I booked through the Logis Hotel app. Very good. Upon arrival, my request for a room at the end of the corridor and a double bed was ignored. My comment clearly annoyed the reception staff, who showed no willingness to accommodate me. The hotel wasn't even full that night. Guests on overnight packages aren't allowed to eat at a table. They can only eat at the counter or, exceptionally, at the high tables with stools. The menu is cheap! And if you have allergies... they don't care. It took 35 minutes to figure out how to handle dessert. In the end, I didn't have any at the 36-minute mark.

The problem with the room I was in (319) was the windows not being airtight. There was some unpleasant whistling noise.

Good overall. Be mindful of the volume or music selection. It's very upbeat in the morning and too loud at lunchtime; as the restaurant is often full, it's hard to hear yourself speak... The staff is very pleasant.

I always book a room at this establishment when I'm in Nîmes and have done so for years. The value for money is excellent.

This was the second time I returned to the hotel, and I noticed a decline in the quality of the staff. Specifically, I encountered problems with the WI-FI connection, which, as I explained at reception, was very important for me, to the point that it guided my choice to stay at LOGIS. I was told that the problem had never occurred before and that they would do nothing about it. I can understand that, but the manner in which this was communicated was one of pure disinterest. This struck me more than the problem itself, knowing that the hotel would not help me. Secondly, an alarm started to sound (not from the hotel), and I asked at reception (which was closed, and I was greeted by the young man who works in the pub) if they could call the police. I was told that it was not possible for them to do so. It is unacceptable to know that in a hotel there is no one to help you on any occasion, for any reason, at any level. Incidentally, the alarm rang for the ENTIRE night. Thirdly, I would suggest that you check the rooms. Room 31, on the ground floor, has no shutters and no way to securely close or lock the sliding window. It is unthinkable to believe one can sleep peacefully knowing that anyone can simply push the window and enter the room. Coupled with the fact that the staff are uninterested in any customer problems, the situation proved to be even more uncomfortable. I hope that this private review of mine can be interpreted for what it is: a few lines that might help to improve the stay at your hotel.

Beautiful, well-equipped hotel, easy to find, just a stone's throw from the motorway exit. Quality of services. One regret: the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings, and it is not listed on the hotel information sheet. Many restaurants (Courtepaille/Le Régent/) are closed in the area on Sunday evenings. We ended up at the Chinese buffet, which is a shame.

It's a little paradise in Perpignan. The rooms are very decent, and the food is spectacular, both in the restaurant and the breakfast. The reception is one of the best I've ever enjoyed. Highly recommended.

A note for the evening before closing the bar. The bartender showed no willingness to remind us and offer a final service before closing.

Very good value for money in this hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, as is the bathroom. The toilet is separate. The room is clean. It's a shame that the sink doesn't drain properly, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. The breakfast is well served, with both sweet and savory options. The hotel's restaurant is also quite nice and the food is good. I will return to this hotel when my work brings me back to Nîmes.

Great hotel close to the highway if you're booking this for a stopover. Excellent beds and a superb restaurant for dinner, and a good breakfast. Nothing wrong with that. You can enjoy excellent food both inside and outside.

Very good hotel, the only downside is the maid who comes in at 8:45 without saying hello but saying sorry, the only thing she says is that you were gone for me.

Poor room, no turndown service, no change of bathroom linen. And above all, the housekeeping staff was rude and insolent. We seriously expect much better quality from a 3-star hotel today. After reception, the bed quality was good, the bar and restaurant were very good, and the free parking was very pleasant.

It's a shame the receptionist doesn't know how to smile. She just makes you want to go back the other way. The breakfast was perfect, but the bathroom smelled like sewer backup.

Fabulous stay! Very convenient, just a minute from the highway exit. Ample parking, including for buses. The grounds, with a garden and trees, offer plenty of space and tranquility. Beautiful, clean rooms and bathrooms (shower and sink, plus a separate toilet, as is customary in France) with everything you need, including a hairdryer. Last but not least, the spacious, tastefully decorated restaurant features live music every Thursday. The outdoor pool is large and comfortable. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast.

Everything was good in this hotel. If I had to find a downside, I would say that the furniture in the room is starting to get old. But that's really a downside.

A break between Belgium and Spain, a suspended moment in an idyllic setting, a warm welcome. The reception staff, the chambermaids, the restaurant are very friendly. I recommend it 100%. We will definitely come back on our next trip.

