Very good value for money, I found the cleaning a bit superficial in the room and the common areas. I appreciated the welcome on arrival in the evening and on departure in the morning, a great team, very friendly reception hall. Thank you for everything, I will come back
No air conditioning on the 3rd floor above the rooftops during a heatwave. These rooms should not be offered to guests during these times, or at least warn them. The Logishotel room rate is €86 without air conditioning. My colleague's rate for the same evening is €72 for a room with air conditioning, via the hotel.com website. A €14 difference, but I received a €5 loyalty bonus. I'm looking for logic. Parking access is very difficult by car, so be patient. No one will respond to your comments or offer a commercial gesture, as the poor, very friendly operator filters and has to pass the information on to a manager who will not follow up. Terrible and disrespectful customer management. I will avoid paying in advance from now on.
