This is a great place for anyone travelling- it is economical, clean and the staff are very helpful. We’ve stayed here before but were disappointed on this occasion to find that the bar and restaurant are not open on a Sunday which is a pity because the food is excellent! The receptionist did however help us find an alternative place to eat,

Je sejourne souvent dans cet hotel qui offre une vraie quiétude avec un bel espace vert autour et une deco chaude et colorée. Le rapport qualite prix est assuré et les chambres sont agrèables et bien insonorisées. Je recommande vivement les chambres superieures ( faible écart de prix avec les autres) très confortables avec douche ou baignoire au choix!

Leider hatten wir dieses Mal ein sehr abgewohntes und ungemütliches Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt aber für eine Nacht ging es.

Het restaurant was op zondag gesloten en ze beveelde restaurant Buffalo Grill aan, dit was echter waardeloos, dus niet meer aanbevelen!

Ich war auf der Durchreise von Spanien nach Deutschland und da lag es sehr günstig. Es war alles in Ordnung und ich würde es weiter empfehlen.

Bonjour, l’accessibilité de l’hôtel est très bien. En revanche j’ai dormi dans un lit qui grincer À chaque mouvement.
J’ai des remontées d’odeur au niveau de la salle de bain, et pas d’eau chaude!
Je suis assez déçu dans l’ensemble, pourtant l’hôtel me semblait très bien
Apparemment, les chambre du rez-de-chaussée, son différente de celle de l’étage!

We were disappointed to find the restaurant closed for diner.

Le check-in a été particulièrement long. Il y avait deux personnes au desk mais seule 1 faisait l'enregistrement. Résultat, près de 30 minutes pour réaliser l'opération.

J’avais demandé de me réserver une chambre calme loin de l’ascenseur et mon souhait a été respecté.
Gros bémol pour le petit déjeuner car certaines personnes se servent du pain et le coupe sans utiliser la serviette en tissu mise à disposition sur la planche à pain et le personnel laisse faire…. Je l’ai signalé sur place et vous transmets également la critique.
Même chose pour les abricots confits que certaines personnes prennent avec les doigts alors que une cuillère est à leur disposition…. La liste n’est pas exhaustive malheureusement !!!
Il y a malheureusement des « GROS PORCS » féminins et masculins et je sais que il est impossible de mettre une personne pour surveiller en permanence.
Petit déjeuner excellent et très jolie salle.

Great hotel... be careful passing hotel. The restaurant to avoid especially a person who mixes the air without being efficient... the cook is great. Super cooking quality (duck breast and Tbonne) concerns the wine despite the bottle wall especially to be avoided... no choice for less than €79 🫢

Last year the stay was still reasonable, this year we found the accommodation poor: a safe that does not work, loose hooks, a very bad bed. The restaurant is way too expensive compared to the quality.

Lack of fridge, drink and safe, room not very well insulated, can hear the neighbors

No kettle in the room or courtesy tray. So I asked for a kettle but there was no cup for tea. I had to take my toothglass... Otherwise the magnifying mirror is very poorly placed in height. You must be at least 1m75 tall to use it. No black tea for breakfast. Only green tea, infusion or Roobois. Luckily the lady behind the counter managed to find me a nice morning tea. So tea lovers, bring your bags! Otherwise the hotel staff is very friendly and professional.

As in all hotels since the EDF price increases, when it starts to get cold their thermostat is blocked so that it cannot be touched! So for us it was really average...

Hotel modesto ubicado cerca de la autopista para descansar, asearse y continuar con el viaje. Está en un área comercial, junto a más hoteles y es un sitio tranquilo. Se encuentra a unos 4 km en coche del casco histórico de la ciudad. La habitación es amplia, la cama es cómoda, las almohadas ya no tanto. La limpieza correcta, con toallas y geles y secador de pelo. El baño está dividido en dos, por un lado se encuentra la ducha y el lavabo con un gran espejo y un pequeño cuarto adyacente, el WC, pero todo dentro de la habitación. La ducha podrían mejorarla cambiando la alcachofa porque es un poco rara, tiene tres orificios y el agua sale muy dispersa, no es la típica alcachofa en la que el agua sale en forma de lluvia, y la mampara al ser hasta la mitad se sale el agua por fuera.. Al ver la recepción y los precios del restaurante parecía que las comodidades de la habitación iban a ser de más categoría, pero son muy básicas y el mobiliario algo antiguo.. Pero para pasar una noche y descansar, en relación calidad precio cumple su función ya que necesitábamos un hotel con parking gratis y este lo tiene. Del resto de las instalaciones como piscina, restaurante y desayuno no puedo opinar porque no hicimos uso de ello. Parece ser que admiten mascotas porque había mucha gente con perros. Hablan varios idiomas, entre ellos el español.

