Service impeccable. Tout est proper. Nous passons Les bon temps.
A very nice hotel — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The hostess was friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the Cité Médiévale of Rocamadour. You’re just steps from the main sites, restaurants, and bars. An ideal base for exploring this amazing place. We definitely recommend it.
An establishment like we haven't seen in a long time. Not a single false note. A wonderful souvenir for my wife's birthday. Unbeatable value for money.
Wonderful hostess. Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Beautiful hotel in magnificent setting.
Endroit confortable, excellentes conditions de chambre. Très bien, je recommande.Si
Genevieve was super and made everything wonderful.
Hotel is in centre of village. Parking difficult due to narrow street/gate and pot luck if there is place. However we booked because of the restaurant and that was closed although on the website it said it was open on Wednesday. So we had to go to neighbouring restaurant which was ok but not great. Village itself is very touristy with few bars. Mostly restaurants for tourists with typical tourist food and prices. Bathroom was simple. Took long time to get warm water. Beds ok.
We stayed at Le Terminus des Pèlerins in Rocamadour and we found the hotel a perfect base for our visit. We stayed for several nights, walking the local countryside each day and visiting the village centre. We had a room with a balcony which offered an airy and light addition to the accommodation and which was a good place to sit (when it wasn't raining!) The staff at the hotel work hard and long hours to ensure that everything is as comfortable as can be. It is an old-fashioned hotel and some aspects may feel a little bit dated but this is more than made up for by old-fashioned hospitality and kindness. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless and the writing desk was very useful. The restaurant, which is basically open from dawn to dusk, provides local and regional wine, soft drinks and coffee, snacks, breakfasts and full meals, The food was excellent on every occasion and the service happy and attentive. This is an extremely well managed and friendly hotel.
Good intentions but the room is too small
Wonderful hotel, friendly and welcoming staff.
Very warm welcome. A breathtaking view of the valley. If, of course, you choose a room facing the valley.
Very warm welcome. Superb location at the foot of the stairs. Room with valley view. Comfortable bedding. Excellent restaurant.
Location is central and parking not far, drop your bags off first as you won’t want to carry them uphill or up all the steps. The room is basic, no kettle or water provided. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was showing its age so felt grubby. Breakfast was very basic, we were down at 9.40 (cut off at 10am) and the last ones so maybe that was why. The host was helpful with letting us store bags and telling us where to park. Sat on the street outside in the evening which was lovely as right outside the steps to the church. The view out the back of the hotel is truely breathtaking, we had breakfast on the balcony and loved the view.
The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot with parking.
Superbly located hotel in the old town. Very friendly welcome. Rooms too small but good bedding. Parking is obviously complicated, but that's due to the very nature of the city.
We had a stay served like kings, excellent restaurant, generous breakfast, peaceful nights with a breathtaking view of the citadel, not to mention the clean, air-conditioned room, with new bedding of incredible comfort, everything was there for a perfect vacation I couldn't ask for more...with special mention for the adorable lady who runs this hotel with seriousness and overflowing kindness, she goes out of her way for her customers and that's what makes all the difference with another hotel. Thank you Madam
Very clean, central location, quiet, very helpful staff, abundant breakfast, excellent room
A very good experience. A magnificent terrace. A very pleasant welcome.
A pleasant dive into the past. This historic hotel in the center of Rocamadour boasts a highly regarded restaurant.
Very warm welcome. Pleasant and very clean room.
Clean hotel, friendly manager, efficient staff
A very nice stop in Rocamadour, the hotel is perfect for enjoying the town and the sanctuary. The welcome is professional and efficient, the team adorable.
Very warm welcome
Wonderful staff and a very nice room right in the centre. I think a bit of advice ahead of time regarding parking would be the only thing I would recommend.
This is our second stay at this hotel. We are always made to feel very welcome, whether by the owner or the seasonal restaurant staff. The hotel is very clean, and the food and wine offered in the restaurant are excellent. We chose a room with a terrace and a view of the cliffs; it's ideal for a short break in the room. We are delighted with our stay.
The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were a good size with a nice bathroom. However, there was no internet while we were there that worked.
Excellent, central and very helpful.
More than adequate for this hotel located in the heart of the village. And the view is superb 🤩 We received a very warm welcome there...
Hotel not very practical for people with disabilities
We arrived late due to traffic on the way from Calais the hotel owner had left the room key out for us and given us the after hours entry code so we code easily access the hotel. A light continental breakfast on the terrace overlooking the gorgeous valley was a wonderful surprise.
Our experience was enhanced by Madame Genevieve, who made sure all our needs were met. The service and friendliness were excellent. The location is breathtaking. This is a simple, clean hotel at an amazing value.
warm and friendly welcome, stay that lived up to our expectations
We spent one night and had dinner and breakfast on a large terrace, the food is good, the service is pleasant, it's okay
A traditional, well-made hotel, as it once was before the massive expansion of chain hotels. We liked the slightly old-fashioned feel, but that word shouldn't be taken in a pejorative sense.
We had a very pleasant stay and we really appreciated the smile and the exchanges with the owner who welcomes you warmly.
Very good stay
Our hostess was so welcoming. The location was superb, the room super clean. Great to have the restaurant/bar right on site.
The lady who served us did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you so much.
