Our host was very welcoming and gave good advice on visits or activities to do nearby, she recommended a good restaurant in Blois and even called to make a reservation. Good bedding, fairly spacious and clean room, bathroom with separate toilet. Hotel located near the main attractions (Beauval Zoo, Loire Valley castles, etc.) while being in a quiet location. Excellent breakfast with quality products and very often local.

A quick note for people who want to work on a computer: there isn't much network and no office big enough to set up.

Excellent welcome with all the explanations for the smooth running of our 3-night stay. Very clean room with sober decoration. Top insulation because we did not hear the neighbors. Small remark: the switch at the head of the bed is unique even though it is a double bed: a second one on the other side of the bed would have been a plus and a little closer to the bed. Breakfast features mostly homemade, wholesome products. The location is quiet and a 10-minute drive from the castle. Mrs. Aurore is very kind and available for any needs.

I loved this hotel, the rooms are simple but spacious, very comfortable, very clean, (toilet separate from the bathroom), well soundproofed and air-conditioned. There are tables outside in the shade and in a quiet area to relax or have breakfast. The latter is perfect, very complete with excellent quality products and often homemade. You can have a coffee at any time and have some things in the freezer or fridge. We are welcomed with great helpfulness, smiles and kindness. No parking problems and there are even bicycles available. Frankly it is a perfect place to visit the area or make a stopover to another destination. In addition it is very affordable, why pay more......

The room was excellent, it was lovely to be able to sit outside. The breakfast was a little disappointing, the selection was only average, for example no eggs of any sort. Furthermore the location was very cramped. It was disappointing that a Logis hotel didn't have a restaurant although the one in the village was excellent but it wasn't open on Sunday!!!!

We were warmly welcomed by Aurore who was very helpful.
The triple room was lovely with a nice decor, a giant photo of one of the châteaux. Outside, just opposite the room, there is a table and two chairs.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The towels were thick and looked new.
In case it is cold, there is a radiator in the bathroom and also one in the bedroom.
The bedroom has full shutters, so you don't get woken up too early.
There is no kettle in the room, but Aurore lent us one, so kind of her.
The hotel is close to a few châteaux, which apart from the reasonable cost, is the reason why I chose it.
I thoroughly recommend this hotel!

We were welcomed with smiles, sympathy and trust...comfortable, elegant, even cozy room (little attentions: small cakes, water, postcard of the region...), very complete breakfast at 10 e!!; in the evening, after going out, possibility of drinking coffee, tea, infusions by simply putting 1 euro in a piggy bank...we will come back if we pass by there!

Wonderful hotel in a small town. The staff have been wonderful and helpful when I asked questions during my stay. The rooms are clean, shower has plenty of hot water and there are tables and chairs outside of each room to sit and enjoy the day or evening. The hotel also has an assortment of snacks, soft drinks, beer and wine in the reception area, along with a fridge to put any of your personal item that need refrigeration. I did not have breakfast but did make use of the coffee machine in the morning. This hotel is on my list for a return visit and I suggest you give it a look.

Very friendly welcome. Very good bedding. Very complete breakfast buffet. It's a shame that although we had booked for 4 nights, it was not possible for us to cancel the fourth night, even though we had notified 48 hours in advance on site. Not very commercial behavior.

Excellent welcome - very clean throughout the establishment - very good bedding - quiet location / pleasant breakfast but if you find yourself with a group of retirees not always easy - the hotelier can do nothing about it - excellent location for visiting the castles / very good value price quality

Very nice hotel with a terrace right next to the room. Friendly staff, although some spoke little English, which made communication difficult at times. Great breakfast with regional products. We drove past the producer (Croc du Merle) to stock up for home. The only thing was the coffee, as is often the case in this area, not so great.

We spent 3 nights at the château hotel and we were delighted: comfortable room, original decoration, a lady at reception who took great care of us..... Nothing but positive things. Hotel to recommend.

The setting is good, the warm welcome, the breakfast rather qualitative. The room is comfortable (we would appreciate an outlet near the bedside table) and would be even more so if the door better insulated noise from outside, particularly from the nearby road. My husband bought a bottle of soda at reception (very nice to have cold drinks available) and was very disappointed to find that this local drink contained no less than 6 additives.
