Nous étions les seuls clients nous avons eu l'impression de déranger .La restauration n'etant pas assurée nous avons du aller dans une zone commerciale relativement distante pour trouver de quoi nous restaurer .Les propriétaires ont fui toute relationce qualité :accuilpeu chaleureux et aucun remerciement au départ !!

Un retour dans le passé par la décoration, un présent bien agréable quant à la qualité de l'offre du restaurant ,,j'aime beaucoup l'ambiance paisible qui se dégage de cet établissement un peu suranné mais au rapport qualité prix époustouflant. Merci pour tout ça

Manque de clim dans une région chaude. Manque d'air dans la chambre car fenêtre très petite donnant sur rue passante. Jolie terrasse à l'arrière pour le restaurant en été. Cuisine locale agréable et pas chère. Vin local à goûter. Accueil cordial.

Ce n'est pas un mauvais hôtel, encore que très vieillot, tout comme les propriétaires d'ailleurs (nous aussi). Mais l'accueil..., jamais vécu un accueil aussi froid, par une personne visiblement très stressée (une réception le soir...). Le restaurant fermé le jour de notre arrivée, exceptionnellement et sans nous prévenir. Aucune indication d'une alternative, sinon un court: ""il faut aller à Agen"". Je ne veux pas exagérer, nous avons bien dormi et bien mangé le deuxième jour. Mais visiblement, les propriétaires sont en fin de carrière et un peu fatigués.

We booked for Sunday night and knew that the restaurant would be closed but had not expected there to be nobody to receive us. There was a notice asking us to phone for a code to get in. I was asked what time we would like breakfast and told they would see us next day. Once inside the property, we found a key to our room which was very basic. There was nobody we could ask for a restaurant recommendation and so we had to ask a passer-by in the street. Fortunately I speak French reasonable fluently but I think this system would have proved difficult for a foreigner without knowledge of the language. How would he /she get the necessary information for the code via the telephone? Next morning I had my first encounter with the proprietor. I suffer from arthritis and was finding it difficult to walk downstairs. The proprietor was standing at the bottom and when I apologised for being slow, he suggested I could always ""sauter de la fenetre"". I said I was in pain and he suggested I had my legs cut off. This was no doubt meant to be humorous but after the previous night I found this comment unsympathetic. I took a photo of the hotel entrance because it looked so shabby and of the note which accompanied the key to the room. It simply gave our surname and the room number. The breakfast was fine but there was never any offer of extra help or information, and basically the hotel for me fell very short of the standard I expect from a Logis de France. It was most definitely not ""un accueil chaleureux"".
