Very warm welcome, a well-designed and pleasant apartment with a splendid view. A little too hot in the morning in case of strong sun. A shower room completely renovated this year, very beautiful (but the shower lacks a place to put the soap...). The only concern: the carpet in the bedroom, which obliges anyone with an allergy to sleep in the upper bunk bed in the living room, which is not easy to access for everyone (an allergic person does not breathe well enough in the lower bed; an older allergic person cannot climbing onto the top bunk or being overweight would not be a satisfactory solution at night in this apartment). A floor in the bedroom of the same type as in the living room would solve the problem and make the apartment more accessible to everyone.

Apart from the presence of a mini bar in the room, nothing justifies the classification of this hotel as a three star. There was a problem with the heating, an inefficient radiator made the room freezing, including the bathroom only equipped with a blower! In addition, the breakfast is minimalist (14 € anyway) and under the supervision of a person who is not welcoming or even frankly unpleasant!

As usual everything is perfect

Dirty apartment (shower, toilet), moreover, there was no battery in the remote controls, toaster that did not work, bedside lamp without bulb. An arrival at the end of November without heating without sheets or towels. The reception was very average. For 1100 euros per week, such services are unacceptable.21

The heating was not strong enough and during this period the nights were cool in the room.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I return regularly, proof of a certain interest in the location and the very professional and relaxed welcome of the staff. The notion of service is a precious value. However, I regret the location of the underground car park. The car is safe but pedestrian access is complicated (distant from the hotel with limited access lighting in the evening). The rate is too high because of these inconveniences

Our room was large and comfortable with a beautiful view. The accessibility was only slightly affected by The Dinard British Film Festival which is why we visited Dinard. The welcome was charming and we were upgraded at no extra cost, making our stay extremely good value for money.

Direct access to the beach, terrace with deckchairs

Reception impossible before 3:30 p.m. No room waiting offer? whereas we arrived at 11.30 am (because we had to leave another hotel) and there is a waiting room in this hotel, but locked. A large carpet, loose, in braided wool, furnishes the entrance; Creases had formed in this carpet and made me stumble. I fell to one knee. If, at the time, I didn't have much pain, it got worse in the evening. I reported it to the reception so that it would be noted if aggravation. Luckily it was sorted the next day. But no one came to hear from me, the carpet was neither removed nor fixed. I was just told that I could go see a doctor and that was the first time it had happened. I hope it will be the last, because I could have seriously injured myself! Also impossible to close the bedroom blind, so no light because opposite very close. Disappointed.

Initially, seeing the building we were a little scared but…. Excellent reception and service with great kindness, the room was incredible with a breathtaking view of the main beach and the elevator giving direct access to the beach. A good quality breakfast. All this for a more than reasonable price… in short, I highly recommend and thank the whole team thanks to whom we had a wonderful stay. Good stay, small but comfortable room. Good varied and plentiful breakfast. The only downside is that we overlooked the street, which would not have been a problem in normal times, but coming out of a heat wave, the building had accumulated heat and when opening the windows, everything was very noisy. Good location with beach access facilitated by an elevator. I recommend reserving a place in the garage in season because it is difficult to park in the neighborhood.

The hotel is located at the beach, which is accessible by an elevator. The room was large, clean and bright, with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The breakfast was rich and good, the service was perfect. The hotel is ideal for single tourists as well as for families with children. Not only is Dinard a beautiful town, but there are plenty of possibilities for excursions by boat, car or bus. There are also plenty of activities on the beach and many restaurants not far from the hotel. I was very satisfied.

Suggestion: Nespresso coffee maker, patio umbrella, quality furniture on one of the terraces, improve the quality of the breakfast coffee For the east everything is perfect

Exceptional location: quiet, while being one street from the city center, and hotel overlooking the Ecluse beach with direct private access. All the staff are very friendly, I had a great stay. Possibility to benefit with a supplement from the garage for his car.

We have stayed several times at Hotel Le Chrystal and appreciate the professional approach of your team during the booking process and during our stay.
The location, right on the beach, is hard to beat.

Magnificent view of the lock beach and the citadel of St-Malo. What a pleasure to have breakfast on the balcony with the rising sun. Large and very comfortable bed. The entrance to the room is a bit narrow but that's a detail. Reserve a space in the hotel car park as parking is difficult in Dinard. All in all, a great stay, we will be back.

I had taken a room in a hotel which turned out to be more than mediocre on my arrival and was able, thanks to the immediate responsiveness of the crystal reception, to have a very nice room for 3 nights. For my next stay I would ask for a room with a sea view terrace, I no longer want other hotels only crystal. I recommend the welcome and the great kindness of the members of Crystal.
