Simple rooms but very well located and welcoming.
Second time staying at this hotel. It did not disappoint. I highly recommend.
I loved my stay in this hotel! Everything was perfect 😊 An ideal location: easily accessible on foot from St Lazare station (15 min) and in the center of the very lively district (stores, restaurants, museums, parks, etc.) The welcome is super attentive and kind. The room is great: tasteful decoration, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast is varied with a few hot dishes. Thanks to him I was able to last until 4 p.m. (my plane was two hours late and lunch was served very late). In short, I only saw positive things while staying in this hotel. And I will definitely return. Thank you so much

Bad surprise at departure, the reception charged us for drinks never taken, despite proof of our good faith (credit card ticket from a restaurant after the time of the so-called orders) they didn't want to know anything...we're talking 2 bottles of water for €3..
What we are looking for: a location, excellent value for money, the ideal size room and the bathroom. Located in a street with little traffic and therefore very quiet. Then we were on the courtyard side. even quieter.

Pleasant hotel, well located for travelers who like to stroll around Paris. Comfortable room, not always quiet due to some festive Saturday night residents, but this cannot be blamed on the smiling and caring staff.
Friendly hotel. Close to the metro. Quiet area with everything available close by. Small thing improved, the soundproofing of the rooms. You can hear people in the hallways or stairs loudly. Best wishes :)
The hotel is well located and quiet and pleasant! The service on the first evening and during the day was really nice, including at breakfast. The team is friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were ok, there was just a lot of dust on the furniture (tv, nightstands, bathroom furniture and flush plate) so I wiped it all off when I arrived. It's not very pleasant :( The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. We slept very well! And the duvet cover was inside out with the seam sticking out, I didn't change that because it was not awkward and soft anyway. Towels were clean and so was the tub. Shower gel is hand soap so I used a little on the first night then used my personal product. Breakfast was good , and varied. The room was a little small for our two suitcases for two nights but these are also the vagaries of Paris! :) our friends were in a room on the floor above which was larger with a small balcony and very pretty. We are coming back in a week and hope to have a slightly larger room. :D
Very well located hotel. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Very clean and quiet room. Parking in all these neighborhoods remains a problem...but the reception helped us a lot.
I was very disappointed when I saw no refrigerator inside the room. But over all it is 2 minutes away from Metro station and you can get everything you need around the corner.
This hotel is a little gem and the staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location but close to several metro lines at Villiers and Pont Cardinet. All the sights of Paris are easily accessible from here but the 17th is a fun area to explore too including Les Batignolles and Martin Luther King Park where Hoba food court is a good place to eat lunch. The Ramen is especially good.

We stayed one night. The welcome was great, however we were disappointed with the quality of the management within our room.
Warm welcome, did its best to satisfy our request, impeccable rooms, free breakfast. What could be better ?
We had a wonderful stay! My friend and I both booked separate rooms, and the hotel put us right next to each other which was perfect. The room is a good size with two windows to the street and great AC for the warm days. The only missing amenity was a fridge in the room, but the hotel staff was quick to solve this by labeling our items and putting them in the kitchen fridge to keep cold. The room was nice and clean every day and the hotel has the service of a large luxury chain with the feel of a local bed and breakfast. The location is a pleasant 10 minute walk from two major metro stations, which makes it easy to get into the city center and to the airport without having to call a taxi or uber. We enjoyed the local dining and also loved how quiet and accessible everything was. Wonderful stay!

We were a little disappointed that the hotel didn't recognise the reason why we had returned to the hotel after 20 years which we had documented when booked and also final confirmation just before we arrived. We didn't expect any special favours but would have liked the reason for our revisit to have been mentioned during our stay. We knew the rooms were small from our previous visit. The new dining area was very light and airy and the choice of food for breakfast was good.
The hotel was ok, simple, fairly clean but the fact that there is no hair conditioner or lotion is disappointing. We get these basics in much cheaper hotels.
Also carpets in the rooms don't feel hygienic. It would also be nice to get a water after each service.

