Perfect, mountain decor that sets the mood, pleasant staff, good restaurant and comfortable rooms. Very good value for money for a business trip. Very good homemade cakes for breakfast, I fell for it!! I just regret having arrived too late each time to enjoy the SPA area.
The rooms are old and there are rust marks on the bottom of the bathtub. Not enough light in the bathroom. The service in the restaurant is much too long.
Good infrastructure but real problem in the rooms with a dysfunctional shower with water everywhere. We appreciated the commercial gesture of the management.
Welcoming staff, but the cleaning of the room on our arrival was poorly done, the towels from previous guests were still in the room, dust on the furniture, dead insects on the floor. And no air conditioning but a fan, fortunately because it was stifling in the room. At the hotel restaurant, the dishes are good and the plates well garnished but for a price well above what it is worth. Too bad

Good location, secure parking for motorbikes, however the experience was let down by the very slow service in the restaurant and the lack of interest in helping our Vegan friend to find suitable food (we had emailed in advance to warn them)

Perfect hotel! I booked as part of a business trip and my colleagues were delighted: reception, room, restaurant, breakfast... The team even adapted to the diet of one of my colleagues: vegetarian! OK hotel but unheated room lacks towel dryer in bathroom
Very noisy hotel. We were very cold at night.
Small hotel with smiling, friendly, efficient staff all in a warm atmosphere. Room with good bedding and beautiful wooden decor.
The hotel is very well located and the quality of the spa is quite good. However, the parking lot is not lit at all at night and the courtyard is very muddy, especially in winter... The insulation of the rooms is poor and you can hear absolutely everything... The bathroom was not very clean (hair, worn bathtub). The rooms are dated and the lighting is too dim, the same in the bathroom. The hotel deserves a renovation. The restaurant was full and the waiters were efficient but they were understaffed so there was too much waiting.
3 stars I think for the presence of the swimming pool otherwise it is worth 2, room good but nothing more and I am not talking about the breakfast at 16€ which is just exaggerated
Warm hotel, very friendly welcome and quality restaurant, all with very good value for money. Only one regret, the sauna which closes at 8 p.m., I always arrive too late...

Equipment a bit dated but room ok. The restaurant was closed, too bad... No air conditioning in the room, which certainly shouldn't be a problem in mid-season or in winter, but in summer I don't recommend...
