A traditional, well-made hotel, as it once was before the massive expansion of chain hotels. We liked the slightly old-fashioned feel, but that word shouldn't be taken in a pejorative sense.

We had a very pleasant stay and we really appreciated the smile and the exchanges with the owner who welcomes you warmly.

It's a cozy, family-run hotel with prime location at the feet of the stairs leading to the sanctuary. Everything is spotlessly clean and taken care of. The bed in my room was rather soft but comfortable. There's a fantastic view from the terrace. The rooms aren't very spacious, but that's the nature of medieval buildings. Despite the owner's efforts, due to the thickness of the walls, the W-Fi connection in the room is weak, so manage your expectations. The cell connection works fine. The AC/heating/dehumidifier works great and is completely silent.

This is a charming place, with an alpine feel, right in the centre of Rocamadour. The photos don't prepare you for the stunning terrace overlooking the gorge, and the staff are professional and charming. Unfortunately our room was very cold and this could not be rectified.

It was a unique experience in an old building. The welcoming and hospitality are beyond expectations. Very well located in the heart of town, but parking is not permitted during the day so we needed to park below the town. It was not far at all and it was a nice walk.

Everything was perfect, we just regret the breakfast times were too late for pilgrims!

Very good value for money, charming welcome and perfectly located for visiting Rocamadour.

Hotel ideally located at the foot of the sanctuary on the main street, possibility of parking right in front (we were lucky), very welcoming staff, small but clean rooms and good bedding. The breakfast terrace (and the dinner we had, very good) has an incredible view

pleasant stay in Rocamadour with a stopover at this hotel. We were made very welcome, the room and bathroom were very clean. Hearty breakfast, the only downside is that the hotel is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (no elevator) and the lack of parking space.

The host was very welcoming. She waited for us at the door and then guided us to park the car. We arrived on Sunday around 6 p.m. so there was space in front of the hotel. The places being expensive we were lucky. The host also showed us places to eat nearby. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast is adequate with: bread, croissant, orange juice, hot drink, jams, honey, yogurts and compotes. The hotel has a very nice terrace with a beautiful view of the valley.

THE LOCATION !!! In the heart of the City, at the foot of the grand staircase, you couldn't be better placed to visit Rocamadour. Quiet, with air conditioning, comfortable bedding. On-site catering possible and quality. Small downside: the car park is difficult to access (pedestrian street to cross) and it is impossible to stay parked from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Hotel ideally located at the foot of the steps of the sanctuary. A very friendly welcome, a charming room with a view of the superb valley, nickel cleanliness and dream bedding to recover from the day's walk. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious. Hearty breakfast. Sleeping in Rocamadour is ideal, allowing you to take breaks between 2 walks during the day and especially to enjoy the calm of the village from 7 p.m., the beauty of the place lit up in the evening and the calm of the morning that only the hot air balloons animate... . A magical place and hotel for an unforgettable experience.

Pleasant stay, very cute room and impeccably clean. Kindness of the welcome.

To get to the hotel by car we were allowed through the city gate through a very narrow and busy shopping street. Bizarre!! we thought at first, but later on we saw more cars coming through so that was normal, although a few people looked at us strangely. The hotel is right opposite the (stairs of the) beautiful pilgrim's castle, which we immediately admired. Mighty beautiful. Reception extremely friendly and helpful. Parking space right in front of the door, you can only park here between 5 and 12 noon, drive through before 5 pm and park at the other city gate. Room was fine, good beds (pillows are a bit hard, that's the only downside we experienced) and nice shower. Woken in the morning by the sound of hot air balloons flying overhead. Breakfast was simple; coffee, tea, juice, croissants, yoghurts (no buffet, no eggs). ... but on the terrace with a magnificent view. All in all, we had a very nice stay on our journey to Argelès sur Mer
