Un peu déçu par la chambre 101 au rdv pour les pot
Porte de la salle de bain qui grince, quand se lève la nuit on réveille le conjoint
Mais dans l’ensemble, une bonne table avec des plats de qualité. Le personnel est au top.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Personnel à l'écoute très sympathique et attentionné (même avec les petits enfants). Découverte de plats locaux privilégiant le circuit court des aliments. Cuisine traditionnelle délicieuse. Propreté, nettoyage des chambres impeccable et Bonne situation géographique / Proximité avec les domaines skiables et lieux touristiques de la région.

petite bémol avec la chambre romantique mansard le mansard est un faible mot le port du casque est obligatoire pour accéder aux toilettes deuxième bémol avec le restaurant pensez à prendre votre gourde cela vous évitera d'attendre la fin du repas pour avoir une carafe d'eau

Chalet well located and easy to access.
The room is large and the bed comfortable. The toilet separate from the bathroom is a plus. The sound insulation is a little weak, we can hear people going up the stairs and passing our door. The restaurant is very good, fortunately because there is nothing else nearby. One downside, the jacuzzi does not work well. We had a stir for three minutes and then it didn't work anymore. Apparently the problem was known to the staff but was not communicated to us. The staff is very helpful but lacks a little restraint. We would like to find regional products at breakfast and vegetables and raw vegetables on the restaurant menu.

Charming hotel in a quiet location. Very clean. The restaurant on site is very nice. The food is very tasty there. It's very filling. We will definitely come back and recommend this establishment to our friends and family.
Warm welcome, smiling and pleasant staff. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant in the evening, it was perfect Very clean room and very good breakfast.
Arrived having booked 2 nights. We checked that restaurant would be open both nights when we booked and in the morning before arrival to be assured it was. This was important as we were on a motorbike and there were were no restaurants within walking distance. On arrival we were told the restaurant was shut the second night. We therefore only stayed one night. Wouldn’t go again
At the level of the hotel, the room, the reception nothing to complain about. Clean room, consistent with the reservation and expectations. At the restaurant, very disappointed with the half-board meal offered, the first evening cold mussels, more than half closed so inedible, the dish was identical to the starter. The second night I ask to change and want to take à la carte because the half board menu was not to my liking, I waited more than 40 minutes for us to come and have only an aperitif with a child downstairs age... I agree that they lacked staff, that the current situation is complicated for restaurateurs and hoteliers, but I am frankly disappointed with the welcome received. At the time of the note the next morning, I had to recheck twice I had been counted half board plus my meal, had to count one more person per day and per meal when I had changed the reservation several weeks in advance. No gesture or apology. I would not return.
