How do I change a reservation?
What are the cancellation conditions?
With the mention "Reservation and Cancellation free of charge": the cancellation of your reservation is free of charge at the latest 2 days before the arrival date (48 hours). However, reservation and cancellation conditions specific to certain hotels and communicated to the customer at the time of reservation may apply.

For non-cancellable and/or non-refundable bookings, we recommend that hoteliers provide you with a credit note equivalent to the amount of your booking, valid for a period of 18 months maximum, (order n°2020-315 of 25 March 2020), and to organise your future stay:
- If the price of the chosen stay is higher than your credit note, you will only have to pay the difference.
- If the price of the chosen stay is lower than your credit note, the balance can be used later at our establishment for a period of 18 months maximum.
Extension of the ETIK loyalty jackpot
If you are a member of the ETIK loyalty program, you should know that your jackpot and your loyalty cheques soon to expire have been extended until August 31, 2020. The expiry dates at the end of March and the end of June have also been cancelled.