Simply a great overnight stay on the way to Spain. The overall quality is excellent. Conveniently located near the main road. Easy to reach. Friendly staff and a very flexible check-in period, extending until midnight. A lovely garden and pool are perfect for relaxing.

Everything was fine, although the breakfast buffet was very poor and extremely limited (they snatched the coffee maker in your face 10 minutes before closing time). A small shower by the pool would have been nice. The family room (4 pax) was super comfortable! We loved the restaurant.

I was already familiar with the hotel. Excellent location and easy access. Overall, satisfactory. I only ate dinner at the restaurant on the night of arrival, paying the bill immediately. The prices were excessive compared to other restaurants in the city.

I booked a superior room but I wonder what the difference is with the classic room. There is an outlet available in the room, in 2025 I think this is correct. The ffle I stayed in an unrenovated room on the 1st floor. The hallway carpet is dated, the hotel is in its original state.

Cleaning under the beds and in the wardrobes could have done with a bit more effort. The doors creak and are poorly insulated.

I already knew the hotel, quite decent.

The smell in the room was terrible. The room was far too small for three people. It wasn't clean either. The price was way too high for the quality. There was dirt all over the walls, and the curtains were torn and completely crumpled. I found the entire hotel unclean, and everything was damaged and broken. We left a day early and didn't get our money back. The reception staff was also disinterested and unfriendly.

When I was leaving I had to pay for the two coffees I had in the afternoon. A commercial gesture would have been appreciated, it wasn't two coffees that would have impacted the hotel's turnover, which is why I would hesitate before returning.

It's a good hotel since I'm coming back, since it's convenient and located at the motorway exit... But: Lack of choice for starters and desserts on the evening stopover. Lack of consideration for sales representatives by lining them up at the counter and displaying them like that... Evening meal too long, despite the lack of choice in the dishes offered.

Well located business type hotel in retail park on outskirts of Nîmes. Plenty of parking and nice bar and pool. Sunday night so dining room closed but number of alternatives within walking distance. Good sized room and bathroom with smallish toilet cubicle. Tesla superchargers in car park.

Convenient Location, but Basic Comforts

We stayed at this hotel during our road trip to Spain, mainly for its easy access just off the freeway—perfect for a quick overnight stop.

The hotel sits in a rather uninspiring business district surrounded by other hotels. From the outside, it lacks charm, and unfortunately, the restaurant—which influenced our booking choice—was closed on Sunday.

We had two ground floor rooms. They were spacious, but clearly dated and in need of renovation. Both rooms had an unpleasant sewer-like odor; in one, it was severe enough that we requested a room change. Thankfully, the receptionist was friendly and quickly resolved the issue.

Maintenance issues continued: one bathroom door was stuck, and the adjoining door between rooms wouldn’t lock. In the replacement room, the shower leaked from the ceiling—adding to the list of things needing attention.

On a brighter note, breakfast was enjoyable with a generous and varied selection.

Overall, this hotel is acceptable for a stopover en route from the Netherlands to Spain. Its proximity to the freeway is its strongest asset, but don’t expect much beyond convenience.

The hotel is good, but the adjacent restaurant is very bad. Tables are wobbly and no substitutions are made despite reservations. The grill master only knows his job to a limited extent. The fish was dry and did not match what was on the menu. There was no fennel, the potatoes that came with it were completely overcooked and my partner's chips were completely burnt! I should have had a vegetable bouquet, but instead there was an old, soft-boiled artichoke! And instead of a rosé wine they gave us a Blanch Noir and told us it was a local rosé!! The hotel was OK, the rest was very negative!

Nice for a short stay. Swimmingpool open till 20:00. Breakfast very expensive (13 euro's each), better head to Ange boulangerie around the corner. Room is small but clean.

Last time were satisfied, but this time we had a room that wasn’t clean and had un unpleasant smell in the bathrooms.

The hotel is located very far from the city center. The buses are nearby but stop in the evening from 8:30 p.m.! So for the return trip, you have to walk or take a taxi, which is not cheap! As for taking the car in the middle of summer to get to the city center, good luck... Regarding the room, there is a persistent sewer smell in the bathroom, which is very unpleasant. The very small bathtub that serves as a shower has a door that does not stay on the edge, which means that you get water everywhere! The toilet is spartan, a person of large build will not be comfortable because it is so narrow. Finally, the breakfast, which is prohibitively expensive, is very disappointing, even the coffee is mediocre!

