When art meets gourmet food
Today, Nicolas Brulard, a 17-year veteran, officiates in the kitchen. The cosy, elegant decor has not changed, and is still divided into two areas, with a first lounge where you can enjoy an aperitif or digestif comfortably seated on a sofa, and the dining room at the entrance, where the bottles for serving wine by the glass are displayed on a pedestal table, along with the bread from the village's Tilleuls bakery. On the day of our visit, the Read more menu had not been modified, and the chef demonstrated his mastery of it with a fillet of Charolais beef smoked over beech wood, accompanied by a full-bodied sauce and green beans with new garlic - all remarkably tender and cooked to perfection - and a hazelnut crumble, honey sorbet, citrus confit, honey siphon and citrus powder. The experience was fantastic, the personnel were very friendly and available. All of the above are equally at the restaurant, here it is simply sublime: the dishes are well-soigned, very creative and truly delicious. We will certainly return once again!

The staff welcome is impeccable but the very very mediocre services do not correspond to the high price of the rooms described as standard. Small room without air conditioning.....threaded sheets, holes!?! Room not ready when we arrived, checkout time 10:30 a.m. Excellent breakfasts: fresh and homemade products, professional and welcoming staff
