We were disappointed we were not allowed to use the pool after the checkout time. Most hotels let you put the luggage in storage and hang out on the premises for a whole day. And we just wanted to stay an extra hour to enjoy the pool but were told 'no' even though the pool and the pool area were completely empty. This has never happened to me in any hotel anywhere in the world - and I have travelled extensively! (Hotels.com Gold member)

La notion de "Service client" a clairement disparu dans cet hôtel !
Pas d’accueil réception (sauf pour payer)
Pas d’accompagnement en chambre
Impossibilité de modifier, adapter ou compléter le repas (imposé) malgré ma proposition de payer un supplément.
Le gérant compare ma demande avec le coût de son cuisinier : 8000 €. J’ai pas compris le rapport !
Il ajoute « Si vous n’êtes pas content, vous pouvez partir ! » J’étais effaré d’entendre une remarque aussi minable.
Le plat (pavé de bœuf riz endive) est froid, pas cuit, pas salé.
Obligation de descendre son plateau repas sur une terrasse extérieure (sous la pluie). Anecdote : un autre client, croisé dans le couloir au même moment, a dit « Si ça continue, on va devoir faire les chambres ! »
Sur la facture, le gérant compte une location de garage à la place du petit déjeuner et de la taxe de séjour. Et quand je demande pourquoi, il dit que c’est la faute de l’informatique !
Cela fait des dizaines d’années que je vais dans les hôtels (notamment Logis), mais là, c’était affligeant.

Propriétaires et personnel très avenants. Les chambres demandent un sérieux rafraîchissement et surtout une nouvelle literie (lit de 140 n'étant plus proposé dans aucun hôtel !!!) CONNECTION INTERNET QUASI NULLE ... TROP PEU DE RÉSEAU ... MÊME NE PASSE PAS !!!!