We enjoyed the very comfortable dairy with a very large bed, the outdoor area and the pool, and the restaurant with beautiful decor. Small downside for the very vintage decor of the room, the bad smells in the bathroom, the hot water cut off after barely 2 showers! And access to the room already inaccessible at 11:30 while checkout is at 12 p.m.

Hotel located in an industrial zone outside Nîmes. It's normal, there's a swimming pool. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, but the prices are a bit high. We didn't dine there. The pool and surrounding area are very nice. The hotel's rooms and common areas are dated and could do with some renovation. The 70s-80s style is outdated; it's a shame that the rooms don't have disabled access. It will be very difficult to get around in a wheelchair.

It's a shame that the windows are in a deplorable state. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel. The sound level of the background music is too loud for an early morning.

The welcome was a bit cold, but nothing more than professional. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It's a shame that the parking lot isn't gated or monitored like your neighbors' at the IBIS.

You'd never guess that in the middle of a commercial area, right off the highway, you could find such a peaceful haven, surrounded by trees and a small bamboo grove, a large swimming pool, dry stone walls, and magnificent decor, a superb dining room with an excellent breakfast, a coworking space, and a delicious menu for lunch or dinner. 10 minutes from the arenas. Parking with Tesla and other charging stations. Top.

On our way there, we had a room on the third floor, which was fine. On our way back, we had a ground-floor room. Those are old rooms, very noisy with squeaking doors. The bathroom was modern. Our room was on the parking lot side. Very noisy when people were talking outside.

Its a 3 star that why no full rate for the quality of accommodation

The sink faucet is missing aerator, the shower drains poorly, except the siphon is clean, the remote control battery case is broken, the wicker on one of the chairs is starting to wear out, the board is crooked in the wardrobe, and above all, it is not practical, there is no plug at the head of the bed. I sleep with a device at night. Luckily, I have an extension cord in my car (which crossed the room at the risk of tripping over it at night). There is nothing objectionable, I recommend the hotel, the staff is very good. Just some minor issues that are easy to put right. I also understand that the hotel does not correct all incivility all the time. I recommend the hotel.

the hotel needs urgent renovation, furniture, mattresses, doors are worn out, they are in a very bad condition, it looks dirty , the floor wasn't clean at all. The air conditioning system works, but it is so loud that it was impossible to sleep all night.

Rooms are not soundproof at all. The cleaning ladies talk very loudly in the hallways in the morning. Doors slam. It's impossible to sleep in.

1st room: water leak! 2nd room: faulty air conditioning 30° At least! Excessively expensive meal 24€ for a salad! K I don't think I'll be back!

Communication before our arrival, very warm welcome and staff present and pleasant throughout our stay. Place from the outside which does not pay attention but very nicely decorated and very pleasant in the different common rooms. The only point to bring up is the breakfast time: 10am for a Sunday (and for us after wedding) did not allow us to have it and we would have liked to have a bar service between 12pm and 1pm for a coffee or other. But it is only a detail

Chambre très petite avec peu de possibilité de rangement.
Les chambres sont mal insonorisées. On entend le claquement des portes voisines, la douche et le sèche cheveux ainsi que la chasse d'eau dans la chambre à côté.
Beaucoup de car touristique qui arrivent et repartent à toute heure avec le bruit que ça occasionne dans le couloir.
Pour le restaurant "Partage", nous nous y sommes rendu le premier soir et grosse déception...
Mon magret quasi cru et tiède alors que j'ai demandé rosé. ma femme a eu un poisson carbonisé et donc viande très sèche.
Pour le petit déjeuner, peu de choix et pas bien réassorti.
Nous sommes arrivé après le passage de touriste chinois et c'était un capharnaum... Plus rien à manger et des tables pas débarassées...
Autre désagrément, il faut traverser le restaurant pour aller à la piscine (pas très bien entretenue!!!). Beaucoup de feuille des arbres qui bordent celle-ci.

The welcome and staff are excellent. The tiles in the room are very dirty. The bathroom radiator is very loosely attached to the wall, and the electrical cover isn't waterproof. It's a shame the hotel is very dusty.

