RESTAURANT
Not far from Morteau and the Swiss border, this restaurant is an ambassador for good taste, à la française. First for its natural, smart surroundings (made of fine materials, very elegant tables and beautiful flower arrangements), then for the quality of the Chef’s cuisine, who took over and modernised this family business a few years ago. You’ll love the serene, opulent atmosphere and the hospitality (with the chef’s wife in charge) just as much as the elaborate, contemporary and beautifully crafted food. The produce is mainly, but not exclusively, regional. Unusual flavours are combined to afford subtle, tasty experiences like hake in home-grown lemon balm and trumpet courgettes cooked to perfection. The desserts are also well worth a mention, continuing in this creative and aesthetic vein with fresh melon with soft almond calisson sweets. Disappointed because I chose it for the spa which was in the description but which is no longer there

Aging hotel. The rooms are patched up, not very clean (marks on the walls and cobwebs) and the soundproofing is really bad.
Nice hotel, unfortunately for some rooms furniture from the 70s and 80s is a bit worn. The biggest problem are the rooms facing the crossroads as there is a lot of HIGH speed traffic. Windows open very difficult! Part of the team crucially lacks training and customer service experience, too bad...

second stay in this hotel first time I booked a room for 3 people the bed for the third person was not made second stay the waste paper bins in the room were not emptied and I had a room on the street side relatively noisy (may be due to work in the city actually)
Pay attention to the cleanliness of the toilets. Breakfast very good but remember to renew the water for coffee and pastries. Noisy because of the road but you can't do anything about it.

Very good except that when we arrived the hotel was closed, this problem certainly does not come from the hotel but probably from the central reservations. We were still able to access our room because an emergency number was mentioned on the door.

Anyway, besides informing guests of the room names, floors (etage) should be infomed. Otherwise, we don't know our rooms were on which floors.

Parquet too noisy in the rooms. Squeaks coming from the floor above too annoying. Very unpleasant cigarette smell in the hallway. High price and not justified at all.
The only negative point the rooms are very badly soundproofed it's a shame ..

Excellent stay, comfortable and spacious room although noisy, cleanliness and bedding OK. Lack of air conditioning due to keeping the windows closed. Decent breakfast, value for money. No microwave, no hot milk. Superb gourmet restaurant, a la carte prices a bit high. Public car park nearby.

Direction not at all commercial. False welcome, problem with a bottle of maderized wine that has not been changed. Watch out for the wine in this establishment. Intolerable to have expensive expired wines on the menu.
We reported false advertising that breakfast was advertised as free and it is not. Not even a commercial gesture to thank us. The room, bedding and cleanliness were correct, but the closing of the door was defective. The restaurant is of very good quality both in terms of the dishes offered and the service. In a beautiful setting and given the service some "regulars" could be more discreet.

A very disappointing welcome with a hostess who offers you barely to find out if we will eat in the restaurant without even saying good evening, in the room which directly overlooks the road the shutter is defective, in the morning we had our breakfast at 9:00 a.m. no welcome we sat down at the table and we had the impression of disturbing and the buffet had not been replenished, we found ourselves alone without any welcome, given the level of the restaurant I think it should review the decoration from the room, finally we will not return
