I have stayed in this hotel 5/6 years ago. I had a very pleasant stay with good food & service. This time the dining room was closed so food served in grill. The choice of food was atrocious along with the service so disappointing. Will have to find another place to stay for my visits to Chablis.😢

Seul bémol qui ne dégrade toutefois pas l'appréciation globale : prévoir un plan B dans le village pour le stationnement, car le parking est limité en places, surtout lorsque des clients ne comprennent pas qu'il faut y stationner en épi.
Deux restaurants se succèdent dans la semaine : le "bistro" et le "gastro". Le bistro est déjà d'un très bon niveau de qualité, à tester. Le gastro mérite largement d'y passer entre deux et trois heures en fonction du menu retenu.

Room felt very bare. I didn’t have a good sleep at all. Could hear noises everywhere throughout our level, from people on the phone, to cleaners early in the morning and our floor needed replacing. Room had hair in the shower and by the toilet at check in. No hand wash, shampoo or conditioner supplied. Not what I expected for a four star hotel. However the restaurant and location were fantastic and staff were friendly.

Un peu déçu par des choses basiques que l'on attend dans un hôtel en payant près de 150€ la nuit et que l'on ne retrouve pas.
- gobelets dans la salle de bain pour les dents.
- bouteille d'eau de courtoisie dans la chambre.

Très bel hôtel chaleureux et bien décoré dans un emplacement à la fois central et au calme. Chambre avec literie très agréable. Problème de robinetterie dans la salle de bains chambre 21 (difficulté à tourner le bouton de partage entre la douche et le bain). Restauration de qualité mais aucune possibilité de choix à la carte, menu imposé de 3 plats minimum (entrée, plat, dessert ou fromage) pour tout de même 60 €.

A nice venue at in a calm and rustique environment. Reasonable size of room, good quality restaurant serving traditonal dishes made from local products. Impressive winelist, interesting number of local wines at good value. Staff was very willing but seemed a bit over pressurized, leading into lack of attentivness i.r.o. wine serving etc. Nevertheless, an overall positive impression and a llce to come back to.

mauvaise prise en charge téléphonique :
-temps d'attente de plus de 5 minutes
- au décroché "logis de FRANCE .... " bonjour
- réponse à mon besoin de soirée étape négatif = le dimanche soir seul le restaurant gastronomique est ouvert (du coup j'ai refusé la solution alors qu'en arrivant j'ai pu prendre une assiette de fromage)

J'avais réservé une chambre 1 personne donc petite mais belle sdb à revoir
- sommier (qui semble cassé ?)
- éclairage de la sdb
- pas de bouteille d'eau

Support de la télécommande avec la mise en avant de l'ancien programme de Fidélité = O'Logis

Sinon personnel de salle et de réception sympatique.

Excellent petit déjeuner.

La localizzazione dell'hotel è comoda, praticamente al centro di Chablis. L'hotel da fuori è carino, e anche le parti comuni, ma le camere sono piuttosto piccole e prive di charme. Il parcheggio dell'hotel era pieno. Il ristorante una delusione completa. Tutto cio' per prezzi abbastanza elevati, tutto considerato. Peccato perché di solito Logis è una buona garanzia di qualità.

The receptionists were all friendly, helpful & accommodating. Unfortunately, the first morning at breakfast I was shouted at by a staff member for not having the correct mask as it was not a paper throw away mask but a material one which I have used with not issues up to this point. What was doubly unfortunate was the manner in which this staff member shouted at me in front of the whole breakfast room. I tried to explain that my mask was better protection but she would not be dissuaded and promptly went and found a paper mask which she insisted I use instead. This has left a sour taste on the whole stay and I did not return for breakfast the following morning. In respect of the other parts of the stay, the room itself was clean if a somewhat tired and there was an unpleasant drain smell emanating from the shower drain which may be due to lack of use as it appeared to dissipate after use. Overall the room/decor could do with freshening up. The restaurant on the first evening was superb and so were the restaurant staff that evening.. Shame that one member spoilt the enjoyment of my stay.

Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht. Am zweiten Tag war das Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt. Bei unserer Reklamation am zweiten Tag am späten Nachmittag verstand man an der Rezeption kein Englisch (ich spreche nicht gut Französisch) und angeblich war es wegen dem NationalFeiertag. Ich wies darauf hin das es erst der Tag vor dem feiertag ist und wollte jemand vom Management sprechen der Englisch kann. Hier erscheindann eine Dame , die mir sehr arrogant erklärte, das wegen Covit am zweiten Tag grundsatzlich kein Service statt findet. Auf meine Bemerkung, dass wir zuvor im Ibis in Beaune waren und hier sehr wohl am nächsten Tag das Zimmer aufgeräumt war, sagte sie in einem unverschämten Ton: wir sind hier in Chablis. Wir haben dann auf frischen Handtüchern bestanden, die wir auch bekommen haben.
Wir sind sehr international unterwegs eine solche Arroganz an der Rezeption und der Mangel an der Bereitschaft zu der Zufriedenheit der Gäste zu kommunizieren ist uns noch nie passiert. Wir lassen uns nicht gerne so behandeln. Wir haben uns übrigens auch im Turistenbüro erkundigt, ob so ewas normal ist . Hier war man sehr erstaunt über ihre Hausinternen Regeln.
Das Essen und das Frühstück waren aber sehr gut. Allerdings wollte man uns zusätzlich ein Menue berechnen, obwohl wir direkt am Abend bezahlt haben. Das macht auch keinen guten Eindruck.

La chambre manque beaucoup de lumière, si vous êtes couché il est vous est impossible d'éteindre la lumière sans vous levez, la petite lumière qui se trouve à proximité ne fonctionne pas . C'est une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite...
la télé saute sans cesse et les lits jumeaux devraient être annoncé à la prise des clés. pour des personnes un peu forte ces lits ne sont pas toujours adaptés. ou bien les attachés ensemble en un lits à l'aide de crochets.
La climatisation fait un bruit très agaçant, d'où je pense la mise a disposition d'un radiateur électrique, que j'ai vraiment apprécié.
Le repas était aussi décevant pour cet établissement renommé. Salade piémontaise en entrée et rôti de porc avec des pâtes fraîches. le dessert était très bon, et fait maison. dans ce genre d’établissement on s'attend plutôt à manger des produits plus noble.
Je suis déjà venue 1 fois auparavant, belle expérience.

Avons profité de la suite junior, très spacieuse et joliment décorée, l'hôtel propose des solutions pour le dîner avec des restaurants proches, petit déjeuner parfait, avec toujours beaucoup d'attention. Hôtel à recommander sans souci, bon courage pour la suite

A lovely hotel suffering from a lack of staff. Waited in the bar for service and moved on after 10 mins. V slow service of meal. Asked for espresso to be served at the same time as my wife's dessert - I am still waiting. Whilst appreciating the effect of Covid-19, the hotel should engage extra temporary staff or limit the number of rooms being let. This was our 55th wedding anniversary meal and we left feeling disappointed - in particular the lack of choice on the menu (I don't like lamb) so I had to order a la carte and still didn't receive my coffee.

Il est évident que la période Covid ne facilite pas les choses mais nous aurions souhaité un service plus rapide (une heure d’attente entre la commande et l’entre). De même compte tenu des règles d’hygiène respecter, nous aurions souhaité qu’au petit déjeuner que le buffet où tout le monde se sert des mêmes ustensiles de service celui- ci soit remplacé par un service à table. Enfin nous avons noté que nos draps étaient fortement tachés. Le cadre est idyllique mais la cotation 4 étoiles n’est pas justifiée en ce moment. Michel Baduraux.

tout est était parfait. le restaurant était excellent et le personnel très a l'écoute. seul bémol, mauvaise réception télé, seulement la moitié des chaines marchait.
