Our room on the 3rd floor overlooked the street... noise until 3 a.m. at least. The sound insulation is not effective, we could follow conversations from the street with the closed window. Added to this is the fact of having a very very high temperature in the room... there is a split air conditioning, but it doesn't work... in short a night where you sleep 2-3 hours... ..

The receptionist was very friendly. The bed was relatively soft. The breakfast can hardly be called such: no cold cuts, no cheese, no fruit, barely any fresh milk, I had to fetch a plate from the storage room. The price was not reasonable.

Four nights in this hotel for nearby treatments, I had time to appreciate the friendly welcome, the modern comfort and in particular the excellent heating during this polar period, the original and tonic decoration, the tranquility (despite some inevitable creaking of parquet), cleanliness, quality of services and the breakfast buffet (special mention to the delicious homemade cinnamon cake), as well as accessibility to the Vercingétorix car park allowing you to unload your luggage a few meters from this street pedestrian. All for a low price. I will come back with pleasure. NB: if pb for vs connect to the wifi of the hotel, delete the DNS of your phone.

Don't be fooled by the hotel lobby or the bathrooms in the rooms, which may seem outdated, this is a very good address. The rooms have been pimped in a simple and original way, going against the trend of hotels that want to be design / trendy to impress on the photos when the value for money is not there at all. Here, very good value for money, very good welcome, and very good location. A little advice for improvement: more sound insulation between the rooms (you can hear the neighbor's parquet floor creak).

The +: + Well located very close to Place Jaude & shops. + Access by tram or bus (from the station) so convenient. + The price is also attractive. + The staff is young, pleasant and helpful. The -: - Equipment level it lacks modernity (fan, radiator) and electrical outlets. Well, for 70 eur- the room there is the essentials. - The bathroom also lacks modernity - The breakfast is disappointing for 9 eur, we have a buffet with the necessary, lack of varieties or local products, the rise in prices surely plays a role, this is still a shame. Otherwise for a 2 * establishment, the stay is passable during the autumn period for the rest of the year, I cannot comment.

The hotel is very well located in relation to the historical and tourist center. Its structure and the rooms are quite comfortable. It is however in a quite noisy street at night because of the restaurants. So when booking, we asked for a room at the back. When we arrived, this choice had not been respected, so we spent a not very peaceful night since we overlooked the street. It would have taken very little though...

Our room overlooked the pedestrian alley. There are a series of bars downstairs. Customers screamed, argued and chanted in chorus until 3 a.m. Impossible to sleep. Other than that, Wifi without a password just doesn't work. And from 8 p.m., there is no one downstairs.

Ideally located, the hotel is pleasant. It is preferable to stay at the back, some night noise is possible in this pedestrian area.

Everything in this hotel was excellent except for the fact that the bed was prepared with a thick blanket in spite of the extremely hot weather. In mid summer, with a severe heat wave and an energy crisis I would have expected the bed to be prepared with only a thin sheet, both for maximum comfort and to save energy.

Hello, We had booked one night, couple with a child. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. We arrived around 9 p.m., an envelope with the key was waiting for us at the reception. In the room, the household had not been done, full of dust. The remote didn't work so no TV and no one at reception. At 7am someone knocks on the door. We thought it was a mistake. It wakes us up, we open the door and the person tells us it's to get rid of. She thought the room was not occupied. Too late, we couldn't go back to sleep. We recommend this hotel just for the location with an early arrival.

(35° in the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor) No information before arriving concerning this malfunction, rooms paid in advance and above all responsible for the establishment in ghost mode in order to avoid complaints from its customers (the receptionist suffered the dissatisfaction in his place) Loan of fans to compensate for the disorder but ineffective and too noisy to sleep. We had booked for 3 nights, we gave up the fight after the second night.