Staff and manager unaccommodating, even unpleasant for the reservation, it was necessary to pay a supplement. parking price in full when it was available from 2 p.m. and not 11 a.m. as indicated in the email. The hotel is well placed, but much too noisy, very poorly insulated, I did not sleep all night between the neighbors in the room above, next door. That's a shame.
Hotel well located in a quiet and also picturesque area with its Rue Legendre market. Proximity to the Metro giving access to museums and department stores. Very good value for money with excellent hospitality.
Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel, located in the 17th arr., is is a place free from tourist craziness yet easily accessible to the Métro, restaurants, terrific bakeries (Poîlane!), fromageries (Androuet!), and a Monoprix. The staff is lovely, the rooms are small but very comfortable, with high quality linens. Breakfast is a rich array of yummy foods -- all one could ask for.

We found the perfect hotel. Already, when we made the reservation by phone, the person on the other line was very accommodating and charming. Our room for two persons is a normal Parisian size hotel room, with enough space to put our luggage and a bathroom with a bathtub (which is a luxury in Paris). The hotel is in a quiet street but near the metro and shops and restaurants. Everyday, we walked to the Opera and that took us about 25 minutes (more because we got distracted by all the boutiques along the way). Though we did not take breakfast in the hotel, we saw that the bright breakfast room was welcoming and generous. Short of time, we just grabbed a quick coffee and croissant in a nearby bakery. There is also a secure parking at the end of the road as well as parking spaces infront of the hotel. Overall, the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff, especially the Manager Julie, was so kind and helpful.
Very good reception, I did not have breakfast but the room and the buffet looked very good. Very good room for the price, in Paris. The only downside is the noise, not from the very quiet street, but the noise that came from upstairs. In addition, I had the bedroom on the ground floor which is next to the stairs. If I return to this hotel I will ask for another room.

In the bathroom, there is still a spot to replace and the flexible bedside lamps are difficult to position. For the rest no problem, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
The superior room we got was smaller than the other times. Common part under construction Arrived as a couple we were offered a room with a twin bed while there was availability with a double bed... this creates a strange feeling

Hello the room was very nice the breakfast is very correct however once again being woken up by a dog at 8am in the hotel and not doing anything for your customers except to say understand the dog he is not well I find it absurd to let him scream from 8am when people are there to rest I won't be back. Your staff could have just told people to try to calm him down or whatever but no I was told you have to think of the dog when I pay for a hotel to think of me....

Despite a warm welcome, the cleanliness is deplorable. Boxes of drinks at the entrance, dirty floors, in the room except for clean sheets and towels, everything else is room. Hair in the tub and grime, floors not vacuumed, dust, windows... there outdoor garden not maintained, ashtrays full...

Very warm welcome, the room was made available to us the morning of our arrival, when we only asked to be able to deposit our luggage (to avoid putting them in storage and then having to pick them up at the station). A little cleanup on the floor covering would bring the cleanliness rating in line with the others, which are very good ;-) Very good stay overall, hearty and varied breakfast.
Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel and the services offered. I particularly appreciated the free access to the sauna upon reservation. A small point of vigilance concerning the night watchman who converses on his smartphone in loudspeaker mode with his voice which can be heard in the stairwell and the bedrooms on the 1st floor.

Very quiet room but very noisy breakfast room: a refrigerated cabinet makes an incredible noise in the 21st century, and the dishes are done by hand in the middle of the room to the loud noise of cutlery energetically stirred in a stainless steel sink! Not great to take full advantage of its breakfast, which is also very varied and plentiful. Good for sleeping, but better to have breakfast elsewhere in the nearby surroundings...

This is a hotel where we stay each time we visit Paris. We found a drop in quality this time around. The breakfast was less qualitative, dry white bread, no other choice in breads. Pastries not very tasty. Few fresh fruits (just oranges). And in the rooms no brushes to clean the toilets and broken hair dryer. In addition we were asked for drinks that we had not consumed. A little disappointed this time, especially since we had invited our children.
