Charming, quiet, and clean hotel. Professional, friendly, welcoming staff who listen to their customers. Very good cuisine made with fresh produce and good wines. Breakfast with fresh, local products. Bravo to the chef and his team. A hotel where you feel good and want to come back. Thank you to the whole team and above all, don't change a thing; you are perfect.

Our first visit to Tisseur and nothing disappointed us. From the friendly, helpful welcome through excellent accommodation (amazing views), excellent meals (dinner and breakfast) to check-out all too soon!
Friendly, efficient staff. Ideal location in the town too.
Breakfast is incredible not because of its variety of products, but because of the quality of its products. The pastries are absolutely delicious daily with the fresh bread that goes with it and local products, plus homemade yogurt.

Very nice room, comfortable, pleasant staff and excellent breakfast.
I arrived very late in the evening (after 11 p.m.) at the hotel, but the reception took the time to contact me and prepare a salad and dessert in my room in a cooler to avoid it being hot when I arrived. Really a great welcome. Thank you very much.

A perfect experience in every way: welcome, charm, quality, seriousness
We took advantage of the biker half-board package. We wouldn't do that again. Perhaps the à la carte food would have tasted better. The breakfast was okay, though, and the staff was very friendly. The covered parking for our motorcycles was great, of course, since it was raining heavily.
Everything was very good. However, and I attach great importance to this point: No music in the dining room. The silence was too heavy. Customers whispering. A monastic atmosphere. A shame.

good experience renewed wifi very insufficient exceptional breakfast
I had booked a PMR room for 1 year and when we arrived it was not noted. However, I had called twice. Fortunately, the room was free. Otherwise, we would not have had a room for the groom's grandmother, 86 years old with a walker. I had also asked that my guests not pay and that I pay when I came to pick them up. Too late, they had paid.
Apart from the lack of an elevator to access the second floor, everything is perfect.
Beautiful establishment
I appreciated very much having a warm, spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable room in the hotel where I could rest and recover after each busy day of clearing and selling my house in Panissières. Each day's breakfast was good too. My stay made a difficult week much easier to get through.

Nice breakfast buffet, rooms with sufficient space. For the PC work the table is almost too small. Modern rooms.
Our room deserves to be renovated. The bed changes the towels too. Door that creaks parquet too and we were very cold because no heating even in the bathroom. On the other hand we recommend the restaurant which is excellent
A very good stay in this hotel. The staff is very welcoming. The getaway package is perfect and perfectly suited what we were looking for. The meal included in the package is copious and tasty, the breakfast excellent and the room has a beautiful view of the Lyon mountains. Nice little touch with the free box of chocolates! The hotel is an old mansion and has a lot of charm.
