We stayed half board, all the dinners were refined and we discovered savory and sweet dishes at the same time. Thank you to the entire hotel team.

Very good hotel. Very friendly staff. Slight disappointment with the restaurant: prices a little high for cuisine that is a little too "worldly" for my taste.

Very pleasant stay in a deluxe double room for a week. An outside sitting area which had a restricted view due to the property next-door was included and occasional smells from the kitchen were mildly annoying. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the food was very good. The pool area was very good and peaceful. Would stay again but would look into a front facing room with balcony and views of the mountains. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be an improvement.

We had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay in a standard room. The room is a bit small, but it's more than compensated for by the hotel's wonderful setting and the magnificent pool. The bike rental is very convenient. In the evening, we dined at the restaurant (half-board option). Excellent service, and a special mention goes to Léa, the pastry chef, for her desserts, which are as beautiful as they are delicious.

A cocktail bar by the pool would have been welcome, having to cross the road with a tray, the bartender does not serve 😭😭 Very little interaction with the staff, a shame with all there is to do in the region, on the other hand with foreigners......., very attentive. We took a so-called premium room, not agreed, garbage and delivery trucks in the morning and customers in the restaurant in the evening very noisy just below the room, not very premium all that 🤬 And finally, interior of the hotel, great, on the other hand the exterior needs a very big clean 👌 Otherwise, good establishment and very well placed to visit the region 😁

Beautiful surroundings and a holiday feeling

This is our fourth year at the Arcalod Hotel, and we are never disappointed. We choose half-board because it is good value for money, and the food is excellent and well presented. We will definitely be back!

Very good hotel, very clean and friendly staff

Third time at this hotel...still a pleasure to stay there. The real plus this time is its pool and wellness area, so pretty and so well-appointed. Perhaps consider providing two types of pillows (soft and firmer)! Bravo to the team for their friendliness and efficiency.

Family-run hotel, managed from generation to generation. Recently renovated, the restaurant and rooms are beautifully designed and decorated. Fantastic grounds and pool, with very high-quality furnishings 🤩 Bicycles available, services offered, a charming and attentive owner and staff. To top it all off, very good food with a varied selection of dishes. In short, nothing negative, we extended our stay and were sad to leave! And above all, the most important: contemporary atmosphere, but you can clearly feel the atmosphere and soul of the small family structure. In conclusion, very good value for money. Super spacious relaxation

Impeccable establishment both in terms of cleanliness and the staff, all very friendly. Just surprised on our arrival to see that the hotel was not located on the edge of the lake, because the photo on the site shows it at the water's edge, but frankly it doesn't matter, we had an excellent weekend in a super nice setting. with top-notch services. To do again...

Clean, welcoming, well-located with a pool/jacuzzi/sauna right across the street. The cherry on top is a good restaurant (especially the chocolate dessert) with mountain views. What more can I say, except that I'll be back to enjoy it for longer!

Very decent hotel restaurant overall, but the restaurant atmosphere is oppressive inside because it is too noisy and too cramped.

We stayed here for one night and were upgraded from a standard to a comfort room which was really lovely. Friends stayed in a standard room and the comfort room was definitely better and I’d recommend paying that bit extra if you can afford to. The pool area is gorgeous and the whole hotel and outside areas have been built/decorated to a really good standard.

Perfect asset point of view

My rating is worth all the words!

The staff was very welcoming and smiling, clear in their explanations and attentive. The people who do the cleaning were also discreet, smiling and efficient. The fact of being able to use the bikes loaned by the hotel is very appreciable, however the bikes that remained available when we wanted to take them were in average condition; for my part, I cut my ride short because, among other things, the saddle was not adjustable and I was slipping.

We had a great stay! Not much to say except that the room lacks a coffee maker and also perhaps a mini fridge/bar. As athletes we need to keep things cool, otherwise everything was very good, I highly recommend it!

A gem, a real favorite in a quiet location near Annecy. Beautiful, cozy room and delicious food from breakfast to dinner, not to mention the cocktails. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi and the swimming pool after our walks. Great staff. We will be back with pleasure.

Very friendly and smiling staff

Both pillows smelled very strongly and definitely needed to be washed. Luckily there were spare pillows in the closet that had been freshly made. The breakfast was very good.

We chose this hotel online and, based on our experience with most Logis Hotels, we’re not disappointed. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The setting for the hotel was great, surrounded by mountains and greenery. Our double room with balcony was very good as was the en-suite shower room. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food and service was excellent. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and professional. The pool was great and spotlessly clean.
Can’t fault the hotel at all - we would return.