We needed to stay 1 night in Nîmes and we found this hotel via booking. We selected this hotel for its location and very good value for money. We also had the option of having dinner and breakfast without having to search far. The setting and welcome are friendly. The wifi connection is not very fast but it deserves to exist.

A little disappointed. One of the two bedside lamps did not work during the 2-night stay, no garbage bags upon our arrival, absence of night reception at 1:30 a.m. with a wide open parking lot and young people wandering around, drain in the HS sink... this hotel lacks serious monitoring, it's a shame but not too late because this establishment is well located and is very comfortable

The cleaning staff slams the doors so loudly in the morning that you can't sleep. Otherwise everything was great!

Not great, we booked at 8:30 p.m. online, a bit late! What's more, the receptionist was visibly bitter and not welcoming at all for the punishment we were given the right to the room on the ground floor, the last one at the end of the corridor, or at worst we say we'll be quiet! We ask her if it is possible to eat at the restaurant, she tells us restaurant is closed, go buy food outside!!!! What we did to our great surprise was the restaurant was still open and serving when we returned a little later. In the shower only a product for the hands as a shower gel we asked for a large double bed we had two small beds sticking hair on the sheets and the window which does not lock on the ground floor not great! For the price of the rooms these limits! Next time we'll go somewhere else. On the other hand, the lady at the bar this morning was very nice.

Rooms unkempt and old furniture (room 310), loud, not possible to sleep with the window open, restaurant bad, food inedible and far too expensive, poor price-performance ratio for the accommodation and in the restaurant, never again!

Room 401 on the top floor should not be offered, noise from the elevator machinery, interior of the closet with a strong musty smell, impossible to put your clothes in. Shower handle impossible to block at head height. The rest was clean. Breakfast nothing more ordinary. Very disappointing for an accommodation.

The hotel is quite good even if it doesn't look much from the outside, quality of bedding very good, welcoming and friendly staff, free parking. Big downside: the catering! No organization in the service, quality of the cuisine not up to standard, I had to send back my dish and ended up eating nothing. Same with breakfast, lots of empty and missing things, disorganized buffet and no quality products. Fortunately, the restaurant staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The quality of the restaurant and breakfast service needs to be reviewed. In the restaurant, I waited 35 minutes for my aioli dish in which the fish was so cooked that the flesh stuck to the skin. At breakfast, there's no luck on the counter and when someone decides to show up, I'm told it's on the counter, no, sorry, there's none left, I'm the only one to manage.... having spent 15 years in the restaurant industry, this is an unacceptable response. It's a shame because the establishment is very nice... I'm not sure I'll come back there despite the attractive price via booking.com.

For sleeping in the bedroom, it's very good. Clear bathroom, separate WC, large bed. But then, the noise! As the hotel is located in a large shopping center, there was noise outside from early morning with the trash cans, then a construction site started shoveling and banging I don't know what, from 6 a.m. When it comes to noise, I also consider music in restaurants to be noise. Do we need rap, techno and English playlists evening AND morning? A little peace and quiet would be good after a long journey.

Hotel room was a bit tired and in need of a furniture upgrade. Bed had a big dip in the middle. Toilet door inside very marked and needs painting. Plumbing in basin is blocked and nasty smell rises when used. Shower is just adequate. Seems a mix of fine water spray and air to give the impression of a good shower. Shower door requires a strip at bottom to avoid excess water going on the bathroom floor.
Bar area is nice. Secure parking very good. Location is good for the many shops in the commercial centre. However 38 min walk to Arena wasn't pleasant for the first half. Area was dirty and littered and felt might be unsafe walking back to hotel after dark.

Bathroom a bit worn. Slight mold formation. The soap dispenser at the sink was dismantled on the sink instead of being mounted on the wall as intended. Dinner was okay - but not a revelation. Breakfast buffet top for French standards. Very friendly staff.

Very convenient for a stopover during the journey from Italy to Spain. Location just off the motorway in a commercial area served. Very large internal parking. Nice and quiet facility. They gladly accept animals, I didn't pay extra for two cats.

The hotel is close to the freeway and is still quiet. We were here for the second time with our dog and the staff is very friendly.

I am perfectly aware that you are in "renovation mode" but something suggests negligence (chopsticks taken off and placed in front of the door, can abandoned in the hallway).

Very pleasant reception and maintenance staff. The pool would be even better with a shower to rinse off before and after swimming. Lots of users during this scorching period, so cloudy water... back in the room to rinse off.

