All that's missing is a kettle and coffee maker.
We stayed here for one night and were completely satisfied. The bathroom door could have done with a fresh coat of paint, but we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was varied enough for us. We'll be back.
Nothing to say about the hotel side, however the service at the restaurant was catastrophic. A 40-minute wait to take the order, another 15 minutes to receive the starter, and another 30 minutes to receive the main course. The organization really needs to be reviewed.
I usually go to this hotel, but this time the waitress who was handling the meals was not up to scratch. She was new, but the efficiency was not up to scratch, a lot of back and forth for nothing, a lot of hot air. In short, I think this person is not cut out for this type of work.
The principle of separating stopover customers from "normal" customers is vexatious. Separating them, parking them... is a profound contempt for those who make your living all year round by coming regularly. If at least this system allowed stopover customers to be able to eat quickly, I would understand it, but not only are we parked in spaces reserved for this purpose and not very comfortable, limited to few choices on the menu, but we also wait half hours to be served and most of the time give up on having a dessert or a coffee which would make us wait another 20 minutes to get them. Overall, we eat well, but the service is catastrophic!!!!, with the impression of being a second-class customer, not considered, even despised.... To realize this, look at the people on the table, not the table, the stable....their glances and words exchanged, who wait.... wait and wait again to be considered...
