A pleasant hotel but with some issues. Bathroom door (recessed) handle was dirty. WiFi was terrible & required constant logging-on. No bar; after a long day's drive we hoped to sit and have a quiet drink before dinner. This was not possible and we were hustled in to the dining room.Waitress service was graceless. Food was very good. Dining room lighting harsh & bright. At breakfast the next morning no staff were present, thus it was an entirely DIY process. Pleasant & friendly welcome on arrival, convenient on-site parking. A good hotel marred by some issues.

Superb staff, amazing food. Comfortable rooms. Disappointed that the air con in our room had either been switched off or had broken.. Quite an uncomfortable night. Duty manager did try to fix it so a thank you to him for that.
Excellent stay, friendly, welcoming with very high quality meals. I will gladly come back. Only downside: soundproofing of the room which I had to improve, we can hear the neighbor's television as if it were in the room.

I stayed a few days in this hotel with other members of my family who arrived from Belgium, among other things, to attend my daughter's wedding. The room was very clean, the bathroom quite new and pretty and clean too. The very warm welcome, the managers were attentive and made efforts to ensure a pleasant stay. Very positive experience. I recommend this hotel located very close to Moulins train station and a few minutes from the city center.

Good food, room OK, decent aircon. No kettle (please could provincial French hotels get 'with it' and provide these?) Great position with easy walking to the city. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful. Breakfast standard fare but OK. We had 1st floor room, very steep and long staircase to access first floor. Very secure and free :-) parking - excellent. We would stay again.