Hello, the only downside is the email approval of our request for a large double bed, which was not honored. Be honest, it avoids disappointment! The accommodation is very neat, clean, the cleaning ladies are meticulous and welcoming. The catering is perfect, the meat is quality, and Anissa is smiling and happy to work, it's pleasant for the customer. Wi-Fi works well. Nothing to complain about the stay.

It was a good stay

A very good hotel decorated with taste, a very good restaurant also in a welcoming setting with remarkable staff. Only small downside disagreeing with all this: our room would have deserved an inspection tour: damaged toilet door, detached lampshades, poorly designed shower (water overflow guaranteed). Too bad compared to the excellent overall service.

The room was good. Only the water in the sink stays. There was also a dirty smell in the bathroom. It seemed to smell like poop.

All that's missing is a kettle and coffee maker.

We stayed here for one night and were completely satisfied. The bathroom door could have done with a fresh coat of paint, but we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was varied enough for us. We'll be back.

Nothing to say about the hotel side, however the service at the restaurant was catastrophic. A 40-minute wait to take the order, another 15 minutes to receive the starter, and another 30 minutes to receive the main course. The organization really needs to be reviewed.

I usually go to this hotel, but this time the waitress who was handling the meals was not up to scratch. She was new, but the efficiency was not up to scratch, a lot of back and forth for nothing, a lot of hot air. In short, I think this person is not cut out for this type of work.

The principle of separating stopover customers from "normal" customers is vexatious. Separating them, parking them... is a profound contempt for those who make your living all year round by coming regularly. If at least this system allowed stopover customers to be able to eat quickly, I would understand it, but not only are we parked in spaces reserved for this purpose and not very comfortable, limited to few choices on the menu, but we also wait half hours to be served and most of the time give up on having a dessert or a coffee which would make us wait another 20 minutes to get them. Overall, we eat well, but the service is catastrophic!!!!, with the impression of being a second-class customer, not considered, even despised.... To realize this, look at the people on the table, not the table, the stable....their glances and words exchanged, who wait.... wait and wait again to be considered...

I wish I had been informed before booking that the pool was out of service. The hotel was chosen based on this criterion, and I was counting on this facility being available so the children could enjoy it.

A well-equipped hotel where you can always have a good, authentic time alone, as a couple, or in a group. The welcome is warm, the breakfasts are frugal. The only downside I noticed yesterday morning (Sunday) was that there were long waits at the two coffee machines, which weren't always functional and didn't meet demand.

The downstairs bathrooms are very poorly designed (flooding during showers). The prices at the bars are truly shameful. Even in posh bars by the sea it's not that expensive! At €77 a night, not being able to watch a football match is really mediocre. The rooms have no soundproofing...

The rooms and facilities are aging. The soundproofing is very poor and the bathroom doors are noisy. The doors creak, and the bathroom doors have a return spring without a brake that causes them to slam into neighboring rooms all night. The breakfast buffet is basic and poorly organized. The hotel is well decorated and warm even if you can see that the building is old .. the room is quite noisy (outside noise from cars and the corridor). But this is due to the lack of insulation of the windows and doors. Otherwise the decor is very nice and the welcome very cordial. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality.

Un des participants a dû partir en fin de soirée et n’a pas pris sa chambre .
Aucune négociation possible avec la réception .
Nous avons dû payer la chambre.
Quand un groupe de 15 personnes dépense en plus des chambres près de 1300€ de restaurant et de bar en 1 soirée , il aurait été commercial de n’a pas facturer la chambre non prise pour des raisons familiales de dernière minute .
C’est dommage notre groupe ne reviendra plus pour une mesquinerie de 85€ !

This hotel is very conveniently situated if you have business in the Active City of Nîmes. As someone who eats vegetarian and fish dishes only, the weekend menu was a little lacking in choice for me. However, the portions were quite large. So much so that I was not hungry at breakfast, and only ate fruit salad, with a coffee and 2 mini croissants (for 13.25€). Overall, a very good experience however.

Nothing to say, perfect except the breakfast, a bit short on choice!

Some rooms are old-fashioned with a lack of furniture such as the absence of a bedside table. Otherwise, always well equipped, clean, spacious enough and a team always great at reception as in all services. Excellent value for money. A snag on the stopover evening, it would be necessary to at least have different accompaniments. It is always potato + zucchini.

The staff is very welcoming. The room is spotless, the cleaning ladies and maintenance are very nice and attentive to customers. Pleasantly surprised by the family room concept which should be more developed in France because very few brands offer it.

