    I booked a room for the 4th of July with the intention of treating myself to this Michelin star restaurant. Arriving at the hotel a sign indicated that the hotel and restaurant were closed. A cell phone number was mentioned. I called. I learned that the owners had taken a vacation (they have the right) but had left the reservation open for this period.
