Paid Wi-Fi with an 80s-style code (numbers and letters in very small print, hard to read)
well-equipped room (including coffee maker) and with carpet allowing me to do my daily yoga. The only downside was the smell of sewage on the second evening.

Literie en mauvais état et décoration de la chambre très "old style" (chambre 101). Avoir du sol souple dans la chambre fait extrèmement cheap, sans parler des dalles qui se soulèvent.
La literie est très mauvaise (les deux matelas ne sont as à la même hauteur et ne sont donc pas raccord).

The elevator was broken. People with limited mobility couldn't reach the room. The stairs were too steep.
When I arrived on Monday the elevator was broken, it was supposed to be repaired during the day, it still hadn't been done on Friday. A lot of parquet noise coming from the upper floor. The breakfast is minimalist
Overnight stay, I changed rooms because the noise from the ventilation in the interior courtyard was too loud, I benefited from room 100 on the ground floor, spacious, modern with a small private terrace and disabled access, so a large bathroom with tip-top pressure. I enjoyed a movie session not far away at the CV, 300m from the hotel. I found that the menu included in the overnight stay was a little too simple, a touch worthy of this restaurant would have been welcome. But hey, everything was good, nothing more. The bedding was top-notch and the welcome was very warm! And the decor was in the pure style of this old hotel/restaurant with a magnificent piano/bar, which could do with some retouching or improvements, but it has its charm.
Well-run hotel. Friendly staff. The room was well-equipped and the bathroom very spacious. Accommodating our dog was no problem either. Accessibility by car is limited due to the proximity to the train station and the lack of a parking lot.

Centrally located, parking nearby (for free), nice room (well “equiped”); good breakfast. As the own restaurant was closed (holidays), we received a very good recommendation for our dinner (Restaurant Un Air de Famille), located at walking distance. Very helpful and friendly personnel. In short: all you can wish for!

A superb hotel in almost every aspect. I had a very comfortable and stylish bedroom with one of the best shower rooms I have experienced. And I'm well travelled. The restaurant is top class. The Irish Abdereen steak I ate was a meal to remember. The only disappointment was breakfast. It was minimal and of low quality. A very different experience to what I had in the restaurant.
The hotel room was wonderfully spacious and everything was very well maintained! The reception wasn't great, as the lady in charge preferred to talk to a caller. Unfortunately, there was quite loud music playing throughout the public area, often with two different music playing in adjacent rooms. That was a real shame and will deter me from returning to the hotel!

Magnificent hotel in the heart of Cambrai! Superb welcome from a smiling and efficient young woman... and equally pleasant exchanges when we left with Anaïs. The reception team is really particularly top notch! Regarding the rooms. They are superb in terms of comfort and cleanliness! (whether it's the suite or the rooms). As for the general atmosphere of this establishment, it's a treat! A particularly pleasant English-style bar with quality cocktails. Excellent breakfast too. Easy parking. We were amazed by this establishment which corresponds more to a four-star level... than the three stars awarded. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend this establishment for which we had a real crush!
Second stay in this hotel; very pleasant, clean, quiet. The reason why I qualified my assessment of the quality of the accommodation a little is because I had the room on the ground floor and I found it very cold and the wifi does not work well there. But overall I remain very satisfied. Thank you

For my part, positive and negative: Very welcoming and pleasant staff, good restaurant, good location, and overall condition of the room is correct. However, room on the ground floor without Wifi, and even without 4G network, and a whole air conditioning system or piping that makes a continuous noise all night. In addition, proximity to common passage areas and other residents without respect for nighttime silence....
