Good overall, except for the cooking smells that come back through the VMC into the bathroom. Very unpleasant in the morning when you get up. This remark already appeared in the hotel reviews....to be taken seriously in my opinion.
The hotel is very well located but many things are wrong. When we arrived the gentleman at the reception was busy talking with (I strongly believe) members of his family and we had to wait 10 minutes before he decided to take care of us. A very particular smell in the hotel. The room was well put apart from the shower (10 minutes to get hot water, no pressure at all so we had to wash with a trickle of water and there was mold on the shower column) and the bed which was not made properly (no border and flat sheet instead of fitted sheet too small). In the evening we wanted to open our bedroom window because of the heat (34 C) but impossible because it overlooked the kitchen window and we had all the cooking smells (very unpleasant). The rooms are very poorly insulated, we could hear all the noises from the other rooms and the corridor. At the price of 99€ I find this disappointing especially for a LOGIS DE FRANCE. I'm used to staying in hotels and I've already paid less for much better services.

A very warm welcome. We had two bikes that needed storage, and the hotel provided this service without any problems. The evening meal was very good, and the room was very pleasant. A stopover in Dol-de-Bretagne left us with excellent memories.
