All the staff do their utmost to ensure your stay is a success!
We stayed 3 nights, no room cleaning, no change of towels
Decent for a short stay. Too bad the bread and pastries aren't fresh, with two bakeries across the street. No soap in the bathroom, and a toilet paper roll was used up. The ETIK card was still waiting to be checked in 42 hours before departure, so the customer was penalized. The customer service was excellent.
