Bon établissement mais le petit déjeuner mérite d’être amélioré en terme de choix et qualité des produits .

Nous avons très bien dormi, la chambre était très confortable.
La piscine est un gros plus notre fils a adoré.

Super idée d un bar à l extérieur avec une musique d ambiance

Séduite par le site internet, je l'ai été un peu moins qd à la chambre familiale. Dans l'ensemble correcte et propre mais manquant de modernité, sol abîmé et salle de bains à rafraîchir. L'odeur de renfermé à notre arrivée m'a qqs peu gênée. Cela est dommage car le potentiel de cette chambre est bel et bien présent, lits confortables et bien équipés, chambre des enfants en mezzanine avec un charme fou. Il en faudrait peu pour que tout retrouve un charme indéniable masqué par de petites imperfections. Dommage aussi d'entendre les pas des voisins à 0h et à 7h.
Quand au restaurant, un peu cher, un service long mais qui ne reste pas moins avec une serveuse agréable qui fait de son mieux mais seule, donc qui ne peut se dédoubler, du coup qqs fausses notes...y z assiette de mises en bouche posée la sur la sur le côté de la table, nous avons fait le service, pas de problème. Un foie gras un peu passé, un vin un peu oxydé, des légumes un peu trop grillés, à contrario, un poisson très bon, une viande de qualité.. J'avais envie de me laisser séduire par une entrée à base de tomates mais le prix m'en a dissuadé (12 euros pour une faible portion) le dessert était quand à lui très correct.
Bref, je ne suis pas entièrement séduite mais je laisserai le bénéfice du doute sur cet établissement car un potentiel non négligeable mais qui doit encore faire des efforts quand aux prix de ses prestations.

Manque de fruits et oeufs + lard jambon au petit déjeuner .. sinon le reste est bien

Belles prestations hôtelières par contre le petit-déjeuner est minimaliste et le repas du soir est très concis. Il faut pas venir à cet hôtel pour sa gastronomie, du moins en soirée étape.

La estancia ha sido maravillosa, el lugar muy tranquilo y la decoración acertada para el tipo de establecimiento. La ducha resulta un poco incómoda por la ubicación dentro de la bañera, no obstante no tenemos nada que objetar a todo lo demás.

Im Grossen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel; es wäre schön gewesen, wenn auf den Tischen im Restaurant eine kleine Dekoration gewesen wäre oder eine Kerze gebrannt hätte. Die nette Dame im Service wirkte leicht gestresst und der Service war nicht so gepflegt. Zum Beispiel hätten wir uns beim Tee und Kaffee ein Unterteller gewünscht. Aber ansonsten ein sehr sympathisches und gepflegtes Haus.

There were just a few minor details that would help take this hotel to the next level. We had a coffee maker in our room but no coffee. The wine glasses at a chateau in Bordeaux that produces their own wine were small and cheap. The staff seemed overworked. Overall good but could be great.

Découverte par hasard, c'est une magnifique adresse. Je mettrais 3 cocottes minimum pour le restaurant.
Je reviendrais lors de mon prochain passage sur Bordeaux, car même excentré, cela vaut le détour.

The initial reception was quite abrupt just being told that check in wasn’t until 4 . Could have been told slightly more nicely. When we checked in the young girl was very nice and polite

Tout était très bien. La cuisine est haut de gamme, et le service est agréable. Le seul bemole est le temps très long entre les plats pour un menu entrée, plat, dessert, il faut compter en moyenne 1h30.

The location is very good, beautiful view of the vineyards and the staff are a very helpful

no on site parking. pool and other rooms not accessible to people with walking difficulties. disabled room was very good.
set menus had no appeal at all, wine list too expensive. uncomfortable terrace seating, no cushions.

While I understand that you prefer patrons not to sit outside your restaurant to enjoy their own wine & cheese, I think that some tables & chairs in a more discreet area would be much appreciated by your patrons .... Especially if they are in the area to enjoy the wonderful regional wines & markets
Also a shower at normal shower height , not knee height what have been preferable

A lovely hotel close to Saint Emilion which offers a clean and quiet triple room (double bed and single bed); and a bonus is the swimming pool.

