Rien a dire sur la propreté de la literie et salle de bain, par contre déçu sur l'accès aux fenêtres qui pour moi sont vétustes, impossible de remonter le rideau du vélux et fermer la trappe d'air mais surtout l'intrusion des punaises ont gâchés ma nuit.
Pleasant hotel overall
Hello, I just spent 2 nights in this hotel and I am very disappointed, worse I feel robbed, here is why. : Colleagues and I booked a room for 2 nights for work, I went through Booking and they went directly with the hotel. When we arrived, the lady at the reception told me that since I went through you, my room would be more expensive than those of my colleagues, because I quote: "Booking they are thieves and they kill the hotels. » I pointed out to her that if she was on Booking it was because she would benefit from it and that I preferred to go through them for greater simplicity of management and to have a possible cancellation if necessary. In addition, I am a level 3 Genius member and thanks to this I regularly receive discounts on the prices displayed. In terms of the room, it was very small and in its original state for many years like the rest of the hotel! At the window level, there was not even the possibility of opening it to ventilate the room, no handle or opening system exists on it, in short a room in isolation. There were bedbugs all over the walls and ceilings, and also in the restaurant room just above us for breakfast! In short, it's not the first time and I'm tired of being told that I shouldn't come with Booking and being cheated on the price applied directly! If hotels are not happy with Booking, they just need to stop appearing there, but apparently they still find it a great opportunity to get fleecing customers! I paid €71.94 for my room per night while my colleagues got it for €62 (I have the invoices to prove what I'm saying if necessary). I will not return to this hotel. I don't know what means of control Booking has over these advertisers, but perhaps they should be strengthened.

We had a very nice stay at this friendly hotel. Warm welcome that made us feel at home. We will not hesitate to return there on our next visit.
The establishment is a good compromise for a short stay because of its quality/price ratio and the welcome of the courageous landlady. Presence of the swimming pool for children and adults; correct equipment and neat kitchen. In this heat wave season the Twin room is too small even for two and very stuffy despite the small fan provided. The narrowness leads to a 70% opening of the window in front of the TV screen and little room for the bedside tables. We will return however given the proximity to the purpose of our trip.
An ideal place for a stopover or a short stay a few minutes by car from the city center of Agen while being secluded and quiet. Exceptionally clean rooms and bathrooms. Extremely friendly and attentive welcome. Absolutely delicious restaurant. We will definitely stop there again.
