To guarantee your reservation, you will be asked for a bank card number and its expiration date valid at the time of booking (withdrawal cards, single-use virtual bank cards or non-funded bank cards cannot constitute a guarantee).
A pre-authorization of the total amount of the reservation will be made on the bank card given as a guarantee.
Regarding the accommodation services offered by the hotel La FORESTIERE. In accordance with article L121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the customer is informed that he does not have the right of withdrawal as provided for in article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, since the services are provided on a specific date or according to a specific frequency.
The reservation will be firm and final upon receipt of our confirmation email. The reservation confirmation summarizes the dates of stay, the number of people & the services ordered with the corresponding prices including tax, where applicable the amount of the deposit paid.

From January 1, 2025, the tourist tax will be added in addition to the services booked for the sum of 1.70 euros per person & per day (free for under 18s - upon presentation of an identity document on arrival).
Non-refundable your reservation is out of time for a free cancellation : Free cancellation up to 7 day(s) before arrival.
Beyond that, the fees charged will be progressive according to the cancellation period:
- 7 day(s) before arrivalthe first night will be charged.
- 3 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.This same amount will be charged in case of no-show.

How to cancel or modify your reservation:
For reservations made directly with the hotel, any cancellation or modification request must be sent in writing, by mail or email to contact@hotellaforestiere.com.
The cancellation of the reservation is effective upon receipt of an email from us confirming that the cancellation has been taken into account on the date of receipt of the email or letter by the Hôtel la Forestière.
For internet reservations, they must be cancelled directly on your customer area.
Any interruption of stay before the date specified in the reservation will result in the payment of the full agreed price.
Subject to availability and acceptance by the Hôtel La Forestière, modification requests relating to the extension of stay, the increase in the number of people or the modification of one of the services included in the initial Package will result, where applicable, in an additional cost.
The customer will have to pay the difference in price between the initial Package and the new Package. These additional costs will be payable directly at reception if the stay is in progress or by transfer or CBVAD upon confirmation of the changes by email by the Hôtel la Forestière.
For any modification relating to the reduction in the number of people, the change of seasonality to a lower season or the deletion of one of the reserved services, the amount of the initial order remains due.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
It is previously recalled that for promotional offers such as: 'early booking', 'last minute' include special conditions of sale detailed in the description of the offer, the full prepayment of the total amount of the reservation is required (non-exhaustive list).
CANCELLATION INSURANCE

COMPLAINT - MEDIATION - JURISDICTION
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
Complaints must be reported by the customer within 15 days after the departure date, under penalty of foreclosure, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt:
