We chose this place as an overnight stay on our way to Switzerland. I think we were the only customers that night.(early January). The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent en suite shower and comfortable bed. We ate pizza in the joint restaurant next door which was excellent. The continental breakfast was ordinary. But would have been extraordinary if they made decent coffee(a la francais)! Baccarat is famous for expensive crystal glass and worth a stop over. This hotel is a good rendezvous.

Tout était OK. Mon épouse et mois regrettons que notre séjoour à l'hôtel se soit limité à une nuit !
Un hôtel toujours aussi bien que je connais déjà, ce n'est pas une surprise pour moi et mon entourage. Si j'y retourne c'est que je suis satisfait.

plafonds bas, chambre petite, déprimante, sombre, froide (malgré le chauffage.. qui fait un bruit insupportable!), très peu de choix au restaurant pour les personnes qui ne mangent ni viande ni poisson.. grand choix de desserts, mais c'est du surgelé de toute évidence.. petit dej avec peu de choix, convenable. il parait que c'est un hôtel 3 étoiles, mais je ne suis pas vraiment d'accord. seul le service est très agréable et adorable.

Seul reproche ce sont les bruits en provenance de la rue et en étant juste au-dessus de l’entrée les bruits des chaises et tables qui se mettent en place. Porte coulissante salle de bain pas très pratique. Sinon nous recommandons votre hôtel.

Wat me een beetje tegenviel is dat er in het Hotel niemand aanwezig is die Engels spreekt.
Das Hotel und Restaurant waren geschlossen am Freitag Abend, etwas seltsam, jedoch Schlüssel hinterlegt, das war ok. Samstag morgen erst um acht Frühstück, für uns leider zu spät

le seul petit bémol: manque de lumière dans la salle de bains... L'ensemble: très bien et bon rapport qualité/prix.,
Rapport qualité / prix insuffisant, l'établissement est loin des 3 étoiles annoncées. Confort moyen, bruit d'un voisin parlant fort, petit déjeuner très moyen, accueil sympathique. Seul hôtel à Baccarat, bien situé face au Musée et à la boutique Baccarat.