On arrival there were hairs in the sink and on towels. This was quickly rectified by staff. Throughout the website room description it states sound proof walls. We heard crashes and thuds, which presumably emanated from the kitchen. There was also noisy air con plant directly over our ceiling/roof. When the corridor door shut/slammed, you could feel the walls move. I would not expect this from a top grade room. Also, the terrace had virtually no view. The back end of houses and the hotel rubbish bins. Again not what I would have expected from a deluxe/prime room. We knew in advance as we asked, but it’s unusual these days not to have tea/coffee making facilities included in your room deal.Lastly on the negative side, the photos of the pool and hotel on the website are very cleverly taken. Would you expect to cross the road to get to the hotel pool?
On the positive side, the items we had to pay extra for, I.e. breakfast and evening meals were excellent and they catered well for my gluten free diet.

L'hôtel est charmant, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d'élégance, on s'y sent bien direct et l'atmosphère est très chill.
Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli, nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans une très belle chambre avec une très belle et grande salle de douche (la douche est incroyable!!!) , nous avions une terrasse trop mimi et le méga plus, un volet occultant!!!!
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec des produits de la région et "fait maison". Si vous désirez manger le midi et/ou le soir, c'est excellent aussi.
La piscine est superbe, y aller est très agréable et calme, que du bonheur...et il y a un très beau sauna et un jacuzzi aussi.
L'hôtel offre la possibilité de partir en vadrouille grâce à de très bons vélos, Annecy est à plus ou moins une heure de là et cela vaut le coup!!!
Si nous n'habitions pas si loin, nous y reviendrions régulièrement même pour le temps d'un week-end et suuuuurtout pour toute l'équipe incroyable qui y travaille...ils sont TOUS super gentils, souriants et à l'écoute tout en étant très discrets, on sent vraiment qu'ils aiment leur métier. :)
Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de notre passage!!! Encore merci pour tout!!!

Booking at the last minute, the room has a superb terrace, the bedding is very good, the same for the decoration but improvements are to be made concerning the windows and the water room. The restaurant is a huge asset, it is a real delight.

We had the unpleasant surprise to see that the photo of the standard room on the site was far from reality. It is false advertising, I understand the strategy of wanting to make people want it, but the disappointment is even greater as a result. If there was an ounce of decoration and more similar to the photo, perhaps the small size of the room would have been less disappointing. Which is a shame because the context of the hotel, its services and the staff were qualitative.

Extra star would have been given if there had been a kettle in the room

Very short stay for my part but oh so pleasant! Friendly, smiling and helpful staff, a small but functional room, refurbished and impeccably clean, comfortable bed. We found our stay in the hotel very pleasant. We really liked our premium room on the ground floor with a terrace and a view of the mountains. Particularly beautiful. We also found the park-like garden with a pool.

Booked (via L2F web) 2 nights (1 adult + 1 teenager) from VE September 22 to Thursday 09/24. Human welcome + Desk at the TOP! Big thanks again to ALL of your Arcalod Team for their very high quality of service, attentiveness, availability, smile, good humor… (…) Extraordinary exterior setting but not usual this time (weather a little too cool)! Room 108 = good, functional, including terrace (S/SW orientation). Bathroom (PMR approved) with raised WC + walk-in Italian shower (logical). Restaurant table (VE + SA evenings therefore): extra, we ate really well (half board package included) + breakfast the next morning very good too (a little cheese to complete the "savory" offer would be perfect ). One thing is sure and certain: now a real address to recommend, knowing that we will return there with the greatest pleasure. Very nice end to the season for the whole team and excellent business flow elsewhere... until the fall/winter break...

Hotel is spotlessly clean. Fantastic facilities including a heated pool. Staff are wonderful. We did not have breakfast but it looked lovely. Overall just a really cool quirky place to stay.

The hotel is well located, quiet. Unfortunately the room was a little small and very poorly equipped. However, the swimming pool and the restaurant make us forget this detail, the staff is very pleasant.

Big thank you to ALL of your Arcalod 74210 Team for its very high quality of service, listening, availability, smile, good humor… (…). Heated outdoor swimming pool (son's test), table tennis table, deckchairs, shaded garden tables... Extraordinary outdoor setting! Room 202 = very good, functional, bathroom with WC + raised Italian shower (only downside: shower curtain = even being careful, it was the “Everglades” at the foot of the tray / sink / WC!). Restaurant table (on VE evening): great, we ate really well (half board package included) + breakfast the next morning (express, because we were “speedy”). One thing is sure and certain: now a real address to recommend, knowing that we will return there with the greatest pleasure. Very nice end of summer for the whole team and excellent business flow elsewhere… for the late season.

very nice renovated hotel, well located, with parking and swimming pool. Spacious family room, a downside however for the noise in the sleeping area with bunk bed. Provide better pillows for this sleeping area too. There are also no outlets in this area.
