Great welcome and service

Very pleasant stay in this hotel where we were very well received. The rooms are comfortable, with a slightly "vintage" decoration and the view is magnificent on a beautiful landscape of the Vosges. The meal as well as the breakfast were of very high quality and make you want to come back :) The only downside concerned roadworks which were taking place right in front of the hotel, but this is only temporary, and independent of the hotel.

Second stay in this family hotel that has been passed down for 4 generations (exchanges with the manager). We were won over by the establishment thanks to the very warm welcome. The staff is attentive to the different desires of the customers. The restaurant offers quality and seasonal products. If you also like hiking, there is plenty to do.

Even if the hotel is a bit "old", everything is clean and the bedding is good quality. The decor is period (the establishment is 100 years old) and gives a lot of charm to the hotel. The discussions with the receptionist were enriching on the history of the family. As for the food, the room is pretty, tablecloth and cloth napkins very appreciated. The menu is not very big but very correct. One downside: €22 for a small slice of foie gras, it's a bit exaggerated! And for dessert, a whipped ice cream cup announced on the menu was served without whipped cream. The waitress apologized "through her teeth", while an almond tile could have been offered (there were some on our other plates) or a fruit coulis as a replacement, and above all, a nice smile would have made us forget this missing whipped cream. For the bathroom, a shower screen or at least a curtain would be welcome. The rest was perfect: cleanliness and old world charm! The all-you-can-eat breakfast was perfect: choice, quality and quantity

This is the second stay in this hotel and always well received and for the second time we were upgraded to a prestige room

Well maintained establishment, the corners are clean. The bedding is soft, the meals and breakfast are plentiful and delicious. The staff is very friendly. Next time we hope to have the tede to test the SPA.

Correct stay But the hotel did not accept the Etik loyalty vouchers (not printed). In addition, I still have not received the loyalty vouchers for my stay in the hotel (bill of €540).

Beautiful hotel, excellent restaurant

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, das Zimmer sauber und geräumig, mit schöner Aussicht. Das Bad war ebenfalls sauber, der an der Wand montierte Föhn war defekt, dafür lag ein Handföhn bereit, die Belüftung war optisch vorhanden, sonst kaum merkbar, der WC Deckel war lose, Schimmel an der Wand über der Badewanne. Schade!

Very good stay in this hotel restaurant where we had a great room with a view of the castle. Light restaurant menu but we found what we were looking for for dinner. Hearty breakfast. A plus with the SPA that we visited but did not test. Very welcoming manager and very pleasant waitress. Do not hesitate to go there and visit the old village as well as the castle (we only visit the courtyard and the gardens without forgetting the cistern)

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The meals were delicious. The finishes of the room, and especially those of the bathroom, needed to be improved. The terrace was pleasant.

The team is at the top in terms of sympathy, availability of empathy and well above average. We will stay there again with enthusiasm during our next trip to Alsace.

Bravo to the staff for their friendliness and their sense of customer service.... cooking with quality products a feast for the eyes and taste buds! Comfortable spacious room... small downside for the decor and slightly outdated wardrobe and squeaky bed base! And perhaps shower joints to be redone but spacious, well-equipped bathroom! We had a very good stay and wish good luck to this hotel which is celebrating its 100th anniversary!! THANKS

For the slightly disappointed welcome, the elderly person gave us the key to the room without explaining how to access it, the rest of the staff is very pleasant, very good food and a good quantity. Place a little dilapidated, the bed creaks with every movement but rather comfortable, hotel needs to be refreshed especially the bathroom where the joints are blackened by mold as well as the parquet floor but it is quite clean
