On se sent bien dès qu'on ouvre la porte de la chambre.proprete, petite attention...Déstresse total grâce à la petite salle de sport. Un petit dej bien plus digne de ce que je peux voir en ce moment où l'écologie prône un manque de choix et de goût pour chacun. situation idéale et parking sécurisé.

Nous trouvons juste dommage que les chambres ne soient pas mieux isolées des bruits du couloir.

Très bon hôtel, bon standing et bon rapport qualité/prix. Petit déjeuner correct. Parking aisé et surveillé. Personnel agréable et sympathique.

This is the first time during an evening stopover that I have been asked to return to my room and that I will be called because there was no more room in the room. And this even when you ask reception to reserve a table. Furthermore, my room card opens other rooms: NOT GREAT

Dirty room from crumbs on the floor a stain on the sheet and 2 hairs on the pillow 😣 no hand gel or shower gel was empty the person at the reception had to give us some. I really don't find it pro to leave rooms like this, it's a shame especially since the room is nicely decorated and the bedding is correct. Breakfast in the morning at 6:45 a.m. the night watchman did not say hello on the phone at the buffet on camera during the 30 minutes we stayed. When we asked him for butter because he hadn't put it in, he coldly replied that it was coming.

2nd stay at this hotel. Very good Logis 👍, well located next to Belgium and a large shopping center. Superb welcome 😉, the rooms are very good, but the bedding may need to be improved because the bed is too firm! Great Breakfast 😋 I recommend this hotel 100%

I was confused as I had to pay for the hotel despite the "company supported" option being present in my Egencia profile (App). I was also charged a second time two days later and refunded minutes later.

We had a pleasant stay with our dog in this hotel, which we booked on the occasion of a dog show in Belgium. The hotel staff was very welcoming, charming, attentive and very kind. Upon our arrival, a small gift was offered to us for our loulou Neven. 🤗. We will definitely have the opportunity to stay there again. I find that your prices have increased, especially with the variation of the price following the days. For example, I came in December 2021 for two stopover evenings and the price was 237.10 euros. This year the same two stopover evenings, without consumption, is 274.30 euros. For catering, you have set up supplements for stopover evenings that did not exist before. The choices are not diversified enough because coming to you for more than ten years, I made the observation.

Comfortable room, great food, and in general great location for stay and recovery after a travel.

The premium room is worth the (little) extra. Nicely (re)decorated, TV with embedded streaming services, new shower, ...
Ability to charge EV onsite is a big asset as well.

We chose the hotel because it is a logis , so we asked to reserve a table and looked forward to a good meal. Also because it offered a charge point for our car.
Despite receiving a reply that the restaurant would be open, it was not.
The charging points were disabled while new ones were being installed, and no-one was available to advise us where we could find others.
Very disappointed overall.

I had read a lot of positive reviews about this hotel. Indeed it is a very pleasant hotel, room with very large bed, very clean and well equipped, powerful wifi. Full breakfast, there is everything you need. The staff we met in the evening and in the morning were very friendly and customer service oriented. Really a hotel to recommend, without hesitation.

Following the change of owner all the instructions in the rooms are written in English!! After having questioned the young lady at the reception, this one replied to me that the new boss is BELGIAN and that he has a strong foreign clientele!!! OK BUT GOOD THE HOTEL IS IN FRANCE
