Magnificent place. Welcoming and attentive staff. Very clean. Gargantuan meals and breakfast.

Warm welcome, helpful, small twin room but with everything you need. TV problem solved by the team, big plus the parking!!!

Lovely place. Great location with excellent room

Overall experience was positive. Excellent location, very good experience in the restaurant for our evening meal, breakfast was OK but limited in choice. Easy to park around the back of the Hotel but a little far away when moving luggage. Room was at the back of the hotel on the second floor, looked to be recently refurbished and was very comfortable with the exception of a broken window blind and some mould in the shower.
Staff were courteous, helpful and readily available throughout our stay.

Lots of traces of humidity in room 2, shower drain blocked, water does not drain and flooding! Otherwise overall bedding and meals very good.

Room floor was dirty. There was no hair dryer, no shampoo, no tissues and the safe was broken...

We arrived at the room and it hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest. The towels in the bathroom were used, the trash can was full of bottles and other waste, and the sheets were wrinkled from being used. We told the front desk, and they gave it a facelift, but the sheets were never changed.

Beautifully renovated hotel, meticulously decorated inside and out, while preserving its original exterior. Helpful staff and a very central location.

Accommodation under the roof, a fan would be welcome.

The room (Nr. 4) was loud (ventilation ftom the kitchen outside), disturbing other noises through the night and mildew in the shower.

Well located, the room deserves to be renovated. Shower cubicle seals, broken blinds. No Wi-Fi in the room. No space in the hotel parking lot on the second night.

The stay was only one day in a fairytale setting, but it seemed like a perfect village. The welcome was satisfactory, but not knowing the language made it difficult to find a motorcycle parking spot. The room had stained carpeting, and the room was a bit basic but had comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, but overpriced at €15. Check-out was asked for money twice, so check before asking; the host apologized.

A little disappointed, cleaning problem in the room: hair in the shower, in the toilet... empty toilet paper roll placed on the toilet. TV in the room: only 8 channels available France TV. Too bad...

We loved our stay here - friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, and nice ambiance throughout hotel. Also a great place to explore the region from.

Learning at the time of payment that only 50 percent of the bill could be paid by ANCV checks was a cold shower when we were ready to overlook the aesthetic damage to the room, the bathroom not being perfectly cleaned, and the dangling electrical installations in the corridors...

It is important to differentiate between the restaurant and the rooms. As for the restaurant, there is nothing to criticize: beautiful decor, very good service, simple but excellent cuisine. The price/quality ratio is also very good. As for the room (we had number 3), it is disappointing. The space is limited, I caught my feet in the window curtain, and I almost fell. Several times, my head hit the chandelier, much too wide and low for such a small girl. The handle of the toilet flush was not well fixed and gave the impression of coming off at any moment. When we turned on the water tap, we had to wait 3 minutes for hot water. As for breakfast, it is not worth 15 € in my opinion. The bread is excellent, certainly, but we are offered small boxes of yogurt from a supermarket and a fruit salad from a can. At another Logis hotel in the Ardennes a month ago, I got better for 12 euros. In short, the restaurant is highly recommended, but the hotel is not!

Very friendly staff, very clean room, we also had dinner, it was very good, I recommend the scallop and leek pizza. The village of Locronan is magnificent, not to be missed.

I am disappointed by the hotel because it is advertised as 3 stars and I find that it is not worth it. I will only talk about the hotel part because we did not test the bar/restaurant part. At first the reception on arrival was quite cold and brief. With dry questions, are you having dinner here tonight? At what time will we serve you breakfast? Maximum breakfast limit 9:30 am. We are parents of 4 children, we were on the weekend to relax and missed the good lie-in on Sunday. Arrived for breakfast at 9:25 am, cleared at 9:40 am. Well the gentleman that morning was still very friendly. Then the room, quiet, nothing to say about that, but the hygiene a little neglected. Stains on the carpet, mold in the bathroom, hairs on the toilet bowl, insects crushed on the wall of the water, and the most disappointing: when we undid the sheets to help the cleaning lady; The mattress covers were stained with several blood spots, stains that had not been there the day before and were very, very visible.

Far from a 3 star. The current team should go to 1st class hotels and similar to take notes and learn how to manage a hotel establishment.

Hotel already previously frequented, located on the street - and a short walk away - from the central square of Locronan. Be careful about access to the hotel and its parking during the end of year holidays (street closed from the end of the afternoon). Very comfortable for those who are not bothered by stairs. And a little expensive during the holidays!

Used to the hotel logis, this hotel disappointed me, all the staff a little "pushy" and "haughty", only the waitress of the restaurant in the evening who was very pleasant and professional. Nothing to say except that our stay in this hotel was perfect: charm of the hotel, quality of the accommodation (we had a studio, fully equipped!!) and professionalism of the team

Optimal

Regarding the bathroom, there is nothing to hang towels on, and no shelf for toiletry bags (2). A small storage unit is missing. The parking lot (not adjacent to the hotel) is not easy to find when you arrive at night....unless you explain its location precisely beforehand.

We stayed in the studio, which is a studio apartment, tastefully furnished and practical. The only thing missing, which is usually there in all hotels, is the card or a QR code indicating the services, the opening times and the wi fi password, which therefore I didn't try (I didn't ask for it afterwards) We had dinner in the garden, a good hamburger, the girls were very kind. Excellent breakfast, kind and helpful owners

I thought the waiter was very off-putting when choosing a table for dinner - There were many many tables but he insisted on couples being cramped onto small tables insisting the bigger tables would be needed for larger parties that did not materialise. All very odd.

Our stay in Locronan was enchanting! Very beautiful medieval festival and a stopover in an absolutely divine hotel. Excellent location in the city center. We were pampered by all the perfectly competent and incredibly kind staff! The meal at the restaurant was perfect and the waiter provided very good advice. El baño estaba bien, aunque necesita alguna pequeña reforma, sobre todo en la ducha. Vimos que estaban haciendo algunos trabajos de reforma, por lo que entiendo que en breve todo estará ya mejorado.
Viajábamos con los padres de mi mujer, y tuvimos que pedir en la recepción que cambiaran su habitación a otra del primer piso. No hubo ningún problema, se resolvió rápidamente y todo perfecto.
El restaurante lo utilizamos para las cenas, un buen menú y la atención del personal muy buena.
Sin duda, lo mejor, la gente que te atiende.