The room smelled very bad and was not clean. Hair from other guests on the bedside table, floor and in the bathroom. The windows were also very dirty. The rooms on the ground floor are very badly soundproofed, you can hear all the arriving and departing cars.

Very good hotel, both in terms of reception, the room and the adjoining restaurant. The smile is there. The room is functional. Two downsides, however, there is no electrical outlet near the bed. The quality of the pillows needs to be reviewed. Otherwise, the rest is fine.

We chose this hotel because we had to stop one night during our car journey and the choice was made being this hotel very close to the highway as we did not want to deviate too much. The hotel is it located in a compound where there are other hotels under weight paid more here than in another hotel next door, which is the same level of stars.
From the website, the rooms look that much better than they were, I think the pictures were deceiving.
We had a good dinner with local products and also the breakfast was good.
They are pet friendly (the charge is euro 9 per pet).

Staff at the front desk was helpful and professional. Overall, our experience was very positive except for the waiter service at the restaurant. The waiter didn’t pay any attention to the customers. We asked for an extra empty plate for a child which he never brought. We had to wait for a long time to refill a bottle of water. The waiter kept walking around the restaurant having conversations with other staff members.

We had a dinner 0n Aug., 9th, in the restaurant, lousy service, had forgotten our orders so we had to wait about an hour. So not recommendable.

Unfortunately I only spent a few hours at the Logis hotel because I was travelling, but it did me good, I slept very well! and so I was able to recharge to continue the journey. Krystel's welcome in the middle of the night couldn't have been more pleasant! really a dear person. and the delicious express breakfast! I recommend the pain au chocolate! I will definitely be back!

Were the first time in the Logis Hotel and are very impressed. Especially the service at the front desk was particularly attentive and friendly. We had dogs barking in the first room next door. The receptionist immediately gave us another room on a different floor. He even came after us as we originally booked 2 beds and the new one had a large double bed to ask if it would be ok. The rooms are clean and large. Have always stayed at the Ibis, but the Logis convinced us. 👍

Great pool and restaurant! On the other hand the rooms and bathroom are really small for the price...

We were arriving late at night and I didn't know exactly what this hotel would be like. It was lovely. We were able to call an uber from the train station. Being from the US, I would compare it to a Hampton Inn. The staff was lovely. It was after 22h00 when we arrived. The kitchen was closed, but the bar was able to serve us a cold charcuterie tray, which was perfect (and huge). The bar/dining room and staff was awesome. The room was good. Breakfast was nice. I was sorry we only stayed one night. I didn't pay much attention to the location, because it was just an overnight stopping point for us.

Very good hotel. The reception, the bedroom, the bathroom, the restaurant menu with its entertainment and an excellent breakfast. We will stop there again next year.

Pros: The staff is very welcoming; the swimming pool is a plus in this hot region, large enough for swimmers and nicely laid out for lazing around in the shade or sunbathing; the Logis restaurant is excellent; Hearty and varied breakfast; there is a bus stop 100 meters away. Negative points: our room on the ground floor was a little small, the bedding is not level (too soft for my taste); the somewhat noisy corridors; the hotel is very out of the way (3.5 km from the Arena which we walked) so you need a car because there is no bus after 8 p.m.; the environment has no charm (area of commercial activity and major noisy roads); Reception does not have the ETIK loyalty program reflex; the liquid soap in the rooms, it's not pleasant

Not suitable for families defective toilet flush. The pool you do not have small or child's feet. Very nice for couple or evening because at its bar restaurant very pleasant but not suitable for families

Very average restaurant in the evening stopover, no choice and meals on a standing table... Not ideal after a day's work. Quality not there... Green salad as a starter, a bit light! Avoid rooms on the 4th floor, no bedside table, 2 chairs in the room...

The hotel is ok but you can hear a lot of outside noise. Reception of the hotel satisfactory. It is the reception at the restaurant that is the problem. Customers on stopovers are forced to eat at the counter like cows in front of a hay rack. Badly installed, you have to ask for bread, water, cutlery and support the telephone conversations of neighbors. The proposed meal and banal, tasteless desserts. Very disappointed because I used to book with my eyes closed when it came to a Logis de France. Next time I'll go to the bb next door at least I know what to expect.

Hotel with a swimming pool (very hot) and a beautiful and good restaurant. Very appreciable! The servers were professional. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. The morning receptionist was particularly attentive, smiling and positive. She seeks a solution to the problems encountered. The room was spacious. The air conditioning was stuck at 20 degrees knowing that the thermostat was in the entrance to the room. Sometimes it was a bit hot. A small refrigerator would not be too much especially with very high outside temperatures. Good experience. I will come back with pleasure.