Lovely situation, with huge rooms and friendly reception staff.
We would have preferred a fixed showerhead over the bath rather than having to hold it while you shower.
Overall, very pleasant stay.

Nous avons apprécié cette nuitée dans l'une des chambres du château. L'endroit est très agréable. Le cadre est superbe, nous avons pu nous balader au coeur des vignes qui entourent le domaine. Nous reviendrons.

bel établissement mais propreté laisse à désirer: tablettes en verre avec des traces, sol mal nettoyé, vitres sales, toiles d'araignées au plafond, poignée de la baignoire rouillée

Uitersr aangenaam verblijf! Prachtig gekegen, mooi zwembadje, mooie kamer heerlijk eten! Beetje lawaai soms vooraan het Chateau,verdet top!!

Dit is een tophotel , wij kregen een zeer rustige en vooral koele kamer, mooie stijl. Het eten was overheerlijk en buiten opgediend . Het ontbijt geweldig.

Duidelijk geen viersterren accomodatie, daarvoor is de ontvangst te onverschillig, de aanleg van het terrein niet genoeg op orde en het luxeniveau van de kamer niet voldoende (tijdens het douchen moet je zelf de douchekop vasthouden). Niettemin is de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding prima en het zwembadje een plus. Kwaliteit van het ontbijt was ook goed.

Il est très dommage de nous avoir "abandonnés" dans la salle de restaurant pour servir les apéritifs à un groupe, et de s'étonner de notre "impatience". Cela nous a encouragé à annuler le dîner du lendemain.
Par contre, une mention très particulière pour ce Monsieur de l'accueil, disponible, "sympa", un modèle.
Nous voyageons beaucoup, nous l'élisons, pour nous, Monsieur Accueil de l'année.

An peaceful spot with lovely spacious rooms and very friendly helpful service. Centrally located for visiting surrounding vineyards and towns. Highly recommend.

A fridge in the room would be good. A bit more soap in the bathroom would be good too.

Nous avons aimé mais nous avons un sentiment impersonnelle dans la présentation (sauf le site en lui même ) quelques petites touches de raffinement serait les bienvenues en décoration.

Piscina chiusa e ventola del bagno troppo rumorosa

Séjour parfait. Un bémol pour le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel. On attendait de bons produits locaux ou faits maison. La confiture Bonne Maman et le thé lipton (entre autres) je trouve ça dommage.

Très bon accueil dans un cadre superbe, un château au milieu des vignes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour, tant pour la qualité des prestations que pour la situation de l'établissement et son charme

Etablissement calme, personnel très accueillant et pourtant discret, restauration étonnante et très personnelle ...mais excellente!
Peut-être le seul défaut du lieu est son manque de finition, tant de la décoration (ex:miroir de chambre d'où l'on peut s'admirer que le front bien qu'ayant une taille de 1,78m !), que de l'aspect général...

Meravigliosa location e buoni i servizi, ristorazione soddisfacente. Alloggio un po' rumoroso per gli impianti soprattutto di notte, dispiace perché il resto è ben organizzato.

Beautiful, charming, peaceful hotel in calm, yet good location close to Saint-Émilion. Excellent service, stylish rooms and extraordinary kitchen - doing the simple things well. The 'Fleur de Roques' is an excellent wine of high quality, although we especially enjoyed his fresh, 'petit' brother. You made my partner's birthday and our stay unforgettable.

Better quality towels and use of bathrobes would be appreciated. A valance to cover the mattress base is needed.

Delightful location and wonderful service. You could clean the window in the bathroom better and the mattress could be less hard but we would return in a second. It was a perfect vacation stay for a couple. We loved the food and the decor. Very highly recommend!

Hotel de charme, avec une histoire familiale remontant au XV eme siecle. Le proprietaire est passionné et passionnant. Excellente table. Et il faut essayer son vin et le faire parler.

Updated shower and fan in the room would be excellent. Overall charming and comfortable with outstanding food!
