Do not go to this Hotel! We had a clean and spacious suite but only two bedlamps for the whole suite and a empty minibar.! There is no terrace to sit for a drink allthough there are a couple of chairs outside but they do not serve there. Diner in restaurant without sfeer not bad but like diner for a tourist, not to go again. They do their best but….A perfect place but the the owners do not have the guts anymore, seemed very tired and not happy although they were friendly when we found them after 20 minutes of searching. All the lights in and around the place are out. In the
evening. Not the price worth. Maybe we should not compare it with Mont Aimee but there is the price lower with a garden, and terrace with a swimmimgpool, happy people, delicious dinner. Unfortenutaly they were full/complet. Please owners you have all the means to make your hotel/restaurant top! Do it or leave it !!a hotel without wifi….only wifi in the testsurant where you should not use it!

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour visiter la Champagne car son emplacement est idéal.L'accueil est chaleureux, la chambre spacieuse et bien équipée et le repas de bonne qualité. Par contre nous avons fait la réservation sur le site de Logis Hôtel et il ne restait qu'une chambre à 139 euros que nous avons prise. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés l'hôtelier nous a dit qu'il s'agissait de la chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite (dont nous n'avions pas besoin) alors qu'il y avait d'autres chambres d'un prix bien inférieur. Nous aurions dû réserver directement à l'hôtel et économiser ainsi plusieurs dizaine d'euros !

Avoir un coffre m^me petit dans la chambre peut être appréciable mais il serait bon qu'il soit fixé sinon sa sécurité me parait inexistante.
Réactivité du personnel pour le problème de chasse d'eau dans la chambre résolu par un changement de chambre immédiat.
Dommage qu'il faille sortir pour aller prendre le petit déjeuner au restaurant situé à coté (le Thibault IV).
Petit déjeuner très moyen qu'on ne peut appeler buffet comme l'indiquait la description de l'hôtel.
