First time in a home where you cannot have direct contact with the hotelier but with a reservation center for all logistical questions, which is also very unpleasant on the phone if you want information. It is absolutely not in the state of mind of a home and in addition very small room and very expensive compared to other hotels.

Room a little small compared to the price but with a superb sea view. The breakfast is really excellent

Although we had booked a room with a balcony on the top floor (fortunately we had that in writing), none was reserved for us. Supposedly due to renovation work that was not yet completed. However, there was finally a financial concession. When leaving, there were initially difficulties redeeming the loyalty points. Only through perseverance and intransigence on our part was the way found to redeem them on site. It was not possible to enter the hotel bill for additional ETIK loyalty points. We booked the hotel because we had a very good experience last year and we really liked it. This time we were a bit disappointed. The staff responsible for the lobby and for the terrace was little or not at all attentive. Most of the time we had to order our drinks at the bar ourselves. Even when we were served we weren't asked for any further requests. All in all - a lot of room for improvement compared to the staff in other restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Hotel under construction, which should be nice once finished, hoping that the finishes are correct and the decor of the room and hallway a little improved ........

Hotel reopening after work not quite finished, in one or two weeks we should see the end, with the location of the hotel and its renovated setting, a kitchen to satisfy gourmets, the destination is worth a detour.

A yellow cross (and not a green one) because, in room 26, it is difficult to find the switch in the room, which is hidden by the sliding door of the bathroom. Otherwise, everything is perfect!! cheer !

Third stay in this hotel that we love for its location: sublime sea view, for its warm welcome and full of attention for its customers and for its restaurant with creative cuisine and personalized service. An excellent address, we will definitely come back.

perfect hotel

I was on a stopover and I understand that my meal is more “basic”. When the neighboring tables, which for some will take the same menu as mine, and for others only 2 of the 3 dishes on my menu, have all been entitled to appetizers, at the limit…why not….I don't I didn't formalize. But when I had a coffee outside of my stopover evening package, I was not entitled to the miniardises from the neighboring tables either! Do you have to explain to me? A desire to make me feel inferior to other customers?

Beautiful location, friendly welcome, correct accommodation, simple decor, summer atmosphere... the hotel part, simple, does not call for criticism. What really disappointed us was the term "greedy" for the stage. The description of the dishes on the menu (Découverte des Abers) does not allow us to get an idea of what awaits us. After a very promising start, original appetizers, abalones covered with a cloud of potatoes on a flavored oil, a delight! The following two dishes spoil our "experience": a pot of crunchy vegetables, almost raw ... unpleasant impression in the mouth; the next dish called "Wrach - lobster: a broth of green leaves, asparagus sections (again) we looked for the taste of lobster in the ravioli... No interest! To finish the succulent Chocolate dessert and the delicious sweets unfortunately do not erase our disappointment Congratulations to the young pastry chef of the establishment, her cookies, tasted in the afternoon, are remarkable, aesthetic and tasty.
