The hotel is not “cozy”. He is very old. In our room, the tiny bathroom (toilet included) was closed with a simple curtain. No privacy... Need to upgrade the building and garden. The restaurant is far from "tasty". Sunday dinner is served buffet style. We were certainly warned in advance but what we did not expect was the poor quality of the said buffet (and its quality/price ratio).... In summary, very poor quality/price ratio for the all of the services. The only positive point is the quality of the welcome and the service. “Cosy and tasty” ranking to review!

We booked the hotel restaurant because of the kitchen, according to the hotel it was open every evening. When we arrived we were informed that the restaurant only offered a buffet one evening and was closed the next. The buffet was bad, every amateur chef can do better.

Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida pero el restaurante estaba cerrado aunque llegamos a las 20h y según a web lo cierran à las 23h. Había gente cenando pero. Nosotros no nos admitieron. We are preparing a plato con dos trozos de queso y dos de jamón y dos triaos de on por 20eur! La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado aunque ponía que si en la web. Tenía un ventilador que no era suficiente con el calor que hacía en la habitación. Lo único bueno fue el chico de recepción que fue muy amable

Perfect welcome: the manager is very professional, attentive and sparkling! The hotel takes up the challenge of multiple quality services. One downside: there is no sound and olfactory insulation from the toilets in the allocated room… For the rest, an excellent address. I recommend.

This hotel needs a major renovation. The exterior appearance leaves something to be desired. Tiny room without bathroom (sink in the room!). Poorly maintained garden. Presence of large dogs in the kitchen! Very expensive breakfast given the limited choice. Quality meal. Bad value for money.

Hotel really too expensive for a tiny room with the sink in the room and no privacy for the shower and toilet. In addition, it was impossible to close the shutters, they were so old!!!! For the meal I had chosen a casserole with veal sweetbreads and pan-fried foie gras at €45 a dish. More foie gras but no reduction on the dish (supposedly the chef had added more sweetbreads .....) Really light breakfast for 16 € / person. >We had to ask for croissants...

Dilapidated hotel, the facade and the exterior deserve a good cleaning and refreshing, very small room, shower in a corner of the room, poor hygiene. Fortunately the person at the reception is very friendly and the restaurant is of high quality. The photo on the site does not reflect reality at all.

Passing through the region for our holidays We occupied a balneo room for 1 week which was perfect; with life on the garden and especially very calm in this low season. Breakfast very good and plentiful Good meal also. Positive points: Place very well placed for visits to the region and very welcoming staff and very caring with us I highly recommend this establishment

A little disappointed to have been able to dine on site

This was an overnight on our way south. Initially it took a while to find a receptionist, but once we had the experience was all good. Our room was spacious and well appointed. We had diner, which was lovely. Breakfast was great. The cost was higher than we'd normally spend, but the experience was very nice.

Impeccable welcome, attentive staff responds to the slightest desires. On the catering side, at the top of the top, absolutely nothing to complain about whether for breakfast or evening meal in our case. I highly recommend the school hostel.

The reception was pleasant and the staff very good and very welcoming. However we were a little disappointed by the state of the bathroom, the shower bar was broken, the shower head dilapidated, the shower door closed badly. The curtain in the main bedroom was broken, moreover from 6am we had the sun because the curtains did not cover the light. Overall housekeeping needs to be reviewed. We would have liked to know that the room was under the roof because the children were very hot at night and slept badly. However we were away from the people of the hotel so we did not have the noise of the passage of customers which was pleasant. We find that the room at 155 euros/night excluding breakfast is a little excessive compared to the quality of the services offered at this price, the condition of the room and the cleaning must be impeccable. We still had a pleasant stay and the owner is very welcoming and smiling.

The staff and/or managers are friendly, attentive to the customer and do everything to make the customer feel good. They do their job with a smile, passion and professionalism. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
