La chambre manque beaucoup de lumière, si vous êtes couché il est vous est impossible d'éteindre la lumière sans vous levez, la petite lumière qui se trouve à proximité ne fonctionne pas . C'est une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite...
la télé saute sans cesse et les lits jumeaux devraient être annoncé à la prise des clés. pour des personnes un peu forte ces lits ne sont pas toujours adaptés. ou bien les attachés ensemble en un lits à l'aide de crochets.
La climatisation fait un bruit très agaçant, d'où je pense la mise a disposition d'un radiateur électrique, que j'ai vraiment apprécié.
Le repas était aussi décevant pour cet établissement renommé. Salade piémontaise en entrée et rôti de porc avec des pâtes fraîches. le dessert était très bon, et fait maison. dans ce genre d’établissement on s'attend plutôt à manger des produits plus noble.
Je suis déjà venue 1 fois auparavant, belle expérience.
Malgré ces points négatifs, je réitérerais ma venue en espérant que ces points soient rectifiés.

Avons profité de la suite junior, très spacieuse et joliment décorée, l'hôtel propose des solutions pour le dîner avec des restaurants proches, petit déjeuner parfait, avec toujours beaucoup d'attention. Hôtel à recommander sans souci, bon courage pour la suite

A lovely hotel suffering from a lack of staff. Waited in the bar for service and moved on after 10 mins. V slow service of meal. Asked for espresso to be served at the same time as my wife's dessert - I am still waiting. Whilst appreciating the effect of Covid-19, the hotel should engage extra temporary staff or limit the number of rooms being let. This was our 55th wedding anniversary meal and we left feeling disappointed - in particular the lack of choice on the menu (I don't like lamb) so I had to order a la carte and still didn't receive my coffee.
Il est évident que la période Covid ne facilite pas les choses mais nous aurions souhaité un service plus rapide (une heure d’attente entre la commande et l’entre). De même compte tenu des règles d’hygiène respecter, nous aurions souhaité qu’au petit déjeuner que le buffet où tout le monde se sert des mêmes ustensiles de service celui- ci soit remplacé par un service à table. Enfin nous avons noté que nos draps étaient fortement tachés. Le cadre est idyllique mais la cotation 4 étoiles n’est pas justifiée en ce moment. Michel Baduraux.

Très bel hôtel, accueil souriant et chambre très confortable. Restauration de très grande qualité. Je reviendrais avec plaisir et vous recommande.

tout est était parfait. le restaurant était excellent et le personnel très a l'écoute. seul bémol, mauvaise réception télé, seulement la moitié des chaines marchait.

Ther Restraunt was closed during our stay so we had to eat a reasonable meal at the associated cafe. Hotel was deserted in the evening, no reception no bar no service and very poor security for access.

The duplex room lacked storage cupboards and drawers. We would have found an en suite room more user-friendly.

Not sure what the Fireplaces and Pots ratings are. Some explanation in the questionnaire would be uesful.
Service in the restaurant was awful. An hour after ordering for the first course to arrive! When we complained, we were told that the fixed menu was difficult to cook (so why offer it)! We complained again in the morning and the receptionist clearly wasn't interested. We also had to ask for the breakfast we didn't have to be removed from our bill. Very disappointing. We stayed here last year and the restaurant was excellent, I don't know what has happened since then.
