Everything fine. Great breakfast buffet and highly recommended restaurant with good value for money. The room was very clean and cozy, balcony overlooking the lake. The only negative point is that it is located directly on a thoroughfare. But that hardly bothered us.

Warm and friendly welcome, everyone is very kind and takes great care of you! The rooms are small but very clean. Copious breakfast buffet and excellent fresh fruit salads. The restaurant's menu is varied and the dishes are excellent and well stocked, from starter to dessert, nothing to complain about. I really recommend this hotel but also its restaurant. Well done to the whole team 👍

Warm welcome and attentive staff, very clean hotel, very pleasant with its small balcony and its view of the lake. We were pampered at breakfast in a "cocooning" atmosphere, it is in abundance with a multiple choice (salty, sweet and various special breads and pastries) at will!!! Very very good and hearty restaurant in a simple and chic atmosphere at the same time. Large covered terrace with lake view. Only downside access to the elevator to take the luggage upstairs is not basic. And a little extra would be that eventually an air conditioning is installed because these rooms benefit from a large bay window and the sun almost all day which is very pleasant. The balcony overlooking the lake with its table and two armchairs is a call to relax. Unbeatable value for money given the positioning of this hotel. Thank you all and we will be back for another stay.

I spent 1 night there: very warm welcome, benevolent welcome message with explanations in case of absence, team available, superb decor, very clean room, bedding which suited me very well. No own parking at the hotel but places available all around. Really a very pleasant surprise.

Great hotel and staff! Too bad we got room 107 because no shutter, we had a very big storm, thunder, wind and rain, it felt like the window wouldn't hold up. In addition we came for our wedding anniversary but also for the fireworks, and the window of our room overlooked a large roof which still obscured the view. But we will come back and ask for another room! 👍

The room seemed a bit "old-fashioned", especially the bed. It could be a little moderna and brighter. The bathroom looks good.

Beautiful hotel with an ideal location. Caring staff and always with a smile. Excellent food at Bourru Gourmand, the hotel restaurant. If I had to find a point for improvement, it would be to reserve a few places in the parking lot that runs alongside the establishment, for hotel guests.

Everything was perfect. Nice ambience with a beautiful view centrally located.

Very pleasant setting. However, I deplore the absence of air conditioning as well as the rather poor quality of the mattress which was poorly air-conditioned (materials favoring tanspiraton), too mox and not ensuring sleeping independence for couples (deformation on both sides on the slightest movement). . Considering these last points we had slept quite badly. The quality of the evening meal was good, but my partner complained about the slow service. Wifi connection was not working which however was not necessarily the fault of the hotel.

I did not have breakfast, you should increase your range of breads (special, cereals...) as well as your range of charcuterie for German and Belgian tourists, and bigger croissants... otherwise nothing to say very good hotel, very well located, the bedding is great and the reception is very competent.

Hello, small friendly hotel. Good location overlooking the lake at the entrance to Gerardmer, super convenient parking. The bedroom is functional, wood-like. Very decent bedding, soft duvets! Bathroom OK too, small flat on the open showers... We didn't have breakfast but the whole ground floor part seems very very pleasant to live in. Cheers!

Pleasant stay for an Evening Stopover: the setting, the dinner and the breakfast are very good. The bedding could be more "hard" because a little too soft for my taste. On the other hand, the sound and thermal insulation of room 101 is not satisfactory. I was woken up a little too early by the traffic and by the "whistle" of the wind which infiltrates the shutter. Side cleanliness perfect except the cobweb in the bathroom next to the VMC.

Lovely hotel. Located just in front of the lake and 5 minutes walk from the center of Gérardmer. Well decorated and equipped room. Top notch and beautiful restaurant. Welcoming and friendly staff. Just a little noisy due to a lot of traffic in the hallway and mattress not firm enough for me.

Not much to say about this establishment…excellent welcome, ideal location 10 minutes walk from the city center, very nice hotel and magnificent decoration…. To improve for me, the bedding a little soft for my taste and the doors of badly soundproofed room nothing prohibitive!!!

Chambre agréable même si pas très grande.
Belle salle de bains mais la douche ne se ferme pas donc c'est inondé à chaque douche.
Nous sommes restés 2 nuits : pas de ménage (ce n'est pas grave), donc pas de réassort de boissons, lit pas refait, serviettes humides et tapis de bain (trempé après la douche) pas changés. Ça mériterait plus d'attention.
Nous n'avons vu aucun personnel à l'hôtel si ce n'est le dernier matin pour se faire réveiller violemment par des coups à la porte afin de libérer la chambre. Ce n'est vraiment pas agréable de finir son séjour ainsi.

Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour. Le personnel, la chambre, le restaurant tout était vraiment au top.
Nous recommandons vivement cet magnifique établissement qui est décoré avec goût en plus de la belle vue sur le lac.😃

A hotel directly overlooking Lake Gerardmer. Also there is the road between us and the lake which is a little bothersome in the morning if the windows are open but that is the only drawback (if it is one!) because otherwise a perfect welcome whether by the evening staff or the boss in the morning. They take care of us A hearty and excellent meal and breakfast A comfortable room and a nice bathroom

Pleasant two night stay in this hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. Two small drawbacks, however: a small lack of storage in the bedroom and a bathroom heater that is not easy to operate. The reception is at the top and the owner very friendly. The hotel restaurant is also to be recommended.

The staff is very attentive and friendly, this is very important in a hotel. We mainly travel in hotel accommodation. In general, you feel "at home" and this is the case for "le petit hôtel" in Gérardmer. We will come back.

The location of the hotel is very good with a beautiful view of the lake but the exterior will need a major refresh if we had not booked we probably would not have returned, fortunately the tasteful interior decoration catches up with the outside. As for the room, it was correct but the general cleaning left something to be desired, large dust under the wardrobe, the bed, cobwebs on the ceiling (photos in support), impeccable bathroom. We arrived on a very windy day, the room was very noisy the wind rushed into the box of the roller shutter and the air passed through the room causing the cobwebs to move, hence the general cooling that will be to be expected. ... The restaurant is okay, nothing transcendent, especially when it displays fresh homemade products, the frozen fries were still good... The breakfast was very good in choice and good products.

Overpriced hotel! Room 101 not recommended, close to the stairs, poor insulation. We hear everything! VMC making too much noise. Bedding needs to be changed. Bed much too soft. We sink into it Strong point: cleanliness!!

I enjoyed this hotel. But a ski boot drying facility available to customers would be a plus.

Very good stay, we could not snowshoe due to the bad weather, so we went to see the 2 tendon waterfalls and a short visit to the Gérardmer confectionery where we saw how the candy was made.

Very small hotel (only 9 rooms), but high quality level.
All the hotel decor looks like being in a wonderful chalet (looking from inside is definitively much better then road view from outside).
All the staff is welcoming you so kindly, and helping you for your activities outside hotel.
Breakfast (buffet with important choice for such small hotel) and diner are good quality.
Definitively will come back if got the opportunity.
