un bon rafraîchissement.
En comparaison des autres établissements fréquentés notés trois étoiles sur logis hôtel, les prestations de cet établissement sont bien en-deçà.
Rien à redire ! Un personnel prévenant , professionnel et très sympathique . Un plus, notre chienne a été accueillie sans problème !

It seems important to me to inform customers that the restaurant does not operate on Sunday evenings. Choosing this hotel restaurant precisely to have the restaurant on site after the fatigue of the road and being told that you have to go elsewhere is a bit harsh. Why not mention it on the site, this would avoid disappointment. Furthermore, the establishment is dilapidated and it is impossible to close the toilet door, it is a small, really very small area! Too bad Breakfast this morning was perfectly fine.

Very cold welcome. Room without mini fridge. Air conditioning which made a lot of noise. Bathroom with sink tap was poorly cleaned and shower head was broken. For a 3 star I sincerely think it wasn't worth it. It's really a shame.

We have been to this hotel before and had our meals there. Big disappointment with a very basic welcome, including at breakfast where the person at the reception prefers to read his newspaper than to fulfill his duties. The meal was very expensive, for a very disappointing quality and quantity, and a waitress more in a hurry to see us finish and leave than to take care of the customers. We think that this establishment no longer deserves the name "Logis de France "

The hotel is simple the reception is average but correct and the average cleaning per account the service is friendly and the breakfast simple but good
Very large and well furnished room, with an extraordinary sea view. Air conditioning present but not used. Comfortable bedding. Bathroom with large shower, but the use of the sink, small and surmounted by a large shelf, is not very convenient. Separate WC with VMC, but if the toilet had been installed against the back wall, the bypass of the door would have been easier. Overall very good!
The rooms are in dire need of a refurbishment, we had to clean the furniture on the terrace before we could use it. The restaurant and the service were excellent.

Hotel very well located by the sea ..... free parking direct beach access !! Hotel and room with old design but ok for our purpose! Only big downside the price of breakfast not included in the price !! 10 euros / adults 🤦♀️ and 6 euros for children

I had to cancel a reservation of two I had made at the last minute. I had kindly asked not to make me pay the penalty or at least not to apply it in full. the response was rude and without any interest in my problem. very disappointing.

Old hotel with damaged ceiling, the bathroom fills with water when you shower. And some places are not well cleaned, especially in the wall toilets towards the switch, only the door, etc... Superb view of the sea.
Hotel is really old. Everything works, but it really takes a lot of work to get this hotel back in order. Because of the location, this hotel is still popular otherwise I would have chosen another hotel. Receptionist does her best but real welcome is hard to find. Enthusiasm is hard to find. All in all a great hotel for 1 time, next time I will choose a different hotel. Location is very nice and fine for 1 night. Good parking facilities on the roadside in front of the hotel.
Room was dirty and very tired
We loved our stay! The location was perfect, right on the beachfront with so many kid friendly activities, easy parking, and food and drink options. The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly with our young children who were fascinated with the fish tank in the restaurant. Family room had everything we needed and it was a wonderful break for adults and kids. Thankyou!
Rooms need maintenance. We visited two room as we changed the room. Both rooms were clean and OK...BUT the painting, cornershave had hits etc. Rooms need some painting frequently. Also air conditioner is dirty. Really dirty and did not deliver cold air. No problem this time as we did not use air conditioner at all.
So over all good hotel but some painting work twice or once per year and air conditioner cleaning every 3 months..

Home very cold limit when we arrived we bothered her !! dirty room poorly cleaned dirt in the bathroom air conditioning that does not work sends hot air and filled with dust. Chamber lock difficult to open lack of grease in the cylinder!! Horrible decor. To flee completely. Very limited breakfast.