Lack of sockets near the bed. Extremely noisy heating/ventilation. Room door does not lock and is in very poor condition, allowing a significant amount of light to pass through. Otherwise, I think that this hotel is undergoing gradual renovation, which explains this. You should be more vigilant about cleaning the taps and sink wall tiles (traces of dripping).

I have already visited this establishment before and I was satisfied in every way. This time I don't know if it's the fact of having booked through booking but I had a catastrophic room. The room was freezing, impossible to heat, the ventilation made a hell of a noise, graffiti on the doors, cutout in the wall to pass the handle of the entrance door of the room, no heating in the bathroom, a low-end TV, ... really disappointed.

I would like to explain my stay in this hotel which was very disappointing. First of all the room was not clean dust on the switches as well as dirty bay window not to see outside. Then room attached to the parking lot, therefore a lot of nuisance such as skidding noises and acceleration of car all night and morning. Toilet paper holder broken upon our arrival and placed on the edge of the toilet without prior repair. No trash bags in the room trash cans. Shower towel with traces of lipstick, it's a shame. Toilet door full of blows, damaged paint. The magnetic room badge is problematic each time the room is opened. The positive points: - the supercharger for electric vehicles on site - very large and pleasant bed - smiling and welcoming staff Very disappointed with our experience in this hotel for the price paid it is not worth it we will not return there.

I have been a customer for many years, but the shortcomings are becoming more and more obvious. When you enter the room, the first thing you notice is that the curtains are partially removed. The doors are also crying out for a new coat of paint. The side table could use sound-absorbing felt. The armchair makes the small room even smaller. The staff was great as always. It's just a shame that there was no scrambled eggs left at 8:45.

Lots of dust under the beds, windows so dirty that you couldn't see outside, and an unpleasant bathroom (old, and with toilet paper on the floor under the trash can. Trash can without a bag). Once we arrived at the hotel, we were in a little haven of peace: large entrance hall where we were received by a charming lady. Right next door, a restaurant with nice decoration and nearby, the swimming pool, surrounded by bamboo. There are tables and armchairs outside under trees, where you can have a drink. Room with sober decoration, clean. Good bedding. In summary, a very nice experience, thank you!

We had a great weekend. Very pleasant and zen welcome, decoration and atmosphere. Same for the room 👍🏽 Its location in an industrial area disappointed us a little at first but it is close to the city center, so practical. We were able to enjoy the tapas bar where we had a great time. Everything was perfect from the welcome, the meal, the service and especially the atmosphere! Pleasant outdoor swimming pool, we would have liked to have a bathrobe to access it given the standing of your establishment. Large choice in the breakfast buffet. I booked on the logis website. My questions were not answered. On arrival, I was asked how my reservation was made? I was asked for my ID to check if my reservation had been made. Not even a smile! I asked for a kettle, cups and coffee because there was none in the room. To access the swimming pool you have to go through the restaurant and you have to have trousers and a t-shirt to cross. Not having seen any notes, I was told about it. In short, I had the impression of disturbing the staff! Broken shower head.

Good welcome, hearty breakfast, tranquility as far as room 225 is concerned in any case. Comfortable bed, clean, for me it was very good. Just an internet outage for two days but it wasn't their fault.

Suite à une première expérience il y a 3 ans qui était très satisfaisante j'ai réitérer cette année. Malheureusement l'expérience ne fut pas aussi bonne que la première.
Nous étions en rez-de-chaussée, la chambre était spacieuse, et la literie confortable, avec la clim. Par contre, la salle de bain était vraiment une catastrophe : pas de VMC, une douche toute ouverte avec une vitre abattante qui était trop petite du coup on se retrouvait vite inondés dans la salle de bain, il y avait beaucoup d'eau par terre, et le seul tapis fourni ne suffisait pas du tout pour éponger bien que nous ne prenions pas des douches interminables. Aussi le pommeau de douche, bien qu'utile pour l'anti gaspillage, n'était vraiment pas pratique... un semblant de forte pression mais non suffisante donc douche plus longue que ce qui est nécessaire habituellement ! Donc sans VMC toute l'humidité ne partait pas, et d'horribles odeurs nauséabondes ressortaient des canalisations, un enfer pour la nuit...
Dommage pour cette mésaventure, bien sûr tout cela a été signalé lorsque nous avons rendu la chambre.
