Advance payment : We are a small establishment, and a cancellation causes us financial hardship.
To confirm a reservation, a deposit is required: at least the cost of the first night, and 50% of the total amount reserved for stays of several nights.
The deposit is collected at the time of booking.
According to Article N1590 of the French Civil Code, 'all deposits paid are non-refundable.'
Non-refundable your reservation is out of time for a free cancellation : In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the arrival date (4:30 PM), or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
For stays including a Saturday night, during a long weekend, on the eve of or following a public holiday, Valentine's Day, and in July, August, and September: in case of cancellation less than 10 days before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
A change of dates or a shortened stay is considered a cancellation.
Once the stay has begun, in case of a shortened stay, the deposit is retained and cannot be used to pay for accommodation or services already consumed, which are due in full. In particular, meals, spa sessions, and other booked extras remain payable.
For your information, if you book with a Visa Premier, Visa Infinite, Gold Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, or American Express credit card: in case of cancellation, your bank may reimburse you, subject to conditions.
