Nous sommes revenus dans cet hôtel dans lequel nous étions descendus en septembre 2021, ravis de notre expérience. Cette fois ci, l'expérience nous a déçus : à notre arrivée dans la chambre, mon conjoint a voulu se doucher, de l'eau marron a coulé durant plusieurs minutes, le robinet du lavabo pétaradait et nous avons dû laisser l'eau couler pendant un quart d'heure avant d'avoir de l'eau claire. Dans la confirmation de réservation fournie par l'hôtel, il est noté que nous avions accès à Canal+, il n'en n'était rien et la lumière de nuit, située au dessus de la table de nuit ne parvenait pas à s'éteindre totalement, mon conjoint a dû dévisser l'ampoule à 2h du matin....Nous avons fait part de ces désagréments le lendemain matin au moment de partir, cela n'a pas ému le moins du monde la réceptionniste qui nous a rétorqué pour l'eau que c'était normal (sic!), qu'ils avaient dû intervenir sur une canalisation et pour la lumière, qu'on étaient les premiers à faire remonter ce problème.....Alors que la réponse d'un hôtelier digne de ce nom aurait dû être qu'ils sont désolés du désagrément causé par leur intervention de plomberie, qu'ils auraient dû nous prévenir à l'arrivée et nous proposer un geste commercial...(s'ils nous avaient prévenus à l'arrivée, nous aurions compris et mieux pris la chose mais nous dire que c'est normal et ne pas même pas présenter ses excuses, c'est manquer de professionnalisme à mon sens...) Quant à la lumière, l'excuse du "oh c'est la première fois qu'on nous le dit" c'est navrant !
Voilà notre retour d'expérience, nous étions charmés par cet hôtel, son emplacement, son rapport qualité prix irréprochable, c'est donc tout naturellement que nous avons à nouveau réservé dans cet établissement mais cette fois l'expérience fut très décevante, il n'y aura donc pas de troisième fois !

L'accueil était très bien, le stationnement facilité avec une place de stationnement devant l'hôtel (suivant disponibilité je suppose).
La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propre. Notre chambre donnait côté cour, donc très silencieuse.
Nous avons profité du restaurant le soir, le menu était délicieux.

Juste attention à l'odeur de cigarette qui reste en arrière plan, léger mais j'y suis très sensible...

Bel hôtel, dans le centre ville de Mont-de-Marsan.
La chambre allouée était très propre et de belles dimensions, avec une grande literie confortable. Grande salle de bain (accessible aux personnes handicapées), très propre.
Wifi de bonne qualité pour travailler.
Repas et petit-déjeuner servis en chambre (obligation gouvernementale) de bonne qualité.

J'ai passé une nuit à l'hôtel Richelieu pour un rendez-vous d'affaire dans le contexte post-Covid. L'accueil a été très bon, j'ai pu par exemple garer mon véhicule devant l'hôtel en centre ville. Les mesures de sécurité sanitaire m'ont semblé cohérentes et sécurisantes sans être envahissantes. J'ai apprécié la chambre sur cour (fenêtre ouverte, calme pour un centre ville), le confort de la chambre et la localisation de l'établissement qui donnait accès au centre ville. A recommander
