1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the Hotel Restaurant La Charrue, located in Sand, and any person making a reservation for a room or service offered by the establishment.
All reservations imply full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Room Types
The establishment offers the following categories:

? Comfort Twin Room
? Superior Room
? Junior Suite
? Junior Suite with Sauna
The photographs and descriptions appearing on the website or in marketing materials are not contractually binding.
3. Reservations
Reservations can be made:
? By telephone
? By email
? Via the website
? Via a partner platform
A reservation becomes firm and final after:
? Written confirmation from the hotel
? And, if applicable, payment of a deposit or provision of a valid credit card as a guarantee.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event of a prior dispute.
4. Rates
Rates are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding tourist tax. Prices vary depending on the season, room category, and services selected.
The tourist tax is charged separately according to current regulations.
5. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are:

Unless otherwise specified:
? Payment is due upon arrival or departure.
? For certain promotional or group rates, payment may be required at the time of booking.
6. Arrival and Departure
? Check-in: from 4:00 PM
? Check-out: before 11:00 AM
Any late arrival must be reported to the hotel.
In the event of an unauthorized late departure, an additional night may be charged. A supplement of €15 is charged for early arrivals or late departures.
7. Cancellation and Modification
Standard Conditions:
? Free cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date.
? In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night will be charged.
? In case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For stays in Junior Suites and Junior Suites with Sauna, the hotel may require specific conditions (deposit or longer cancellation period).
Non-refundable/non-cancellable reservations are non-refundable.
8. Stay
The guest agrees to:
? Respect the premises and the house rules
? Not disturb the peace and quiet of other guests
? Use the facilities (including the private sauna) in accordance with the safety instructions posted in the room;
Any damage caused in the room (furniture, bedding, equipment, sauna, etc.) will be charged to the guest.
The rooms are non-smoking. In case of violation, deodorization and cleaning fees may be charged.
9. Specific Conditions ? Junior Suite with Sauna
The sauna is reserved exclusively for the occupants of the room.
The guest agrees to:
? Respect the posted instructions for use
? Not use the sauna while intoxicated
? Supervise children
The hotel accepts no responsibility for improper use.
10. Pets
Pet Acceptance
Pets are allowed on the premises, subject to prior agreement from the hotel at the time of booking. Only dogs are accepted.
Additional Fee
A supplement of €15 per pet per night will be charged. This amount covers specific cleaning and maintenance costs.
Conditions of Stay
The pet owner agrees to:
- Keep the pet under constant supervision;
- Keep the pet on a leash in common areas;
- Ensure the pet does not cause any noise or other disturbance to other guests;
- Not leave the pet alone in the room unless specifically authorized by the hotel;
- Respect hygiene rules (picking up after the pet, ensuring up-to-date vaccination records).
Liability
The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet to hotel property, people, or facilities. Additional repair or cleaning costs will be charged to the guest.
Refusal
The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to, or require the immediate removal of, any pet exhibiting inappropriate behavior or failing to comply with these conditions, without the possibility of a refund.
11. Liability
The hotel accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings in guest rooms or common areas.
12. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event (natural disaster, fire, strike, pandemic, etc.).
13. Data Protection
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of managing the stay and is not shared with third parties, except where legally required.
14. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing that, the competent court will be that of the hotel's jurisdiction.
Non-refundable your reservation is out of time for a free cancellation : Free cancellation up to 3 day(s) before arrival.
After this period, the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay will be charged.
