A very high-quality establishment. The hotel and restaurant are of a very high standard.

There was no bottled water or kettle with tea bags in the room. There was no Wi-Fi access in the room. At the restaurant, the glass of Chablis Premier Cru was not chilled, and after the main course and its side dish, no one offered us dessert. After 30 minutes, we left the table. At breakfast, there was no one in the room to help us use the coffee and beverage dispenser, which was malfunctioning. Overall, a mixed experience at this establishment.

Late arrival was easily managed via email and an envelope left at reception.
The room was super, and we were very pleased to use the A/C.
The shower was very powerful - loved it.

Too much water noise in room 24. The set meal was very good but mandatory (no alternative). This hotel is rated "elegant," but its true rating would be "cozy" (small room; sloping ceiling, only one chair). Nevertheless, it's a place to stay worth recommending for its location and excellent service.

We are big fans of good restaurants. We were disappointed by this one. It's advertised as "Savoureux" (Savoury), but it isn't. The portions were far too large (the appetizers were so heavy they made us lose our appetite very quickly, with excessive sauce and industrial dressing), the food wasn't refined, there was no effort made in presentation, and the flavors lacked originality. The menu description didn't match what we ended up with. It's a shame! The staff, while not unpleasant, didn't speak to the customers. The breakfast was okay, but not exceptional considering the price. The hotel itself was fine.

No water or coffee tea facilities in room, not allowed to eat on terrace in evening which was disappointing.

Friendly welcome, but a bit more explanation would have been nice, especially for people who aren't very good with the internet. We had to figure out how the air conditioning worked.

The hotel is well-located and quiet. The shared spaces are tastefully furnished. The welcome was courteous, but nothing more. The "grand confort" room does not match what is advertised on Logishotel.com: there is no minibar (useful in hot weather), and no safe. The "king-size bed" is actually two single beds pushed together, so there are two mattresses. This is not what is advertised. It is rather uncomfortable with the gap in the middle. The faucets are covered in limescale (which comes off with scraping), and the bathtub sealant is moldy. The air conditioning, even when turned off, leaks water several times a night, waking you up. The beauty salon is high-quality and very professional. The staff kindly agreed to keep some products chilled in the absence of the minibar, which was appreciated.

Veel te duur in verhouding voor wat je krijgt. Personeel niet echt vriendelijk, ongeïnteresseerd, kamer erg sober, weinig stopcontacten, vier schemerlampen, geen koffievoorzieningen, geen kluis of minibar.
Je verwacht meer voor 150 euro per nacht.

All was good for us, but it would be worthwhile if the hotel addressed the very squeaky flooring in some of the rooms. WiFi connectivity around the hotel is not good.

Very well located, with ample parking. Meals and breakfast were very good. Given the quality of the breakfast, it's a shame they didn't offer freshly squeezed orange juice. The rooms are nice.

Great hotel in Chablis. We have stayed befoire, great rooms, lovely food, great wines (obvs). Perfect stop over for us when we travel to our French house.

The hotel is probably very nice in the summer. In winter, it's only recommended with reservations. Air conditioning is used for heating. This was sufficient in the room, but it was very cold in the common areas like the bar and restaurant. A bit of a shame, because the decor is lovely and would have been inviting. That's why the rating for decor and quality isn't higher. There should also be a place to hang coats in the room; all it would take is a few hooks. There was hardly any space for them in the wardrobe, and unfortunately, the height wasn't sufficient for hanging them.

Extremely disappointing considering its ranking on the Logis portal. The poor quality of the service provided by professionals during the overnight stay was appalling. The starter, main course, and dessert were far below average for an establishment of this category. The reception and room were substandard.

For an evening stopover, room 9 was not up to scratch!

Reception and general public areas are good, although we found the small lounge seating and bar area was very quickly full for a pre dinner drink.
We took our table in the restaurant area for an aperiitif which we were able to choose and were able have the same table for our second night.
A massive wine list with an amazing selection matched by the price.What a shame the limited menu was two sides only, one for adults the other for children.
The two meals we had were excellent but a longer stay would have made for a more difficult choice.
Breakfast had a good selection of food on offer .
Reception and restaurant staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Very disappointed with the room (9) offered admittedly classed as a standard room but of limited area although all facilities were clean and fully operational.
The major problem has occurred due to the upper level rooms developed in the original roof area has resulted in the internal waste water system being accommodated between the upper level floor and the suspended false ceiling in the first floor.
Result is a constant sound of waste water running through the pipework throughout the night .
Stay for lunch or evening meal but one night only if a stay is essential .
Good parking area at the rear of the hotel.

Rooms were of a good quality and restaurant was excellent.

Chablis is a great village, very friendly and inviting as are the staff at the hotel. The location is excellent, just 250m from the Main Street but the best part is the restaurant. Food quality is first class and the wine list is extensive.
I would suggest the Wi-Fi needs an upgrade as it was slow and intermittent in my room.

Very pleasant stay. Good food and good night. A small downside regarding the quality of the bed linen!

Very nice stay, a little disappointed not to have a wardrobe in the bedroom to hang clothes in, even in a comfortable room.

Room 24 above the kitchen. Chimney / duct runs until 10 pm every night from the kitchen then can hear the washing up of the pans downstairs. Floor of room was bad, facilities very limited.

I have stayed here several times. Main reason for this tri was to visit some wine producers. Very nice hotel where you can have both breakfast and dinner. Walking distance to the centre of Chablis.

Expensive romantic package, perhaps not suitable for the quality of service and food (no choice of starters, main courses, and desserts). We found the welcome average or disappointing, the meal okay, but we could have expected better, especially for the price. The accommodation, however, is very good, as is the dining room and the terrace for aperitifs. The hotel is very well located in Chablis. A decent establishment for a one-night stopover, but we've definitely stayed in better accommodations.

Unfortunately, there was no better room available. I'm a vegetarian, but only one dish was on the menu.

Excellent and most enjoyable stay in a beautiful place/hotel.

We have stayed in this hotel several times in 2022/2923/2024. I felt on this trip that standards had gone down. Our Aircon was not working properly, shower taps were broken and rooms are feeling tired and in need of a refresh. Breakfast is completely self service and not that interesting. An auto coffee machine and juice machine give a cheap feeling. It is a shame as building and location are great.

My friend and I have had several pleasant stays before so decided to return. Our rooms this time were not so good and were located over the kitchen so noisy until late in the evening. We are both in our 80’s and this was a problem for us having early nights and afternoon siestas.

This is a wonderful find, a beautiful Logis hotel, just a few minute walk from the center of Chablis.

The staff, dining and bedroom were all just perfect.

The ground source heat pump is very noisy at the back of the hotel. We haven’t noticed it there before.

Very warm welcome from the staff. Very professional service while being friendly. Very gourmet restaurant experience. We ate very well. The menu was sufficient and presented alternatives for all tastes. The beef fillet was cooked perfectly and its pinot noir sauce was delicious. My partner enjoyed his duck breast and cherry sauce. The cheese plate, generous and varied, consisted of tasty cheeses. The success, a very successful and neat dessert, was very appreciated. The cellar book is a delight for lovers of good wines. We found what we were looking for at a very reasonable price.

Only slight issue; if you arrive late, the parking is full and you have to park offsite and walk about 2 blocks. The restaurant had limited choices for dinner and seem short staff on our visit

Everything was fine, except of Wi-Fi, which not worked in our room nr. 1.....

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. We have stayed here often and are always grateful to be back.
